    @JioCare The issue was resolved that day but after another day same problem occurred… your execute said that modem is faulty and changed the modem.. it worked for 2 days and now again the same problem is occurring… Let us know what to do in this case???

    Jio Fiber customer care and after service is probably the worst in the whole wide world! Every time my internet is down I have to file a consumer court grievance only then an engineer visits otherwise the complaint sits idle for weeks Service #SR00001BUZPL @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare At this time where to complaint as no one is available to check? Executives are saying that they will check tomorrow morning. If someone has office hours at night then what you ppl will do to resolve the issue. Its mire than 1 week
