This has been observed only for telemarketers having Jio number. For other service providers, a proper resolution is been taken.

One of your executives said that it's been raised on 16th April and one more said it's raised on 29th after multiple follow-ups. It's been more than 3 weeks since the cancellation request was raised. When can I expect a full refund?

No updates, no installation, just delays. This is unacceptable. Please resolve immediately or initiate refund. Will escalate to consumer court if ignored.
