    @JioCare Jio network people just know how to take money, in return, God is the owner of the network, complaining many times, just the people of Jio network say that there is a limited network in your area, it is better to port it to Airtel or BSNL, this is a thief.

    @JioCare If you can't provide coverage in this area why you setup Jio tower in this area and why jio service launch here if your network team not able to provide service why you there and why money will take for service charge like recharge or other things closed your tower and get lost.

    i am now frequenly seeing call drops, internet disconnection etc on @reliancejio since a week, server error, unavailable - what kind of **** service is this? whe **** is @TRAI sleeping? its not just my location - its happening citywide.

    Even after making huge profit each and every year, @reliancejio and @airtelindia keep increasing their plans every single year. And network quality is same and if you think to fix this via customer care,there is AI assistant.🤡 You can't reach them for network problem. मनमानी है।

    @JioCare Please collect the STB and change my plan immediately. I am paying double amount as of now where as i don’t want to use the TV service. How can it be that i am struggling to get my plan changed . Your agent says plan can’t be changed until the STB is returned.

    @JioCare @reliancejio The Jio network that I was using previously provided me with 5G connectivity. I ported my number to Airtel believing that I would receive similar network quality and 5G service.

    No @reliancejio internet in S block GK1 for the last 48 hours. No update from the customer care. The local staff haven’t been answering their calls for the last 24 hours. Please look into it @JioCare

    @JioCare Jio 5G has been unstable in my area since March, constantly switching to 4G and exhausting my data despite all mobile settings being correct. After 3–4 complaints, I’ve only heard “it’ll be fixed in 1–2 weeks” for 3 months now, wasting my Unlimited 5G plan. @reliancejio
