    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My Self Sudhansu Sekhar Rath Im From Dist-Angul Village-Bentpur Grampanchayat-Kangula Bentpur.. Its problem we are facing last 3 month.. And after current we will not able to use jio NETWORK...why ?? If problem is not clear within 2 days we people also change your platform

    @JioCare @reliancejio Same thing happened, removed connection 1 from box and resolved issue for connection 2. If RMDU which is defective is replaced all the connections would have been worked. How reckless is the service of jio. Ours is connection 3. Request to resolve ours too ASAP @jagograhakjago

    Urgent attention Paid ₹2,221 for JioFiber, and installation is delayed with no proper response. The engineer visited but failed to complete the installation and hasn’t returned despite rescheduling. Extremely poor service and very disappointing @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio i have paid amount for recharge of 349 for a new sim which i ordered through myjio online kyc and it has been 3 days and i still haven't recieved sim help me my existing number of airtel 9456120764 my new given jio number : 9281077966

    Hi @reliancejio Airfiber, I have tried multiple time troubleshooting but my speed is still around 1 Mbps, your app is just waste of time, no way to contact real human and get real help, the chatbot is also not useful, the contact number is just automated voice. Help me to resolve

    For a long time I thought that IRCTC was a very bad app. But then i came across @reliancejio My Jio app. It makes you exercise every single patience nerve in your body.
