    @Airtel_Presence @rsprasad my airtel network is operating with less than 2G speed ...I have upgraded my pack also... this is really bad from airtel I have lodged a complaint also for which no resolution is done @reliancejio I will now port to jio for better services

    @reliancejio Respected sir my friend had recharge my mobile number on 2 may 2020 at 10pm reference number: 7439643927 and transaction id: 01235040766 which was done by him by mistake he recharge of 155rs actually this plan only work in jio phone i have android phone please help

    @JioCare my friend Arpit tayde using Jio network in Akola (Maharashtra)Geeta nagar having mob no 9921979335,have lots network issue internet not working properly & even call dropped plz help as soon as possible.having difficulty in quarantine time.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio Man I did 4 calls to customer care gave them my details twice, still you guys are saying it will take another 48 hrs. I can understand the situations but Now it's really disappointing.

    @reliancejio i am facing network issue in my area since last 15 days. getting just 1-2 bar network, even though i live in the heart of the city. very poor service from jio. will leave the network now.

    @JioCare There should be the service of refund recharge because the third person doing recharge don't have idea whether he has jio phone or android phone or it should be cancelled by giving sujestion that sim isn't running in jio phone be4 recharge is done inconvenience by system.

    We don't want to see @RanveerOfficial and @OfficialDeepka in @reliancejio in IPL matches. We will not using jio network anyone more. They are involved in drugs cattle.

    4 days,10+ calls,3 times verification still my problem is not solved.@JioCare @reliancejio it's worst service I've ever received.Tum bs ticket raise kro. Thank god. My first choice @airtelindia is always committed to there words and services even in lockdown.

    @JioCare My jiofiber is not working, i contacted jiofiber service WhatsApp and they told there was an unplanned outage and it will be resolved by 12:54 am but it's 1:37 and the fiber is still showing red light.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have a jio Sim which I recharge with your qtr plan of 666 with 1.5GB data free daily I'm mostly on WiFi when in home or office but whenever I'm using data net while travel or being out your data speed just sucks the speed is very very bad and the response

    Dear @reliancejio, I m using Jio since Launch.I don't get good signal of Jio at Saniya Studio Naigaon.. Its almost 500 people shoot there. Airtel n Vodafone r crystal clear. I request u to do plz do something abt it or I won't be having any other option but to port my number.

This has happened to all my requests which I had raised in past 2 years but this time I want to know your action on this kind of fraudulent behaviour. How someone can make me the reason for their ignorance of work?

    @ASHISHBHASKAR1 Their service have become worst now. Switch to @JioCare, their network quality is really good and speed is also awesome.
