    @JioCare Aur upar se aise reply dete ho jaise customer hi galat ho. Problem genuinely exist karti hai tabhi log complaint karte hain Agar network issue months tak same rahe aur har baar bas wahi copy paste replies mile to frustration hota hai

    @JioCare @ril_foundation Ambani family your Jio app is worst in the quick delivery option it show that it will be delivered by 11:45 am but till know it is not delivered now it also don’t allow me to cancel the order if you cannot maintain your app remove it JM6A001ADD0120DC8AC8

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very poor @JioCare network coverage at Majestic Manhattan Phase 2, Wagholi, Pune. Calls keep dropping, internet barely works, and indoor signal is almost unavailable. Residents are frustrated and many are planning to switch providers.

    @JioCare This level of service is extremely disappointing. My office work and daily activities are badly affected because of this continuous outage. Customers deserve better support and timely resolution.

    @JioCare Thanks for the predefined responses. None of them make sense to me. My issue still persists. Nobody contacted me yet. Resolution time promised on the ticket has already crossed 12 hours before. Jio support sucks
