@JioCare What have you done ? I have shared my numbers aa u asked, however haven't heard back from you. Either you cancel my coonection its of no use or change to lower plan like 399 if u want to retain as customer waive of charges and change to 399.

@preshit @JioCare Was expecting Hathway to have a turnaround after being acquired by Jio. Nothing noticeable has changed, customer service is satisfactory at most. And they still dont have fixed tariff plans that they offer for all areas. Their plans depend on the 'agent' and his mood

@reliancejio Jiofiber is not available in my area...when i contact jio store technician they said jiofiber will never install in your area.....please help me in this case.....
