    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    @JioCare This is a whole scam and cheating to the customer , at the time of installation , I was told that the entire amount is refundable and after just using one month I have returned and now they tell me Rs.1000 is installation charge. This is complete dishonesty with the customer.

    Dear Jio team, I have recharged Jio number for unlimited access of data and call for complete year to have uninterrupted talk with my parents. But I see very pathetic network for last couple of days @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare If you not provide 4g speed it's okay, but at least provide 3g speed. From last 3 to 4 days I have facing connectivity issues from jio sim
