    @reliancejio Hey, I am from village-gopi tehsil-Badhra, district-charkhi dadri, In my village all of the jio users facing network problem since past 3 months Internet speed is very too low also facing calling issues, so we request you to take strict action and check our tower.

    @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @reliancejio there is a jio tower in my village, yet the net is not working in the call here.Many times the call gets disconnected while talking.And after that if you dial again, then for a long time the number is not available.7018820003 8684040888

    @JioCare It's now months together, calling customer care and booking the complaint but no action is being taken... Presently using the Airtel data to tweet... The network problem is worst in jio despite having 2 gb daily da with yearly plan... Deciding to switch to Airtel...

    @JioCare does customer focus exist in the organization? 7 days and I am unable to use my phone! my normal life disrupted - esim to physical SIM not done for 1 week. My normal life has been disrupted - UPI payments not happening, family, colleagues all complaining.
