@JioCare my internet service in past 2 months has been down for collective 27 days and engineers incharge are telling us to complain to jio fibre services for less allotted points to connect cable in our soceity ,please help

@JioCare bought a choice number online 5 days back and Unable to activate it through store visit and having a person come home to activate and deliver the sim. Sad state of affairs and left a bad taste in terms of experience

@reliancejio Many a times calls get cross connected. Many times calls get failed. Prices are hiked by you but what about above mentioned issues.

@reliancejio @JioCare There is a long standing recurrent network issue at Indraprastha area, Barasat, PIN - 700127. Call drop, pathetic call quality is a daily problem. Nearby JIO customer service doesn't help to get the network quality fixed. Customers are fed up.
