@JioCare Your jio number is out of reach because you don't have a network or network tower there so no use of giving. Do call in my Vodafone number because they have a good network or we have to stop using your jio. 8095082458

I feel compelled to make this complaint today, I am getting fed up with constant slow internet service for a long time. I request @reliancejio to take necessary action in this regard. Otherwise I have to choose another provider. @JioCare @DoT_India I'm from Howrah.

@JioCare @JioCare Its been 5 days without internet and no service person has visited the premises yet. Since the fiber line is cut all 7 jio connections in our apartment are having issue. If there is no resolution today, there is no option for us other than cancelling the Jiofiber.
