    @JioCare @JioCare it's been a week and I haven't even been provided with a status update. All I ask for is to relocate my connection from one street to another or refund my money for annual plan. You people provided assurance about your service when I took the connection(pathetic).😫🤬😤

    @JioCare By phone pe. They have escalated the matter with your revenue and commercial operations and have been given a transaction I'd TB00000PW1QU. Have provided this to your customer care without any result.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Another day has passed no update on my issue. Its 8th day, 3 issue ticketd were registered for the same. But on ground level nothing happens. And my issue remains the same.

    @reliancejio Jiofiber has reached to a place near to mine but not in the area I am residing. Please help me get the jio fiber connection. I am working from home and facing extreme difficulty!

    @reliancejio shame on ur service, when it was about booking jiofiber you people kept calling, once payment is done now not even taking the calls. What kind of fraud is this? I booked my jifiber on 23rd June, it was supposed to be installed on 25th now not taking calls! Shame!

    @JioCare thanks for the poor network coverage and the associates who have zero knowledge to read and understand the issue. Have complaint about network issue on 16-6-21 and was assured that the issue will be resolved in 7 working days but facing the same problem. Very upset😡

    @reliancejio worst installation experience I had with jio fiber, it's been 3days I have paid for new connection either the executive or the jio care doesn't feel responsible for installation I never recommend this to anyone.

    @JioCare Thanks for prompt reply though I didn't expect..I was just quoting the current scenario.. @reliancejio @JioCare fiber is available two lines away from my house...when I contacted ur executive they said we can't provide service to us
