    @reliancejio yesterday there was no network for 4 to 5 hrs .today same condition. Will jio fiber extend our validity? We have not faltu money for all this

    @JioCare Every morning I get a message about different technician being assigned, and soon after that, he stops responding. If this is the way you treat your new connection customers, then how can I trust with any other complaints post getting connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare we are suffering from jio network,there is no network in my area since afternoon,there is more than 3000consumer in my area and no one is giving proper response from costumer service. 392015 Gujarat bharuch. Pls do needful ASAP.

    @JioCare I ported my SIM from Airtel to Jio on the 15th of May at Mobile Care Jio Mini Store in Lokhandwala Complex, Andheri West. They told me that I will have to buy a 349 INR plan and I paid them on their scanner. Later that day, due to some issues at home, I then cancelled my porting.
