I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@Airtel_Presence Hi Team, Ordered airtel black plan with D2H on 5th Jun, but still no update on connection. Everytime your customer representative says matter has been esacalated and will be resolved within 24 hrs. Pathetic service, planning to move to @JioCare if not done today

Never go for fiber connection from @JioCare. Their sales team will fool you and sell postpaid when you actually wanted a prepaid. The internet won't work after installation & you'll get to know the technical details filled by sales team were wrong so wifi cannot be activated.
