    @reliancejio in most of the places where it is necessary ur netwrk and othrs companies too netwrk is not provided.Mostly in army and paramilitary camp areas.There the people are suffering from poor netwrk or no netwrk issues plz resolve it as soon as possible .

    @JioCare @reliancejio I did a recharge with the option of recharge for a friend. Now after recharge is done and payment deducted, no trace of the recharge can be found on the app and it is not reflected in the number I recharged. Your customer service denies to provide any info

    @JioCare Is it?? Nobody has been visited yet..don't make us fool by making false assurances..by the way I'd like cease my connection,so please convey the required process to me,going forward I'll never go with Reliance & will never recommend any of my friend to use ur pathetic services..

    Hey @JioCare as per government order you stopped providing internet service in my location till 19th. Did you guys provide extra 1.5 gb after that or its just user lost 2 days recharge?

    @reliancejio I converted my physical sim to esim, but Esim not activated and physical sim getting deactivated Please look and resolve the issue.. @JioCare

    @JioCare Does it make sense to you? is there a minimum training or testing for the service team? I am expressing my concern that offer says amazon prime included in the recharge plan but is not enabled after recharging. I keep repeating my issue, and I keep getting answer as purchase it

    In the nam of service, you guys are a joke @reliancejio. I went back to my hometown, recharged with 399 pack for jio fiber and complained about the router not working. I have been asigned an engineer for four straight days and yet nobody turned up. I left my hometown yesterday.

    @varunbony Brother, better switch to @reliancejio don’t waste your time here! I too have experienced many difficulties when I was with them, and than since the day I switched to Jio I have never been disappointed! @JioCare will help you port..
