    @JioCare Why do you need weeks for replacing a lost sim. I have lost my sim can you help. Your outlet says 7-10 days. Complaint 198 doesn't accept complaint but just your payment details.

    pathetic experience with Airtel fibre came at my place installed wires and all but has not been able to activate the service because finance team is not giving any approval @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence its been 2 months, Airtel not worth it @JioCare please start your srvc here

    @JioCare I am calling to Area manager and Technician from 7 days continued. No results. I wants shortout my problem today. Otherwise i am looking to move in airtel with my 2 prepaid conn. & 1 fiber connection. @Airtel_Presence

    @JioCare raised service request for my refund the only reply i get is - there is likely to be further delay..... Blah blah. Or inko india ka no.1 network banna hai. Customer service sahi karwao pehle🙏🏻.

    @JioCare @JioCare Read my message carefully - I requested an explanation, not a decision. You charged me in advance for your services, but they were not available for over two months. I'm curious to know what justifies your decision to keep the payment without fulfilling the service.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I had put up a complaint of my Jio Fiber. My service request is SR00001IQOL7 It was suppose to be resolved today. But it has haven’t resolved. Can you pls intervene. As I’m unable to use wifi and watch TV.

    @JioCare @reliancejio hey team jio 5g towers are installed in my city but still I don't get good networks in my area . I live in a well reputated residential area. Everytime I have to get to my balcony to get little network of 5g. That's not all even if I get 5g the speed sucks!
