What an awful experience! I just moved to @reliancejio 48 hrs back & now the service is down due to non-renewal of agreement with the premises where the tower was hosted. For next 48 hours they have no visibility on when services will be back! @jiocare do u really CARE!

@JioCare Sir/mam, I have installed jio fiber few days ago. Your saleman came and said to get jio postpaid plan for 6 months and told that i can discontinue whenever i want but when i called customer care to relocate they said not available in that area and can not refund money.

@JioCare @reliancejio it's been almost 25 days,and you'll are still struggling and unable to make it clear,and simply said its customer's fault,who didn't handed over the device within 60 days.. when emailed to your appellate, you'll called on Friday and said will call the next..

@JioCare It's been 6 daya already and I was told it will take max 48hrs for the installation, please tell me how many days more you need?? Your system assigning engineers daily for the installation but no one is visiting, so pathetic service. No team management is there.
