    @reliancejio @JioCare very poor network in Oasis Pride, Plot No 38, Sector 9, Ulwe 410206. Your 5G is getting bad to worst of all the big three. Install boosters everywhere for customer convenience. Even the Reliance Jio 🗼in our building is not working.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have raised a relocation request of my Jio fiber connection which was due on 14th March and still after 3 complaints your engineer is not visiting. Also no action is taken on my escalation as well. Such a pathetic way to deal with customer.

    @JioCare No internet connection in jio fiber from last 6 hrs firstly company msg work in your area than after 5 hrs they raise a complain after that engineer not pick up phone ,I know he reschedule my request very bad customer service by jio .pls rectify it

    @JioCare Why can’t I reach JioFiber customer care from Airtel? The system says “Call cannot connect as no active JioFiber plan is present.” If a customer has no active recharge, how are we supposed to clarify issues, report problems, or get support? Misleading & frustrating for users.
