I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

So feeling relaxed. No irritation from @JioCare as I changed SIM card of @reliancejio. So peaceful. Such a useless service I got for 1year. When it was started they provide really good service but from a year they were drinking my blood. & I am happy they are loosing client 1.9cr

Hate this one way communication @reliancejio @JioCare . Your app is unresponsive when we try to raise a ticket, calls to customer care number drop repeatedly. What I fail to understand is, if you don’t have the resources to manage such a gigantic infrastructure, why build one?
