    @JioCare From yesterday morning 8 AM we had reported about a cut or damaged fiber optic cable under the above mentioned service tickets .. just getting assurances .. we need this thing up and running as child has online classes to attend and notes to be downloaded..

    @JioCare It is not a matter of money, it is a matter of rules that if the company had left its money on the customer, then we the customer would also have left our money on the company. But every day lies are being told that you will get the money tomorrow. 2 months passed like this.
