@JioCare @reliancejio This is too much now, since almost January 2020 I have complained about the internet, but every time the phone is disconnected saying that your problem will be solved soon, if this problem is not solved in me, then you start saying 2G instead of 4G internet!

Hello @JioCare, I am in bharuch city. Having 5g enabled Vivo x60 pro phone with updated software. I have changed the setting also to 5g preferred. Still not getting 5g network. Can u help me out on this?

@JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup I have jio fibre connection on 18 may 2022 for 6 month with 1 month free plan. This will expire on 17 dec.22 but jio stopped it on 02.12.22 and no customer service support for this cheating. #ShameOnJio

@JioCare Again the same issue, internet now working since yesterday. It keeps coming and again in every 8-10 days. Need a permanent solution to that. This is the worst quality of service one can get. Again ppl will come abd make temporary adjustments, and same will happen in a week or two
