  @reliancejio @JioCare Dear Jio, Pls enable 2G/3G also, because many people cant afford 4G mobile & also even many having higher end device having,battery drain situation will move to basic spare device, but those support 2G/3G only Especially am not moved to Jio only bcz of this

  @reliancejio @JioCare had no business bidding 90k crore for the 5G spectrum when their 4G does not work properly most of the time. I've called customer care at least 30 times because my number shows switched off most of the time and I get a missed call message after a 2-3 hours.

  @reliancejio in my locality it is very difficult to study and work because of bad network. It has been 3 years since the launch of jio fibre and till now no connection. I am trying from 1 year but no. Broadband connection. Please take a look.

  @reliancejio I am having trouble with my sim. Sometimes the network automatically goes away and if I try calling to my own sim, it shows as switched off. Can you please look into it.

  @JioCare Surrendered my Jio fiber connection on 2 July 22 but still refund not credited to my account yet. Customer care everytime giving future date of refund date whenever I called them. Very pathetic service by Jio.
