@JioCare Okay got it But it is not fair, what if someone is facing some financial issue in that particular month? You'll close ones account even if that person wants to continue to use your services after 2 or 3 months. You're Bounding your costomers. Thanks for info.

@JioCare worst experience with jio fibre service jio customercare person is very bad in behaviour they using abusing language they cannot resolve my problem so I want to discontinue my fibre connection if my problem is not result please don't take jiofibre connection in your home

@JioCare @reliancejio your service is becoming pathetic, I have paid for 300 MBPS speed and getting 145 MBPS, even with that all apps and browsers are buffering... Q1.. why don't you adjust the charges when you don't give the speed as per plan?
