@JioCare I sent a seperate DM too but none came so far. In this age we can't have a wifi disruption for 2 days with no one checking what the issue is where as you will charge for these 2 days even when there is no wifi. Can u check why such delay and by when will it be resolved.

@JioCare @reliancejio "Will update you soon" that's what I've been hearing for 1.5 months. No connection, no refund, and no resolution. How many more days do you need to return my money? Please stop sending generic replies and provide a definite timeline.

@monisha_yadav @JioCare Well good that you are getting their services. I have also paid they have not given anything for free and I expect the issue to be resolved. It's been more than 24hrs no one has shown up as yet. It's not even 1 month I have taken a new connection. I live in Mumbai.

@JioCare Enough. I’m done sharing the same details over and over. It’s been 1 month with no resolution. Stop asking for more information—send an engineer and fix the issue.

@JioCare I have been hearing the same assurances for days, but there is still no refund and no resolution. The promised timeline has already passed. Please stop sending generic responses and provide a concrete update along with the refund reference number.

Is it just me, or has Jio internet transitioned from 5G speeds back to the loading times of the early 2000s dial-up era? @JioCare, running diagnostics repeatedly isn't fixing this sluggish connection, so please restore the high-speed network we are paying for.
