@JioCare very disappointed with your customer service. I raised SR00001DKQ28 for internet not working. It was marked 'resolved' without a visit or call. Called your cust care, had to to thru 4 mins of IVR and the agent who finally picks up asks me for details AGAIN.

@JioCare Been requesting for a new connection since last one year...and your team is unable to lay down the cable for 200 meters since then even when there is a potential of atleast 10 new connections.

@JioCare Dhaval 1st give me the status & outcome of the survey done on 13 August 2022 by Mr Sanjay. None of the jio representative have courtesy to report us. This 4th time network survey has been conducted at our premises. But JIO doesn't let us know the outcome.

Finally...we have switched to another internet provider....thanks @reliancejio and @JioCare for such a poor service experience...my staff is now working on pending tasks of past 3 days...

@JioCare Your installation has gone by putting more than 10 meters of wire, what is my mistake in this? If there was such a problem, then it does not seem that my money was lost on that day and the service is also not available, which is a problem that I am facing separately.
