@JioCare my internet is down and when I call customer care, it just repeats the channels info and say u can book a complaint from my jio app and disconnects the call automatically What the hell is this Im doing WFH and internet is not there

In our location near homeguard chowk, Dwarka,GJ 361335 there is a broken fiber connection from yesterday but still it's not resolved. I request @JioCare to resolve the issue within 1 or 2 hours otherwise there are total 13 connection which can be switch to @airtelindia @GTPL_Care

@viveksh1213 @reliancejio Yes,you are right. This is India's worst network. I also committed a mistake by porting my number to Jio.I will port back the day 90 days cooling period passes. They don't have any resolution of our problems. You may check my posts here.
