@reliancejio We are renovating out apt bldg. There r 8 flats for which jio landline / wifi / dth connection is provided. All wires are hanging. We wld like all wires to be properly *******. I had raised this complaint on 19/03 but no action so far.

@JioCare I just had a call with Bharati from your Customer Service team and she informed a Voucher for 30 days should be activated as per the referral. I have Recorded the call. Pl chk and activate the voucher

@JioCare @reliancejio been calling your call centre repeatedly to get proper resolution for the issue with my eSim. No one reverts to the email. Visited Jio store twice, received nonsense response. It’s been more that 24hrs of followup yet no resolution. Pathetic service.

@JioCare What a solution i got. Got a message saying that Now my issue will be resolved on 27 March. It's pathetic. Is this is the way issue will be resolved and i will forced to switch to other internet provider
