  @amazonIN @reliancejio I have taken 1499/- connection from jio. Amazon prime is not working. On calling customer care jio person tells me to call Amazon. Money is taken by Jio but I have to follow up with Amazon. On calling Amazon message was given that they will call back.

  @JioCare oofff.... When I have a problem and I contact the so called jio fiber support... It becomes a much bigger problem... 48 hrs for just a entitlement Id... Still didn't recieve it(48 hrs gone).... #PROBLEMATICJIOFIBER

  @vaibhaw2731 @JioCare @airtelindia I had Airtel for last 9 yrs without any issue and turnover time for resolution was less than 2 hrs. Nothing can beat that service..

  @JioCare But he isn't here at all! The appointment is right now. And he is not reachable. Mind you I had an appointment on Friday 3-4,pm for which he never showed up. Now this is 3rd day. So what exactly are you talking about?

  @reliancejio has the worst network quality and customer care services. Even in the heart of the city, calls get dropped or unable to receive calls due to poor quality of network.I need a refund of my recharge and better shift to another network. @TRAI @DoT_India
