  Your support flow is completely broken @JioCare . In-app diagnostics fail, yet there’s no direct option to raise a ticket without jumping through frustrating bot loops. 5 days of zero connectivity on my JioFiber ₹999 plan and not a single technician visit scheduled. Worst.

  @reliancejio @JioCare internet is again not working & as usual customer care is not reachable. Kindly discount ur internet and refund the amount at the earliest. Can't bear such pathetic service. @jagograhakjago kindly give some directives to jio.

  @JioCare @reliancejio team it's going to be a week tomorrow after the issue started, still no respite. Is there a lack of service engineers on the ground in Chennai ? How much longer are we supposed to wait for ?

  🚨 SCAM ALERT @reliancejio - Paid ₹2200 for Jio AirFiber, but your team not installed & cancelled that request.all details sent in DM. It’s been over a month with no refund. Customer care is just an endless IVR with no human to address the issue. frustrating and unacceptable!
