  @reliancejio @reliancejioCare What is happening with your network in Noida? Calls are barely working and the internet is practically dead. Especially in Sector 30, 28, 20, 19 & 16 — the service has become absolutely pathetic. switching to another network. Stop using Jio service.

  @JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber down since 8 Aug afternoon. SR SR00002N9NLO raised 4:26 PM - pushed 3 times, now told 10 Aug 6 PM. That’s 48+ hrs, no engineer, no resolution, no compensation. Paid connection, not a favour. @TRAI

  Hello @JioCare @reliancejio Booked a fibre request on 28th July, your sales lied, your engineers lied, despite asking them to check feasibility on ground all they wanted was to complete targets. Fiber connection still not up. Have escalated issue to your Customer Care thrice.
