@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare such a pathetic CC, even a small scale startup company also have a better customer care service than you guys. After this experience thought of changing the service provider. *called for postpaid migration but my calls are being disconnected by CCE while I'm on the call

@JioCare @Paytmcare I'm not able to get a refund for a recharge that was made to a wrong number. As directed on @Paytm app I reached out to the Jio customer support but I was not able to get any refund for the same. Is this the kind of service you guys provide?
