    @JioCare It's more than 3 days ..I get connected with 5 different team members via DM but unfortunately no one is able to do anything very pathetic..everyone is sending generic response that in my area there is network coverage issue for which I clarified JIO is perfectly fine in my area.

    @reliancejio Sir, about 85% of the people in our village use the SIM of Reliance Jio, but there is a lot of problem of network in our village.even now We have to support the terrace to talk. Please help🙏🏾

    @JioCare There is an issue in my city(Dhanbad) regarding ping/latency during gaming.I have a JioFiber connection and it was working fine ( 60-70ms) till yesterday evening (last that i had checked).Today it was constantly 250+ ms. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.
