@reliancejio @JioCare Dear team , service in my area is not good or even worst. I complained 2 times but no one came and closed the request . They claim speed is consistent but it’s very much fluctuating and not even 30mbps. complains the head installation Sai prasad but no help

@reliancejio could you look at improving signal connectivity at this location- Geown Oasis Villas, V. Kalahalli, Off Sarjapur Road, Bangalore 562125. Otherwise no point having your connection here, as I don't get any signal in my new home at this place.

@JioCare in our area network is good, but 4G speed is really unreliable. It's in Kbs most, and rarely in Mbs. Upto a max of 3 Mbps. Please check.

@JioCare Total fraud going on cheap service and illiterate engineer only they are making money and making fool of customer no one come to resolve or fixed problem efficiently only they are doing temporary work so the customer is in trouble many times in a month and can't use it properly.

@JioCare I want full compensation for those days in which I can't use jio fiber because of No Internet and a proper and efficient resolution for further. If you can't provide service to the customer so you can't have right to be in a market with cheap services. Where customer troubles.
