    @JioCare Thats how jio works.1st register the complaint on the app.follow it up 5-6 times with the customer care.then go to Twitter & highlight the cause on public platform.Then matter would be taken up on priority?This is just a normal way of functioning with jio.seen this happen twice.

    SR00001AWTIN Every time, to get internet working it takes you 3_4 days. Today 10 am the visit was scheduled. Nobody visited. No updates. Please help me in getting my internet line fixed @JioCare or @airtelindia seems a good option now.

    @AshwiniVaishnaw Company like @JioCare cheating customers and looting Hard earned money by misleading promotion. Which never fullfilled. Raising complaint but no resolutions. Offering postpaid plan bt taking advance rental. Nodal/Appleate call s being handled by customer care

    @JioCare For the last 10 days,jio internet is not working. Called Mr.Nagendra,Area Head,jio fibre and not responding. How such rascal and idiot has been employed at senior position in jio who behaves so nuisancically and irrespnsibly.

    @reliancejio Here is my request number for relocation of my jioFibre connection CO0000M46E1Z. This is the 15th req that I have made, all docs successfully verified and request approved but no engineer shows up ever! Called customer care and they just created a SR with no help!

    @JioCare I already share all required details but instead of solving issue customer care making false statements as number of user accessing net is high so the speed is down.Can u share me up to what lover speed is accepted as per government rule if I am paying for 4g services.
