    @reliancejio @JioCare As jio known for one of the best telecom company and their services. It's surprised in this location jio networok is very poor. Please look into it and try to improve.

    @JioCare I have registered a JioFiber Service Request no. SR000033BQ5X three days before but internet connectivity is still pending. A very unacceptable behavior and customer concerns are not on priority.

    Register complaint for unwated telecaller numbers on TRAI DND app @TRAI. Tried with a number got message from @JioCare that the number is disconnected due to unregistered telemarketing. Great app and nice Initiative.

    @JioCare What’s wrong with your service in pincode 833220? Your network is getting worse day by day. No signal, constant call drops, and unusable internet. This is beyond frustrating — we’re paying for a service that barely works. Fix this ASAP or stop claiming to be reliable.

    @JioCare I demanded my loses as well (Recharged amount and loses for an entire week). Initiate them as well. Your negligence doesn't help me. @JioCare
