@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

If a customer forget to recharge then your company call again and again until they recharge but after recharge you don't give minimum service. Simple in this pandemic even one online class not doing properly & ur network service very poor @reliancejio @reliancegroup

@reliancejio @JioCare my plan expiry date is 6/09/2021... Why are you started harrassing from 1/09/2021. No other network harrasse their customers like this. My Father already already ported his network to airtel. If same continues I will also change my network

@JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio , 4 hours and all I receive is a checklist. Called the helpline to confirm on the visit, and no engineer aligned yet. Been repeatedly told that engineer will visit in 24 hours since a week now. Looks like your 24 hours never seem to end..

@JioCare I have latency and connection issues but everytime the service person just resets the router and leaves.I have had to reconnect all my devices to the new ssid for the third time.Atleast tell your people to not waste time
