@123Ghildi @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

@JioCare I don't understand why you people just keep repeating same statement. I have already mailed my bank statement of December to @JioCare, you are free to find that transaction in my statement and show me, I'll accept it. Isn't it easy to understand? Or check with ur bank for issue.
