    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi its 3 day without net, no one is calling simply sending msg that engineer will visit, but nothing happened, at least refund my recharge amount if u can't solve the issue, ur customer care also don't know anything or give some contact no to discuss my issue

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare is worst at resolving complaints. Response from executive “won’t get fixed before afternoon as we don’t have time”. What kind of service are you providing. Been 16 hours almost. It is way past the complaint resolution time too.

    @JioCare It's disappointing that even after 24 hours, no one reached out. You guys have to be more proactive with these issues since a lot of people are working from home yet all I see is delayed response and very unresponsive CSR. @airtel Any chance you can guide me on new connection?
