    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare zero in cx service zero in product delivery. you guys just keep on repeating the same thing we will do it we will do it be rest assured, if that’s case you can even take one year and say be rest assured. Stop giving stupid answers and start giving resolution

    @JioCare Its not a concern.... just send the freaking technician already, its been 4 days, no one came today as well. I am paying money for the whole month, i had to arrange internet for my work due to ur laughable service. Are you going to lay for this

    Signal fluctuations since joining Jio in February 22 and speed less than 3mbps most of the time at Nanganallur Macmillan colony and also near Nanganallur Anjaneya temple. Yet to resolve @JioCare

    @JioCare One of the worst customer service i have seen! Its been 5 days, calling the customer services no. to get our problem fixed, have been receiving the same response every time but still no action taken.
