    @JioCare got a call from jio executive, he was guiding me to surrender the existing connection and get a new connection instead. he also told that he cannot help me with re-location, only helpline can solve the issue. Round & Round @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare the issue got resolved after few hours of transaction. the recharge went through. i got the notification sms. but why the delay?
