    @JioCare my physical sim got deactivated in the process of eSIM upgrade and now eSIM is not getting activated with the QR and activation code received via email.There is no option on your IVR to connect directly with customer care executive. How one is supposed to file complaint?

    @XiaomiIndia I owned a MI11X since 2021 and now everyone getting @JioCare #5G network and service but i had to still wait for update from MI support team. so all MI11x owners are fool who bought it just for 5G at early purchase ?

    @JioCare They are now requesting that I leave my location and travel to be near the router for them to fix the issue. It is unacceptable that I have to disrupt my life and travel just for them to do their job. Its also unacceptable that my children's education is being impacted

    @JioCare I do not have problem with your advance "thats paid" right? What I am asking is receipt! What is receipt and why receipt is not given as and when payment is made? What's hiding? PS - I am not asking receipt for Security deposit so stop giving unnecessary information.
