    @JioCare Placed an order for a new Jio Sim through Myjio App and paid the plan amount. Still shows processing even after 48 hours. Kindly cancel the order if you are unable to deliver the Sim. I would get an @Airtel_Presence sim instead of waiting endlessly without any updates.

    @JioCare So far no resolution on this scam, on one side vikas is not responding after taking the payment and on other side your team is doing nothing, at least refund my money else will consult consumer forum

    Pathetic Support for Relocation Request.Using Jio 2231713530 for last one year. Relocation of connection for just within 1 Km on 9th May 2026.Request not attended for 15 days. Request CS00001S8G9WH has been closed without resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber

    @JioCare internet connection has been down since 11:00am and your team has been unable to resolve the same. Now I get a message that it will be resolved by 11.02pm. Kindly look into it and help expedite.

    @airtelindia why are your wifi services always down ? We are paying for a monthly package and if it's down you should deduct the downtime amount , but yeah I know you have to print out a bill which costs half , because it's down most of the day, time to switch to @reliancejio

    Very disappointed with JioFiber service WiFi not working and the installer/technician is refusing to even visit unless I pay him personally. I am continuously being given excuses and delays instead of proper support. This is completely unprofessional issue immediately. @JioCare
