    @JioCare If you can't provide coverage in this area why you setup Jio tower in this area and why jio service launch here if your network team not able to provide service why you there and why money will take for service charge like recharge or other things closed your tower and get lost.

    @JioCare Jio network people just know how to take money, in return, God is the owner of the network, complaining many times, just the people of Jio network say that there is a limited network in your area, it is better to port it to Airtel or BSNL, this is a thief.

    @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber service has been down since 30 May and today is 5 June. Every time I call support, I am told that the service will be restored within 12 hours due to a wiring/connectivity issue but it is still not working.

    Moved my domain to cloudflare + enabled DNSSEC last night, woke up to my site being down. Turns out @JioCare can't just resolve my IP post that.

    Paid ₹4443 for a new JioFiber connection after your agent confirmed service availability. It’s been 4 days with no installation, no clear update, and no accountability. If this issue is not resolved immediately, I will be filing a complaint with the Consumer Commission.@JioCare

    @Mehulk2011 @kelvinbariya04 8 outages in a month is crazy. I faced similar issues with Airtel and eventually moved to @JioCare. You might want to consider a switch if this keeps happening.
