@JioCare It's about to complete 1 month till I applied for Jio Air Fiber relocation. But till now, issue has not been resolved. Jio is providing very poor service.

Why will you raise the complaints? Simple to resolve the issue, but in @reliencejio backend team itself close the complaints. These people are not allowed to close the connection nor resolve the issue. I'm so frustrated with choosing the Jio Airfiber .@JioCare

@JioCare @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been down for 7 days. Multiple complaints and engineer visits, yet no resolution. Diagnostics shows “Outside home connectivity outage detected.” Extremely poor service. Fix this urgently or I will switch to another provider. SR No: SR0000368ESZ

@reliancejio, my internet has not been working since 14th May. Engineer appointments keep getting rescheduled. But till now, no engineer has shown up at my premises. Absolutely terrible service and support.
