Mahakal jp (@paresh_jp) reported@JioCare Even after waiting for more than 10 minutes, your customer care executives are not answering calls or resolving customer issues. Such poor support is rarely seen with @airtelindia and even @BSNLCorporate has improved a lot compared to this now.

My plan is ₹599 + GST, but the bill amount is ₹1117.23, which is incorrect. Previous month payment was already made, and service downtime should also be considered.

It's been 4 months no one is coming to pick up set top Box, neither i am receiving any refund. Jio is a fraud company, worst service experience.
