Jio service is so peculiar to understand! We recharge our number and they don't show it, then @JioCare fails to acknowledge even when we give proof on their WhatsApp support. Would rather like to switch, already @airtelindia is showing good indicators for the purpose. 🤔

@Airtel_Presence Your customer service is PATHETIC. I have raised concerns regarding poor network connectivity for my cellphone connection. None interested at Airtel on how to address the concern. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare Do you think its right time to port to your network?
