@reliancejio worst service experience ever I have faced with any company. Not accepting their app issue & just pinging that correct number to be used while recharge. Even I have the proof of unsuccessful & successful transaction timing. Also not ready for shifting of accounts.

Guys if you buying postpaid connection from @JioCare @reliancejio @JioMart_Support , you are inviting trouble for you. Customer care personal from JIO think they are Mukesh Ambani, will not entertain to you . If I get chance, definitely teach them a lesson.

@JioCare 1/1 I was having a great experience with Jio fibre speed. But there was an issue with connection in our premises from past one week and no one from the service team turned up. I raise customer care complaints and surprisingly I got a message saying the issue is resolved

@JioCare For God Sake Improve your "MY JIO" App & "JIO TV" App too.. Was trying to recharge my number from last 10-15 mints..But I can't..Coz It's not working..It keeps loading & Loading.. Whenever I open the app I face the same issue..It's too slow Man ! 😐

@Airtel_Presence Pathetic!! No consistency in prices. I was out of option this time and chosen Airtel again. Seeing your credibility on prices you guys have already lost my trust !! Soon someone would end your DTH monopoly too like @reliancejio did a while back in network !!
