@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

@JioCare Hi, I have some issues with my sim. Max time it shows switched off to the callers and even i face a lot of call drops while in call. I have raised this issue a lot of time with the customer care but none helpful. Please help!

@JioCare I've placed an order for 4K STB yesterday at 11am and I was provided with an appointment time of 12pm to 1pm, yesterday. However, I have not received the STB nor anyone from Jio has called or texted me yet. My Jio fiber no. 300635028417. Please help!
