    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @dealztrendz It changed 195 pack from 90 days to 30 days. It really sucks. I and many of our community people are going to port for this fraud move. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Can i get a refund please. No one has called or shown up till date. Your service is pathetic. You have no power over your vendors, thats what happens when you don't own anything and have these 3rd party vendors in place for every work Your service request was cancelled.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, Service request no SR000034750Z has been raised in your account. You guys were unable to install service in 20 days. You guys cant even cancel and refund money Then for what **** you are sitting there Just to raise complaints

    Shame on @JioCare @reliancejio for such poor 5G service in Delhi. Hardly getting stable signals despite being in a metro city. Called customer care multiple times & raised complaints, but no resolution just false assurances. This is extremely frustrating. Please fix this ASAP.
