    @reliancejio The quality of service is too poor than others. They don't care about their customers just higher teriff plans to get more profit. Jio is going to increase their plan, why quality is too poor feels like using 3g plan. Switch that network which is giving proper speed in your area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare : There has been a discrepancy in the postpaid bill, for which I have already sent an email and have not received a response. Also, I’m waiting on call for over 30 minutes for customer support team to pick the call. There are wrongful charges on the bill.

    Hi @reliancejio , There is Low to no network availability here at pin code 442305 post : kora from last night. There is a tower located within 200 m from me but still there is no network availability so I requested you to please do something thank you!

    @reliancejio @_reliancejio, I requested for relocation of my connection, the appointment was also scheduled but no one visited for installation, i made a complaint for this and there is no response also. Worst customer service by jiofiber.
