@JioCare Internet speed in my area is very poor all cell phone with jio network having the slowest internet speed and not any @reliancejio and @JioCare is listening to us . And they are also not registering complaints .

@JioCare Kindly register my complaint for Jio Fibre. Your weak wires are getting cut outside homes as you do not use armoured fibre optics. Let me know again how many days I have to suffer this service disruption. I am prepaid and loosing money And JIO Settop box is dead. No TV.

@JioCare Surprised to find that my entire city (Muzaffarpur)has Jio Fibre but for my colony which I have repeatedly raised request for but this been not responded including customer care which appears cold. Entire colony would be a great addition to Jio coverage
