    @JioCare @reliancejio My Jio Connection is not working since last 4 days and no resolution has been provided 1 person came in and I was not available at that time. If I have raise a complaint the do I have to wait for full day for the person. SR-SR00001DROX1

    @JioCare @reliancejio and whomsoeveritmayconcern U guys suck. Ur service is so so bad. Inspite of several complaints nobody sees the need to attend to customer's grievances. U make false promises to customer's n ensnare them. Mayb that's how you hv become millionaires.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've a jio fiber connection I've complained regarding connectivity with complaint SR00001EIHFF on 11.10.2022. No solution was provided it's more than 24 hrs now I have some important meetings lined up Jio trust is no more there the loss is irreparable to me.

    my service request number is SR00001EGC3H has not been resolved yet still has been marked as resolved this kind on cheap activity was not expected from @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hi Chirag, we have done all these steps. Still STB is not working. My jio login account is not happening as we are getting error "unable to send OTP".

    @JioCare I did DM u before and I'm doing it again. But I have not seen improvement in last 4 years of constant complaint nd I know for sure it won't make a difference now
