    @airtelindia one of my relatives is facing a trouble after installing #airtelbroadband . The service is pathetic. They are very much interested to install @reliancejio but in this apartment(in Bangalore) only #Airtel works. Pathetic customer acquisition strategy.

    @reliancejio you’re telling me that I can’t return the order that your system couldn’t cancel? There was a bug in my Jio app, your agents told me wrong information and you’re telling me order cannot be canceled? This is consumer harassment

    I withdraw jiofiber connection which is on my mother's name.The refund is initiated on 12April till now I don't get any amount.Multiple times I called at customer care but there is no appropriate action is taken and give wrong information. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare very poor network indoors in juhu. If this continues ..I will have to port out to an alternate service like @airtelindia ! #jio

    @reliancejio I booked Jio fibre connection for my home and asked for installation 10 days from now.However your customer service keeps on calling 4-5 times a day to ask why haven’t I installed it yet.Why the hell are you harassing your customers!? #JioFiber
