    Hi @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI Last week I complaint about call not connecting issue today my signal strength is full but when someone calling it is answaring switch off. Internet is working. What's happening i am loosing my customers. Pathetic service even I complaint

    @reliancejio One of the worst ever service provider by jio in mayurbhanj, baripada service center. I replaced my old jio phone due to battery problem but after 2 days my new phone same problem ,i go to service center 3-4 time but not solved my problem. So jio phone always fool everyone

    @reliancejio My parents ported their number from Airtel last month. Last week they got message to pay some balance to Airtel to continue service. I paid the bill and yet the service was suspended. Now with service suspended they cannot call customer service. Elderly are stuck.

    @reliancejio wtf is wrong with your network? From past 3-4 hrs your internet is down in Mumbai @JioCare Any accountability regarding this issue or you guys just charge us for this worst service by sending pop-up msgs every now &then to recharge. Switching for airtel @TRAI
