    @VodafoneIN when people are completely relieying on mobile data and call your service day by day going worse and your customer care executive are not ready to take a complaint. We cannot make any call, allcall is getting drop within 3min. Learn something from @reliancejio.

    @airtelindia unable to download the saved videos from @googlephotos on any Airtel network, broadband or mobile network. Works like a charm on @reliancejio. Issue persisting for over 2 weeks now

    @airtelindia Facing worst experience with Broadband N mbl connection. Frm Apr8th u are in unplanned maintenance. If you have everything with same ntwk (Broadband, mbl, dongle) you are ****** up. @reliancejio @JioCare plz let me know if u provide service in this area.#bad_service

    @JioCare Have been receiving calls from Jio Fiber for the last 5 months and I have been telling them that I have moved out of that location so dont call me again. If I receive one more call, I have numbers of each and every agents that called me and I'll raise a police complaint.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Name of 4G only.. Giving speed like worst.. Not even to download a file of 100 mb since evening.. Worst service continues on.. Better to get port to other network.

    @ACTFibernet breakdown of more than 24 hours is unacceptable and you don't update the service ticket also , presently managing with @reliancejio , if I get used to it, then I should seriously think about whom to continue

    @JioCare I have been hearing the same assurance from the past 2 months now and yet no body even bother to contact me back on this issue. This is very frustrating for a customer who have been trusting Jio ! Can you please escalate this to the higher authority so that atleast I get a call ?

    @JioCare Hey no , it says you didn't read my complaint. I had paid an advance twice. One is not refunded and another one converted as a connection. which I will not return your product until my first connection money refund.

    @DoT_India Please help! NRI customer's number got suspended and @JioCare insists physical presence the only possible way for activation stating DoT guidelines. It's my wife's first and only India number that's linked to literally everything including Aadhaar, Banks, Investment.

    @JioCare The appointment used to postponed automatically with no representative being assigned the service was down for more than 2 days which hindered my workflow so I had to change the ISP. No use of rectifying the issue as the core issue was never been sorted.

    @JioCare My JioAirFiber No. +91-1813152904 has been completely offline for the last 3 days. I am repeatedly receiving the same "Temporary Network Congestion" SMS, but there is no resolution. My router and set-top box are showing offline in MyJio app and internet is not working at all.
