    @JioCare Your customer support simply closes the ticket commenting they called me and I agreed to retain the connection, nothing can be more idiotic statement. Pls pls take your device and refund my full amount. I know you only save yourself on Twitter and do nothing. It's been 8 days.

    Hi @JioCare , the issue is still not resolved. I contacted your support everyday, but they are sending me generic DMs every time. Can you provide me a specific date within which it will be fixed? Please don’t ask me to DM you again.

    @JioCare @reliancejio we need help. We have done porting of 2 nos. Fm vodaphone to jio & paid Rs.5800 for 1 year to Reliance retail shop no. 7 Gulmohar rd. Borivali E. Mumbai. 1no. is been port but they are denying that we have not paid. They did a fraud with us.

    @JioCare It’s been rescheduled 5 times already and the installation date is still open ended. No confirmation till date about who will do the installation neither any call from anyone. Kindly issue a refund and close this. There’s no point if you’re unable to install.
