    @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Really frustrated having to follow up repeatedly get issue resolved. In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government services to provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.

    @JioCare Still no resolution! The issue is open and no engineer has visited yet. This is not what anyone expects from Jio. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the way this complaint is being handled.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Sure, thanks for connecting. Why is the internet down? Would @JioCare compensate for 2 days when there was no internet? Would you add days to the plan? Why is your staff not non-responsive? Isn’t it basic courtesy to update the customers who are paying your salaries?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Now the connection has been deactivated for “overdue payment”, as shown in the attached screenshot.The representative is now not answering our calls. This is clearly an internal account/connection migration issue, not a customer payment default. (3/5)

    @JioCare I have been attending your calls but your network shows ONE bar in the signal and I am not able to hear or speak to whoever is on the other end. I don’t know how many more times I have to say the same thing.

    @JioCare I have replied to the above message since yesterday. But there is no resolution for my problem. @reliancejio only boasts about delivery speed but doesn't have what it takes to walk the talk.

    @reliancejio I requested Jio AirFiber relocation but cancelled it the same day. Despite this, my old AirFiber connection has been suspended and my ₹1,200 relocation payment has not been refunded. Please restore my connection and issue a full refund immediately.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My old number 9215188033 was with Jio and got disconnected by mistake. I even went to Gujarat Airtel, but they clearly refused and told me to contact Jio as they don’t have this number. Please check Jio records and help me reclaim my old number. 🙏dm for any
