They don't transfer to the customer care executive but simply mention that work is in progress for my ticket and the call gets disconnected. My ticket has been assigned to Narayan Dutta who no longer works with Jio.

It's really they say recharge even if u don't use, I use wifi at home, use other mobile for call.
