@maddy66233727 @JioCare They will not fix it I guarantee it. I complained for low speed for very long time but still not even 1% improvement in the network speed. We are just wasting time.

@reliancejio @JioCare - Team I must say you guys are running the worst telecom service in India. In my locality [Palashi, KANCHRAPA, 24pgs(n), 743145] I'm not getting a minimum net to open a whatsap text! It's utterly a disappointment being a jio customer. #shame

@JioCare @reliancejio not allowing to send port message despite having unlimited recharge pack in place. @TRAI please have a look at such unethical practices of telecom operators limiting customer’s rights!

Hi Vi Care.. My vi sim suddenly got disabled. It's showing no service,no network.When I ask for help from the vi store they are saying your number cannot be restarted on prepaid.They are saying you have to change your contact from prepaid to postpaid 1/2 @ViCustomerCare @JioCare

Hey @JioCinema - your iPad app needs mandatory login to watch the IPL.. and whenever I try to login, it just gets stuck on Logging in once I input my phone number.. pls fix this bug - I am not able to watch the IPL on my iPad! #IPLonJioCinema @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare SR SR00001IZD8X. This request has been closed without engineer visiting us. The issue has not been resolved by Vijay Bahadur and he is closing the SR on his own. @reliancejio pleas resolve this.
