    @JioCare @weeeeeshal What pathetic service! I've raised my service req 7 days back and till now no engineer has been assigned. The cust care is helpless and keeps repeating like a parrot "24 more hrs". Be honest and tell the customer if you can take the service load in an area or not! NO0000O5ZIWZ

    @Airtel_Presence So you need to solve problem urgently. You waste customers' time on 121. Local airtel stores behave rudely. If my connection is not fixed ASAP, I am shifting to @JioCare

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup Reliance Jio Customer Support number 1800889999 is not working. I am using JioFi. My Jio number is 6388933688. Every morning MyJio app is showing 0KB data left out of 1.5GB without using the data. My plan is 1.5GB/day (666/-). Please help

    @reliancejio , hi thanks for services, but unfortunately we have raised the complain on 12th Jan through email but it is surprised that no one has responded and we are talkinh about 5G. Minimum support services are not available at Bhubaneswar. My Account no is 900250095709

    @JioCare I was having Jio Post paid no , port it to Airtel 4 months back now again want to port to JIO Postpaid. But , i was having 300-400 Rs in Jio, also security deposit which I haven't received yet. Please solve my problem. Now again I have to give security deposit? Urgent
