Hey @JioCare Team, From past 1 year, I am waiting for the JioFiber to come in my location. I have contacted the Jio offices several times but they always say the same that we will come soon ! Please expand you service locations for JioFiber.

@nirajvasavada @reliancejio I faced worst experience frm vapi office of @youbroadband.They told connection is feasible, took money for entire year plan, after a week when we inquired they informed opp. Society is not giving permission & will gv refund after 45 days.

The society next to me(20mtr away) has Fiber but not in my society. Is this the way you handle your customer? Please do call me on 8850184082 for a better understanding or will buy @JioCare. Whoever comes first in my society.

@ViCustomerCare No response? The 14th is gone. I was promised by Vi that my issue will be resolved by 14th Jul'21 midnight, but as expected the result is negative. No action has been taken by Vi to resolve my issue. Thanks Vi for giving pathetic services @reliancejio @JioCare
