    @JioCare very poor services. Every now and then the wifi ftth is going down. Today it is just buffering. All work stopped. Really disgusting

    @JioCare complaint no SR00001BMT63. Again no one from the Fibre team comes to check and the complaint is automatically closed. Internet not working for over 5 days. This is really appalling service!!

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare, as I raised concern multiple times but yet no resolution. facing same issue in important time, so we 793 users including me plan to change network from #jio to #airtel we really fed up with this, either you resolve or we have no other options. #jiodown @reliancejio
