  @JioCare your fiber customer support team is worst. I raised a complaint on 29/03/21 the issue is not resolved and they closed my complaint. Today also i raised a complaint and they again closed it. @JioCare Social media team also doesn't response properly.

  @JioCare I raised the issue to @JioCare social media team on 23/03/2021 and still getting the worst response from jio. You guyz are still working on it. I have requested for call back and never recived a call from @JioCare

  @JioCare pathetic service. Trying to get converted to prepaid from postpaid. But your team says port to a different operator. They tried switching my number to prepaid but they are facing issues. Do you really want me to get ported out due to this issue?

  @reliancejio @JioCare is there any way to get the recharge amount back as the internet service you provide is of 3rd class. It’s worst than 2g service. I have spent my hard earned money to purchase the pack and plz refund it.
