    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare worst customer service experience. MY Jio Fiber connection has not been working since 2 days. Have raised multiple ticktets. SR082052985. I would disconnect tomorrow and move to another fiber platform if it is not fixed in a priority manner.

    @JioCare Initially, you told me that the installation would be completed by 7 PM on May 19th; however, I have now received a new message stating that it will happen tomorrow. Jio Fiber is deceiving customers even before they have actually subscribed to the service connection.

    @JioCare But why we are getting delay in service for past 1 years….before that it was resolve in the same day ….now it takes 7-8 days….who will bear the loss ….

    @JioCare service team can be easily awarded as the worst customer support team in India! Technician broke a wire and demanded money to get new cable, later did not show up. Ticket waiting for 3 days without anyone visiting and getting postponed. 3 days without broadband!
