    @JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device so not able to receive 5G offer on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.

    @reliancejio @JioCare such a fed service no response no updates in problem just saying it will okay soon whats a poor service such a bad experience from such a big company i m having work from home and from last 6 days i have to do half day due to network issue.

    I have another jio prepaid number which is having internet service working fine. What's the reason that only certain number are not able to access internet and fase excuses of government guidelines are being shared to the customer. @AshwiniVaishnaw @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare one of the very dump network I have ever faced in my area there is no connectivity of internet access,not able to browse anything from today morning always getting errors sign on network symbol. All the further details already shared in DM. Please be quick to resolve it.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare can you plz let me know why on the name of 5G ur sims are not working in Jammu (J&K). I visited 3 stores of Jio & what I got to hear is,"Today is sunday,Our Seniors r not picking phone, even company doesn't know why this has happened Wait till tomorrow"
