@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

@JioCare Facing huge issue in calling from last 1 week, got my SIM changed as well upon the request of your engineer, still unresolved!! Your chat support is just asking details every time instead of getting into actual details which is wasting a lot of my time. Pls help.

@JioCare No one visiting at my premises, Jio Agent is not responding at all, just want to know why Jio is not taking this seriously, i have seen people keep requesting customer care and they simply saying we are working, why you take money if cant service.
