Ravi Bala (@ravithebala) reported@JioCare I’m honestly surprised that you need a “social media escalation team” for something this basic. When we escalate, we simply do it—we don’t ask the customer to repeat everything again over DMs. The order number and service request number are already in the tweet. Why can’t you pull the details from your own system, escalate it internally, and get it resolved? For something as simple as a SIM card—where KYC, payment, and verification are all completed online—it’s frustrating that customers are still forced to chase support through social media. Is this really the kind of process your company stands by?
