@JioCare @reliancejio @fiber_jio such a fraudulent company which says 30 day free trial can be cancelled anytime without any charges and get Rs 1500 deposit. After the trial when I cancel no response from the support and never got refund. Please don’t fall for such #jioscam

@JioCare what is your turn around time for the closure of one customer’s issue.. is it one year?? Because I had reported a issue last month and I only been given fake promises, I suggest you should say no to it on the first place so that we can look for other cellular networks...

@JioCare i am doing recharge of plan 599 rs for 3 month but i didn't find it useful because of your internet service in my area is too bad. I pay for gud service but i didn't get it yet from last 1 year.

@reliancejio I am using jio for almost 1 year but I am regularly facing problem of low coverage area and slow internet speed , I called jio care so many times but they always said only one thing , our team will work fir good service to you , but i didn't get any gud service yet.
