    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice i have booked my jio fiber on 9th March . Still installation is pending. I am very badly treated by your local installation engineer. Not even receiving my phone. I reached the customer care they didn't even raise a ticket for cancellation. Take action

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service unavailable in my locality. Before internet speed got down to less than 0.50 Mbps then suddenly services permanently gone. Now I can't even call, sms, use internet. I'm texting this by Airtel.

    @JioCare Nothing is being done by your service engineers. Still issue is not resolved. What should i do? Pls reimburse by installation fee . I’ll choose a different service provider
