    Worst internet service ever. Facing issue with your download and upload speed. Even 2g will perform better than your network. If you could fix this then please fix it ASAP, or I'll switch my primary number to another network. It's on you now. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia advance rental has been charged but still there is no broadband installed. Already had dm the details. Kindly cancel the order and process the refund. @JioCare is already installed infrastructure around.

    @kuleshbhuyan @reliancejio @JioCare Ridiculous service. "Lots of customers in your area, that's why net Is little bit slow" isn't the excuse. If you have lots of customers they are not using free service, they are paying for your service .be serious .. lots of my frnd of my area faced the same problem. solve this

    @JioCare i have launched several complaints for my jio fiber connection 1232355255 your service exicutive charged me 250 rs in his personal phone pay account for replacing a yellow colour wire connecting router, I asked for recpt he refused. And my connection is still not working

    @JioCare Sir how do I live with this reply "We are working to improve." How, till when.. Nothing.. You are not even specifically sure what the problem is. Why don't you speed test at my location, check it, improve it and come out of denial.

    @JioCare It's been 2 days and your system still isn't responding. If it were a security issue, it would have been fixed in seconds, but since it won't make you any profit you will take as much time as you want in it. @airtelindia what's the installation charge of Airtel Fiber? Free na?

    @JioCare I have my jio phone so many times but unable to use that's why I am stop recharging my number. After recharge your rep states that they are working and it will take some time. Request please update status of network in the area.
