Network equipment installed at the Jio tower in Arain is reportedly being shifted, and it has been more than 4 days, yet the network has not been restored. Please investigate this at the tower level and resolve it urgently.

By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness.
