@reliancejio @JioCare As jio known for one of the best telecom company and their services. It's surprised in this location jio networok is very poor. Please look into it and try to improve.

@JioCare Due to Temporary outage, JioFiber services for Service ID 3335533611 are impacted in your area since 27-06-2021 10:13 AM. This is expected to get resolved tentatively by 27-06-2021 02:13 PM. FYI nothing yet has been done. #WFH is for toss

@JioCare My last 5 calls in last month to your call centre was disconnected by agent. It seems your agent doesnt want to talk to customer anymore.. I'm sure I'm not alone. It's seems like a behavioral issue. I'm planning to covert to prepay. Can you assist with the process.
