    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    If the plan is capped, stop displaying it as UNLIMITED. Either restore my data service immediately or issue a refund for the period/service I paid for but cannot use. Hidden limits and contradictory support responses are completely unacceptable. @reliancejio 2/2

    @JioCare Till time no service engineer is assigned. Pathetic service from Jio team. Internet is dead from last 3 days and no reaponse from JIO yet. Kindly close my current connection as this kind of service is not acceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your networks have degraded a lot everywhere, I was in my hometown this week pratapgarh rajasthan and it feels like having some 3G network in my phone, even a whatsaap photo takes 2 minute to download. Time to shift to some other network.

    @JioCare What kind of misleading plan is this? My active ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Data: Unlimited”, yet my internet has stopped working. Your support executive says my “limited monthly GB” is exhausted. Where is this limit mentioned in my plan details? 1/2

    @JioCare This issue has reappeared. After my previous complaint, your team partially resolved it—I was able to call the other Jio number, but after a few days the problem returned. Now neither of us can call each other again. Both numbers work perfectly with all other numbers.
