    @JioCare Most pathetic fiber network. Network outage close to 24 hrs. Customer care tell you to wait for 2 hours every time you call. BSNL works better then Jio fiber. Regretting to switch to Jiofiber from BSNL.

    @JioCare great loop around for customer care. Called Jiocare, got SR no, case closed without attending. Sent whatsapp message to Jiocare, got OTP, asked to log the app, case not found, bot popped up, mentioned the issue, it is asking me to call customer care. Time to move out .
