@reliancejio , Jio Fiber has the WORST customer service. I subscribed for their plan on 10th Aug 2022 - appointment was scheduled for 17th Aug. - No one came to install that day - not picking up calls still - worst ever. Please don’t opt for such poor service.

@reliancejio @JioCare i got this msg 5 days ago but have not received any reply after that. Seriously pathetic service. "We will send you an SMS with the service request number SR00001CY1CM and provide an update in 48 hours."

@reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani just port my 6 postpaid number from Airtel to JIO and looking at the services.. Airtel is far better in customer experience. Worst JIO experience and worst customer service.. thank you jio for this
