    @JioCare JioAirFiber down for 30+HOURS. SR: SR00002NNI3E Technician visited & couldn’t fix it. Customer care failed. Now Jio keeps rescheduling visits instead of fixing the issue. Even escalated to Karnataka Appellate Team. Enough rescheduling. RESTORE MY INTERNET NOW.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Is there any accountability on your side? My broadband internet is down since last 2 days and the response that I get from your side everytime is - "system mein nahin dikh raha hai kab engineer assign hoga". Seriously?

    @JioCare I’ve been struggling with Jio’s poor network service for the past year. Despite repeated complaints, the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Please look into this seriously and provide a permanent solution.
