    @JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday after 10 AM, with the router showing a red blinking light and no internet access. I contacted customer care and an engineer visited but left without resolving the issue. The visit was then rescheduled without my consent.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Amazing service! Bill paid, subscription active in MyJio, but JioHotstar wants me to pay again. Jio blames Hotstar, Hotstar blames Jio, and the customer gets nothing. Can't watch matches or movies despite paying. Brilliant.

    @JioCare @JioHotstar Subscription active in MyJio, bill paid, yet JioHotstar says "No Subscription" and asks me to pay again. Support teams keep blaming each other. No resolution, no accountability, no service. Paying customer, zero access. Unacceptable.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani I am using Jio fibre since the service launched and recently I found the service is detoriating everyday & customer service was never appreciable. The JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number +912279694102. Look fwd to hv resolution
