    @JioCare @reliancejio 3 days no support and no engineer visit, is this the best you can do in Prime City - Delhi, Dwarka. I hope you still have to wait for IPO, improve you're support first, so unreliable If it doesn't get resolved by today I'm switching to @airtelindia Fiber

    @JioCare The issue is still not resolved. I sent a DM today but no response on it. Still getting just 1 signal bar with 4G signal not 5G.

    @JioCare @JioCare Extremely disappointed. I paid ₹1,200 for JioAirFiber, and today the plan amount was also collected, but there's still no installation or proper update. Customer care keeps asking me to visit the store instead of resolving the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very disappointed with @JioCare. Every month I'm facing internet issues. For the last 2–3 days, the connection has been extremely poor, and at times there's no internet at all. A technician visit was promised, but nobody came. Please resolve this permanently
