    @JioCare And he couldn't do anything as it was the network problem in the nearby jio tower. I donno what the hell is going on in that tower. In the middle of the day they just turn off the switch. Are u planning to do anything about it @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It's been 5 days since my connection is down and I have received no help from jio. The jio engineer put the request on hold without resolving it, the customer care then promised to assign different engineer and today the request is assigned to same engineer as before. Tired

    @JioCare extremely disappointed with your service and i am stuck here without network and not receiving OTP abroad. I visited your office and the guy was not at helpful and mis guided instead of making me aware about the free service.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Pathetic service. My Jio AirFiber has been down for 2 days. Technician visit has been rescheduled 7 times, yet no technician has visited or even called. I've been a Jio AirFiber customer for 2 years. This is the worst service I've experienced.#Jio

    Stop using @reliancejio airfiber. appellate contact not working,customer care dont have knowledge to answer questions& @JioCare twitter not responding to consumer. @reliancejio airfiber is cheating for more than 2 months.Raised multiple complaints still no resolution provided (1)

    @JioCare so shameful and unprofessional. its clearly mentioned in ur records and ur customer care confirmed its 4 Days full no internet and error from jio side. but now if u want to scam and cheat your customers its ok. its common in jio. let me find other alternatives and discontinue jio

    @JioCare What do you think? I wouldn't have done this? Your system is very poor. No one cares, technician doesn't attend calls. And keep reschedule again and again
