    @JioCare When can I expect resolution of this? It is almost 15 days and not able to use your internet. Are you not generating and charging bill for this month due to this issue? If yes then why so long in resolving issue??

    Inspite of making multiple calls and chats Still no response. Jio has no proper work ethics and customer satisfaction. One of the worst experiences with Jio. Instead of building new fortune make the things right and then go ahead. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioFiberChennai

    @JioCare I have already forwarded the emails to the shared contact on February 10th. Not sure why is taking so long to have this rectified and procure the correct email ID from your customer!!!!

    @JioCare There is no connection. Since 3 weeks. And I get multiple excuses like restoration work going on, led color of device etc. But no resolution. I have been requesting a call back from Guwahati team but no one bothers about customer
