    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavn I sent you all information on December 2021 and you improved your network strength in which we can download 400mb docs in 1 hour, a tweet in 10 minutes or more, sometimes browser says check your connection. Worst and rubbish network, BPO services, customer care, Network Team😡😡

    @bahulapanguluri @JioCare Thanks for your recommendation! But to port me number in Jio I have to send PORT sms on 1900 but I can’t do the same because sms service is also not working.

    @3sachin88 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

    @JioCare internet speed is too slow in my region. I called jio customer care many times but they r saying wait, wait & wait all the time since last 20 days. can u return me the data quota which is wasted just bcoz of low speed of jio ? I have 2 jio no.s to which I ashamed of.

    @JioCare Ask your people to speak in English or Tamil.. They are speaking in Hindi, i don't know Hindi. jio fiber Bad service provider and customer service people don't know English. I received a call from 9337476493 with Hindi language.

    @JioCare what speed do you offer or claim on your 4G mobile service. Lot of issues on data connectivity. Your helpline at 199 abruptly disconnects the call. Worst experience...pl ask to me and resolve the issue by today evening

    @ca_sandip I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.
