    @reliancejio Still after providing interest for the Jio 5G offer, Still it is not showcasing in the compatible phone. @reliancejio Can you please check the issue on priority( Location- Pune), even after raising concern still the issue is not getting resolved.

    @reliancejio I have jio prepaid 8299213412 in Galaxy S21 fe5g. Unable to use 5G as your myjio app says it is not 5g device. Your app shows that s21 Fe is 5g. Please help
