Registered on jio portal for DLT registration and facing issue on that payment charges by jio no reply from support team after 48 hours. @reliancejio @JioCare please took this on priority atleast need a reply from support team on progress.

@reliancejio Issue for Jiofibre recharge done on 16th Jan. First recharge was unsuccessful as received the message / email but amount was debited. As my work was urgent I recharged 2nd time and successful. Now asking for first recharge refund but they r denying..Why?
