@AnilSinghvi_ @ZeeBusiness @reliancejio people are facing mobile internet issues and when they try to complain just get stereo typed answer from call center that it may be due to heavy internet traffic in your area. Why not raise the question and make a program on it

Hi team, @reliancejio @JioCare after one month of jio service set of box and internet I'm not satisfied and disconnected the service from Jan 2021. During my subscription I have paid 2500 INR till i didn't received any refund from jio more over there are not responding.

@JioCare Thanks, I got a message that the issue is with JIO Operator, most of the calls on this number is from Jio owners, so you blaming 'other' operators mean that you are blaming your own service. Can you reopen the case?
