    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare My fibre jio is not working since last 5 days..and after 3 days I will have to reacharge.. Will I be getting grace days. But firstly.they should resolve the complaint. Now it seems better to have net from a local operator.atleast we don't have to face such problems

    @reliancejio i have lost my simcard and when I visited jio customer care they told me that my sim is delinked from my name and not showing in their database but i can login and see it in myjio app so how can the sim is deleted,they forced to buy new sim and then they will get old

    @JioCare @jio_fiber @reliancejio I booked Jio fiber connection on 5/02/2022. Order number-NO0000KC6AC0. More than 48 hours yet no network engineer called me for installation. I called jio customer care more than 5 times a complaint is raised (SR000018PL37) but no action taken yet

    @JioCare My number is 9987521261 which i have ported from BSNL hoping i will get better service than earlier MSP. But many times I find no signal. After porting the number till date I was able to use call divert facility. But now every time I am getting message of similar error.
