    Since a month someone who try to call me is not able to connect as it says the phone is switched off or out of network, though the mobile is switched on and I can call them. But I am not able to receive calls. Resolve this at earliest @reliancejio @JioCare

    2/n We always call in Customer care and they always gave only one answer we are working on it. @reliancejio your team is working on this prblm since 2 months. If @reliancejio can't solve this prblm our area jio user mive on another provider. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Wow thanks for your concern 🙌🏻 Very huge company giving such silly answer, why amount cannot be reverse ?? Jio company don’t have right to fetch back the recharge??? If customer already having 1 recharge then other 1 will be queue only so why can’t we get back that? @JioCare

    1/n I m using jio service since 3 years. Now It is worst. I m not even able to watch YouTube in 144p or have whatsapp video call. Even sound quality of normal call is poor. My address is Dadhal Inam , Ta:- Ankleshwar Dist:- Bharuch. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am leaving at Sajod (zip code -393020) And I wanted to complain about the network quality.The network quality is very poor from past 15-20 days that we can't even excess internet. Even we are unable yo sand whatsapp massage. Do the needful for the same.

    @RelianceJio What's wrong with your network? From last 2 days am getting very bad network coverage in my area and suffering from problems like Sudden Call drop down & Slow Internet. Even i am not getting more than 1MBPS download and Upload speed. Please fix the issue @JioCare

    @reliancejio I called to customer care for complnt abt my data speed issue.They sent technical executive to my home to check technical errors.They told me ur handset is faulty. So I transfer sim to jiofi now also Can't open youtube. (1/2)

    @JioCare the most foolish services provided worst network no indoor coverage at all#they will show off with 2 gb/ day but why not fake it when you know that you won’t provide speed to complete 2gb everyday

    Worst services for Jio fiber 5G, don’t know will Jio be able to handle 5G services in India. They are not able to solve one service number in 11 days, today is 12 th Day and no one visited for repair. @PMOIndia request you to give 5G services in good hands. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Have been promised 20 different time slots for the engineers visiting my place in the last 3 days. Every time the excuse provided has been of extreme weather and flooding which are false. Customer service executives are of no help. Official stores can't help as well.
