    I have been using JioAirFiber since Sept 2025. On 29th June 2026, During heavy rain& Lightening, Outdoor Unit of the Airfiber got damaged. Service Request raised on 29th June, but till today no resolution. Worst experience with JioAirFiber, No response. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @kasaudhanji99 Hi @JioCare, I’m facing an issue with my Jio SIM. My phone shows Jio True 5G, but 5G internet is not working. I’ve already tried basic troubleshooting, but the issue persists. Please help resolve this as soon as possible.

    @JioCare Extremely poor network from jio in mobile. SRN SR000039XGGN no physical resolution. No 5G internet speed is extremely poor. Jio falsely telling outage issue resolved. What to do? Port sim or wait? @reliancejio #Poorservice #GodMorningThursday

    @JioCare @reliancejio continued on 1 July and 2 July. Every single customer care representative gave me the same scripted response: "Please wait 96 hours." SR00003A0MY7 (2.)

    @JioCare 3 DAYS INTERENET NOT WORKING (JIOFIBER) SCHEDULED ENGINEER VISIT FOR 4 PM. THEY GUYS DINT TURN UP. GAVE 9 PM TIME. THEY DINT TURN UP. ITS TIME TO SWITCH TO @airtelindia. cALLCENTER ASSURED US PROPER SERVICE. NOW EVEN CALLS WILL NOT GO THROUGH
