    @JioCare @reliancejio Very weak network and poor internet in my current location and all the jio user facing this issue. Particularly internet connection speed is very weak. Kindly fix this. Or else you may lose subscriber base over here.. #Talcher_Town

    @JioCare please look at your internet speed in our area,even if we cannot at min required speed. The speed is deterioted.Please look as we are facing a lot of problems due to pandemic also

    I couldn't able to watch #BiggBoss so switched to @airtelindia but nothing happened, same problem. Somehow i managed to watch by putting someone on call bcz then there's some speed. I am requesting you please solve our issue before college reopening. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Please stop scheduling technician visits again and again. An engineer has already visited and confirmed there is no issue at my end. This is clearly a backend/recharge issue. Do not book any more visits. Either activate my plan immediately or process a full refund.

    @JioCare Useless customer care service. I have never experienced such a rubbish customer care. Plz see the reference & do the needful. Dear Customer, Service request no SR000034A52J has been raised. From 15 days I am calling for resolution but no one is here to care about.
