I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare My JioFiber router is blinking red since today morning, I have called to area incharge and raised my complaint, it has been more than 4 hours, no response. Very pathetic service. Poor customer care. I couldn't work whole day due to your poor service.

@JioCare My order ID is NO00000M3WYZ. From what I understand, the jio pole is very far from my area and that will lead to a bad connection and the wire to connect the jio fiber is prone to breakage, according to the installation guys. Please refund my money. Please.
