    Worse, your support executive said she can neither restore the service nor issue a refund. So Jio can advertise “Unlimited,” stop data after an undisclosed limit, then refuse both service and refund? Unacceptable. @JioCare @reliancejio 3/n

    Disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio No Internet on Jio AirFiber in my area since morning. First resolution time was given 3 PM, then shifted to 11:30 PM. Support rep refused to register an individual complaint saying "it's an area outage". Also ignored my feedback.

    @JioCare Pathetic service! The least you could do is tell me when I can expect the installation. Neither the person who completed my KYC informed me about the timeline, nor is your support team able to provide any update. This level of service is extremely disappointing.
