    @TRAI On 12th of July our data @reliancejio usage showed 105GB data used at 5:30 in the morning, we paid for a temporary 2 day plan and advance payment for our next cycle, but no bill was generated, despite advance payment our wifi cycle has not activated and the customer care

    This is exactly how you lose customer trust in a single day. Better communication would have made a huge difference. @JioCare, can someone actually look into this and provide a real update?

    wth is wrong with JIO4G internet and 1st of all they dont accept complaints no matter how many times you call complaint number they will just tell you the data usage like seriously and i dont even use data most of the days they send msgs of data usage @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio your services are not good in our area. I have already complained so many times but no results. Please improve network quality in my location. In the era of 5g my location doesn’t have even stable 4g network ans good internet speed.

    I report spam calls on the @TRAI DND app, and @JioCare @reliancejio will reject the complaint saying I never got the call from the number???? Either be competent to block it or do not give the feature.

    Terrible service, @reliancejio @JioCare . I was told an engineer would visit today between 1 and 2 PM, but no one has arrived and my JioFiber connection is still down. I work from home, and this kind of delay is completely unacceptable. Please resolve this urgently.

    @JioCare @amazon It's been 3 days, the recharge is still not credited, no refund has been processed, and customer care is not responding. Please resolve this issue immediately or initiate the refund.
