    @JioCare Thanks for your response. My sim is not working, I am following up with @ViCustomerCare for the last 35 days. They are simply not able to fix my problem. If my sim start working then the very first message would be to port out. I will migrate both numbers. Say no to #VodafoneIdea

    @JioCare How does that answer make sense, when at the small place the network is full the calls arent received/ made, also how does restarting the phone helps gets network. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Got a message saying that upgrade activity is completed and I should be able to use internet. However I am still unable to use it. Called customer care but again standard reply of wait for 2 hours.
