After activating the full DND service and Even after multiple complaints to customer care, there is no action taken. I wish to express my extreme dissatisfaction as this was not the kind of service promised to customers by @reliancejio

@akashraj_01 I know they will never respond to existing customers & focusing on adding new connections. That's the reason they have lost many users to Jio. On the other hand @JioCare provides good service comparatively. You can opt for Jio's service over them.

@AYUSH___SETH Using mobile phone from decade. But the service provider was worst, till the time jio came in picture, every one was looting money from their customer. Thanks @JioCare for giving us better service at reasonable price. Will suggest you to go with Jio
