    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Paid on 12 May for SIM porting, but still no SIM, no update, and no response even after promised resolution date. Order Ref: NO00015EFS19 | SR: SR000036F50V. Very poor service. Please resolve immediately.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare @reliancejio you guys provide the most pathetic service. No option to contact customer care always a bot reply on both chat and call. Bot replies and call disconnected. Also inflated bills for no reason and no explanation. Going to get rid of it.

    but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.

    Dear @JioCare, I raised a complaint for my Jio AirFiber service issue on 20th May, but today is already 23rd May and the issue is still unresolved. Your engineer visit was scheduled for 1 PM today, but nobody visited. Later, it was rescheduled to 4 PM,

    @JioCare from yesterday my data has been over with in 10 to 20 minute what scham going on . And not connecting with customer care also. Its very big froud se me from yesterday till now i recharged 4 time es 19 rupees but data is lost wdout uses. what is this scm . disappointed
