    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @reliancejio @AkashMAmbani 4 days back I make a complain that net is not working and I got the sms but in next days complain are auto resolved and I got the sms that your complain has resolved . Not single call I got from customer care. I talk to Local team they are misbehaving

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare 48+ hours without JioFiber despite an active recharge. Red LOS light, service request raised, zero resolution. Paying for 30 days and losing 2 days already. Unacceptable service. Fix this immediately.

    @JioCare I’ve had to make 4 calls today just to request for a technician visit for the ongoing network issues I’ve been facing. The first one hung up within the first 30 seconds. The next 3 were just reading off a script with no resolution whatsoever

    @JioCare @DoT_India I have network issue in Bengaluru (Mahadevpura) location. I connected to escalation department at 12:00 AM on 11th June and the customer care advisor advised me to port out to other network. The advisor clearly told that there will be no improvement.
