I had horrible experience with @reliancejio when i took connection for Jio TV and internet connection at home..the sales person and technician are at sea and so do the custumer care person who is not updated. I paid for 3 months advance but still not able to watch TV. @JioCare

@JioCare very very pathetic service I have been complaining for last three days regarding Jio fiber network issue first they assigned engineer on 11 july at 18:30 nobody came, i again filed complaint on 12th morning, they Schedule engineer for 13 July at 9AM still nobody visited
