  @JioCare Sukhmeet, 2+ months they r working on my concern but result no refund. In normal situation in 14 days after equipment return I should get my refund. So u tell me y no refund yet? Either not working or messed up. One of them is correct, saying & doing r two different return refund

  Hey @JioCare , my AirFiber router is dead, but I can’t raise a request either from app, call, or chat because your algos don’t cover “router is dead” scenario. Request to raise a service request for JioAirFiber router change, as I am unable to do so from existing modes.

  Hi I have I have ported my SIM for my Airtel to Jio, just now raised the MNP request and recharged Rs 349, but I wanted to reverse this because I am traveling outstation tmrw. I need to cancel the MNP request. Will I get a refund for the recharges I did? @JioCare

  @JioCare I didn't get a response for the email so I changed the plan and I was asked to make the payment again when there was already balance. I made the payment, it started working. Then I get a reply for my email that the issue is now resolved which they didn't do anything for.

  @JioCare Harshit unfortunately u guys have never updated me unless I asked which is y I haven't received my refund after 2+ months. I have given me u ample amount of the time which is y I got no refund & facing urgent medical finance issue. Now transfer my refund by today any shame left
