    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare My job got affected due to poor services of jio fiber at my location , its very painful after a such long conversation, you guys could not resolve my issue. Had very pathetic experience and will update this conversation on my professional network as well.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have already change the setting of my device, didn't I mentioned in the above tweet that it's not about my device it's about the area . You can check with your network team that today at 5.18PM whole network was gone.

    @reliancejio I am being harrased to the highest order in reactivating my sim. My daughter studies in a hostel and lost her sim. I am trying to reactivate the sim but being denied as some rep of urs entered wrong name not matching the IDs. This is not done. Pls help!!
