@JioCare Just went over Google Maps for giving review about the store. After submitting my own, scrolled through others and found the same kind of experience faced by the others. Staff is arrogant and careless towards user’s problems. May be you guys got attitude due @reliancejio success.

@JioCare Poor network in Karvenagar Pune. I am not able to use my data at high speed. I recharged 4Gb per day pack but it is not working properly. When I switch off data it shows full range while I switch on data it shows low range.

@JioCare @reliancejio You people got arrogance due to success nothing else. I wish people will soon show you the ground one day! I already tweeted 4-5 days ago about same problem even nothing happened from your side, better I opt other service. You’re not only the option in the market.

@JioCare I don’t want to discuss anymore I’m porting to Airtel due to your reseller’s attitude. The way they behave is just like they don’t give a shit about the customer. 7 times I went every time I got excuses like come on Monday, person not here, network issue, n all! Better I portout!

@JioCare I regret a lot than you, because I heavily invested in terms of JioPhone, Annual Recharge Plan and 5 JioSIMs. I literally feel frustrated choosing you. Step by step I’m moving out. Many times I complained but none of my problems were resolved, so better I change myself.

@reliancejio I got a new connection yesterday and it stopped working in 1hr and since then I have contact your customer care and the agent who came to install multiple times. No one is solving the issue. Its already 24hrs. How are we supposed to work??
