@JioCare My concern - I raised a Cancellation request on Dec 04th. And it is still not processed. When I send an email, they say use WhatsApp. And it can't understand my query and asks me to use email. And customer care says we are processing. I have to vacate my house. ReqID SR0000136AC5

Worst customer care at Giridih, Jharkhand by its local team. I have been given 7 slots by now but no technician has visited my residence to fix the issue. @JioFiber @reliancejio Expect @Reliance to hire better team and train them better at customer service.

@JioCare Absolutely no support is extended by JioCare it’s just an eye wash. Collecting Security deposit & then delaying services is breach of trust
