@JioCare Yes the connection is back because we travel 5 km to the jio broadband office and reported to the service manager personally. The last technician repaired the connection in less than 30 minutes. @JioCare train your team to value customer and don’t report falsely to skip duty

@JioCare Ever since I have taken the connection, there seems to be endless connectivity issues that I have complained but it seems the staff here are not that efficient to give a solution. Until 2 days back , the service guy asks me to surrender the router and pay for a new one.

@JioCare Some person is coming to my house and claiming to be from JioFiber but he didn't had the Jio ID card and is claiming he wants to install some box in my building. I am trying to call the Jio Customer Care to check the authenticity but no one is responding. Please help
