    @reliancejio Services to My number stop despite payment to old service provider, have submitted the proof to jio but all the services to my number stop. There is no way to speak with someone from Jio. I'm suffering since morning and no one from company called to assist

    @JioCare Jio fiber network is extremely poor. Everyday the network is down. Even the TV does not work when that happens. The service is so poor that I can't even reach out and talk to someone. When I do, they say they'll send someone in 2-3 days. I regret choosing #JioFiber

    Internet is fluctuating to much its goes down 2mbps to 20kbps and turning up and down can't play online games or video call is lagging too much do somthing ASAP !! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare need a Jio fibre connection at my residence. Building opposite to mine has it. Please assist. Local Internet providers have very shoddy service. A lot of packet loss and high ping issues. I was under the impression Jio has exceptional connectivity across Mumbai.

    @JioCare I had contacted Jio fibre via your website form. But local team gave me a unsatisfactory revert. Please look into the issue, I think a better decision making authority could resolve an issue if any at all.

    @JioCare Hi, I made payment for jio fibre as I was assured that same day installation will be done but its been so many day neither of them are responding in a proper way. Experiencing worst days with jio fibre.
