    @JioCare Network and internet connectivity in kodambakkam,chennai area is pathetic. Pl do something as in lockdown, internet and network connectivity is playing important role.

    @djay_sharma @singharvind4321 @highspeedION @dvoisssv I think they are only providers in my area, basically they are the 'good among the worst' providers in my area. I tried to reach out to @airtelindia and @reliancejio for their broadband connection. But they mentioned that they don't provide service in this area.

    @reliancejio @JioCare i do a recharge no. 6205283973 of rs. 155 by mistake but pack is not active because this time i use this no in samsumg smart phone. Call centre reply that it will use in only jio phone but in lock down i have not jio phone now. So please help us to use.

    @JioCare Raise the concerns to board managing director of Relejio. I'm a user of Jio Number here there is a lot of network issues that is we are unable to talk and there is no data coming and very pathetic signals still you're unable to fix the problem #Anantapur AP 9985511186

    @JioCare jio just cut 15 postpaid connection of our office for non payment. Tried logging on self care portal and not working . Staff are without connection in this tough time . After loyal customer for 2 jio disconnecting is stab in the back

    @reliancejio Sir.ur jio network is great for cores of rich peoples not for village people. Daily my 2gb data wasted around 1000 peoples due to no network. Here we raised so many complaints no one responded. poor network work so many villages please improve. Vilage are backbone

    @JioCare hi I have done a recharge for my Jio number using airtel wallet or payment bank. Airtel is showing recharge successful but its not updated in my jio account. Please help
