  @JioCare Unacceptable service. Complaint closed without resolution and still no fix. “Wait 15 days” is not a solution. n78 (3500 MHz) not available since 21 April near tower (300m). Need immediate action and proper timeline.

  @JioCare My complaint has been logged in at 9:45 AM. Your engineer number 1 never came and it is now rescheduled to another time. Pathetic service and Ai bot is even more pathetic. No engineer number to call or check status
