@JioCare So according to you if someone recharged to the wrong number then he should forget about his money and he has to recharge again for his actual number!! I don't understand what kind of service is this?have you not recieved a single similar complaints since jio launch.

@JioCare gave a complaint at 7.00 am morning as wifi not working, was informed that service engineer would attend between 3pm to 4 pm, now further delayed to 5.30 pm, so customer service takes nearly 10 hours! Lack of staff or too many complaints or going the MTNL way!
