    @JioCare Dear Sir, The Jio service engineer arrived to attend the call (SRN 00001AQ2R7) but he didn't have the proper equipment to perform the task. According to them, the JIO management didn't provide the proper tools, and because of this, he had a lot of trouble in working.

    @JioCare Funny instance, No resolution as your customer support is trying to connect via call but is unable to due to network unavailability/ Low or bad network unable to hear them. Still Waiting!!

    @JioCare Please get the problem resolved on top-most priority. Badly need internet have work to do. Mobile network is too poor in my area cannot rely on mobile data.

    @JioCare dear team, will u kindly turn off that plan expiry record msg before every call, it's so frustrating. Once a call i can understand, but before every call i have to hear that stupid recorded msg , it just irritate me. Kindly do something about it.

    @reliancejio - Does jio Fiber connection relocation takes 20 days? I am amused on ur helpdesk reply!! FAQ says customer can carry the devices and done in no time. Are you importing resources from china or What, to do relocation? @JioFiberVoice @JioCare
