    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    Hi @reliancejio , I had requested the cancellation of my Jio fiber connection on July 18th. The service engineer was supposed to come for the uninstallation, but the appointment has already been rescheduled '5' times at your end. I've called CS, but to no avail. What next?

    Though my problem was not resolved, I would like to appreciate @ViCustomerCare team's customer service methods. Feel connected. @JioCare you should learn something. You guys do not have anyone else apart from a manager for escalation. Not at all customer centric. Shame on you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I am facing the lot of issue in since 5-6 days, as we are not able to connect more than 4-5 call on day. While I'm dailing the call but it's got disconnected automatically.
