    @JioCare Internet down since 6 June. LOS red light blinking. SR000037UHPJ. 10+ calls to customer care, still no resolution. New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare untrained staff, don’t know their jobs. How does one get a resolution if the person who calls back doesn’t understand head or tail of billing.

    @reliancejio @JioCare has the absolute worst of customer support and transparency. A “temporary service disruption” has lasted 4 days and counting… with an assurance of a resolution being provided “shortly”. Major disruptions in Mahim and none of the engineers attend the call!

    @JioCare Hi. Your lineman Deepak Rajbhar was supposed to come and fix my WiFi problem at 5 pm today. It's 8:15pm and he has not arrived. He isn't answering his phone since 5 pm.
