    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare There is a limit to lying and making customers fools. It’s been almost 2 days without any proper resolution. Only excuses, fake timelines, and copy-paste replies while the service remains down. Completely unacceptable and pathetic support. @JioCare @JM_Scindia #jioscam

    @JioCare Provide the contact number of engineer. Why Jio is not able to adhere to timelines given to customer when visit for Kyc. Do not try to give lucrative timeline when can't fullfill. In delhi within same day installation kyc all done. Here unnecessary taking. Will complaint higher.

    @reliancejio I had booked a new JioFiber connection on 9th March with booking number NO0001C5AAXK. On 14th march Jio cancelled my booking due to unavailability of service at my location. Till time there is no refund and no update @JioCare pathetic service. Dont go for jio Its a scam.

    Dear @JioCare ​It has been 3 days since I recharged my Jio AirFiber account, but I am still unable to use the service. ​The days of my plan are passing by, yet I have no access to the connection. This is causing me a lot of trouble and inconvenience. Since this is an error on your end and I have already fulfilled the payment, I request that these lost days not be counted in my monthly cycle. I expect these days to be added back to my validity once the service is restored. ​I have already sent my Service ID to you via DM.

    @JioCare hi @JioCare , your team is not capable of solving simple problem.i had asked to cancel the bb connection and provide refund.Your customer support called and asked me for an OTP to redeem a voucher so that they can refund. Its been 4 weeks , i have received no funds in my bank.
