    @JioCare I have already paid for my JioFiber connection upfront for an entire year, yet I continue losing the value of the service every day. Please stop giving false commitments if you cannot honour them due to poor planning, lack of accountability or operational failures.

    @JioCare JioFiber connectionOrder no. NO0001EXM57Q was cancelled still no amount refunded yet , taking follow up since 5 days . Worst experience.

    I attempted to port my Airtel SIM to @JioCare due to network issues in my area. I had also raised a SIM home delivery request on the Jio website but have not yet received any updates or delivery.

    @JioCare extremely pathetically frustrated with jio connection at a prime location at malabar hill not having net since 3 days extremely poor service everyone works in their own way if this is the way you'll work then please shut your fiber connection

    My mother's Jio sim got submerged in water during Kawar Yatra. Now it's not working. It is a Delhi registered sim but right now we are Bihar. I am trying to talk to customer care but only AI is responding. No resolution. @JioCare @reliancejio
