    @JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

    @JioCare Till even after raising, service requests for 4 days , no engineer has come for the service for our Jio Fibre at Chennai . Everyday morning they schedule the time for the engineer for 3_4 PM but no body comes . Really we're fed up in calling the Customer care Our Online tuition gets affected without Wifi Please do immediately

    Most Horrible Broadband service provider..Out of 30 days , Internet will be disrupted 5-6 days in a month & The irony is that , this horrible company will not bother to solve the issue.. @JioCare @nch1915 @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Thank you for the response, but this delay is unacceptable. My Jio AirFiber service has been disrupted for days, causing major inconvenience. I request immediate resolution and a clear ETA, otherwise I will be forced to escalate this matter further.

    @JioCare Only available time 9 AM to 10 AM 3rd July, solve the issue with said time or face in consumer court @TRAI send engineer within said time.

    @JioCare when i had a jio airfiber connection with my 8248791321 mobile it had frequently went dead and as adviced by their employee mr Sabari at kanchipuram i surrendered their connection i applied new connection with this number 7871156609 and the service is v good.
