    Every time I report the issue, I’m asked to DM my number and address. I send the details, but no actual action is taken afterward. How many times should customers repeat the same details? Please provide a proper complaint ID and real resolution. @JioCare

    @JioCare Thank you for the response, but escalation after the problem occurs does not solve the inconvenience already caused. Your own SOP promises installation within 2–3 hours after KYC, yet even after 24+ hours it was not completed and none of the technicians were reachable.

    @jiocareindia @JioCare what garbage service guys. I made the mistake of relocating my house and you guys have been harassing me by continuously rescheduling the appointment time. Today is the third day and you say “asap”. Shame on you.
