@JioCare Seems Jio doesn't allow customer to download invoice older than 180 days. This is ridiculous, I have paid for a service and it's my right to gwt all the invoices. How can Jio deny consumer rights?

@trai,@reliancejio,@jiocare Why TRAI is allowing Jio to collect money from customers by providing sub standard service. In the 5G network most of the times customers are not able to make and receive calls. Auto call disconnect is also rampant. Pls. take action

@reliancejio My father is in a foreign country where he lost his phone (which also had his alternate SIM) If I call your customer care, they ask for recharge history which I had to ask my father. The next time I called, they said verification failed last time

@JioCare And Signals are fluctuating from 5g to 4g not stable network that's what i am reporting kindly fix it was not staying in 5g automatically switching back to 4g that's what i am asking kindly resolve

@reliancejio @JioCare So, even after paying the full amount, we are at the mercy of the service engineers and call center executives who won’t value our time and raise false reports. MAKE SURE that SR00001H3AX4 completes by today EOD and not 2nd February.
