    @JioCare @TRAI : Jio doesn't care for customers just wanted to make money by false promises and never ever turn back. Paid for 300mbps but only get 40mbps. They never bother. Pathetic experience

    @Vairamuthud2001 @JioCare Everywhere this is the same issue. I am facing the same thing with Airtel @airtelindia . They have also taken my money and didn't install IPTV. They have kept my money since April but couldn't return. There is a need to tighten the norms against these stupid companies

    @JioCare @RelianceJioCare Is there no way to call the customer care? My jio air fibre speed is so slow from last 4 days, it hardly display a page. Been calling the helpline 1800 896 9999 and 198 and 199 but there is not a single way to speak to your customer care. Pathetic.
