Dr Akash Rajpal (@akrajpal) reported@JioCare The problem is yet not solved. There is a backend server issue I'm sure. The smart tv jio tv app is asking for OTP evey few hours. Please address this issue urgently. Is there a paid service. I thought one settop box is allowed to work alongside one jio tv app like it used to.

The SIM is still inserted and MyJio is accessible. Please check the issue and guide me on how to restore the network or replace the SIM.
