  @reliancejio @JioCare utterly disappointed by the Jio care - it has been more than 48 hours to install air fiber at my home. Jio promised that the installation will take place within 24 hours of payment. This service is not acceptable and want to request immmediate installation

  @JioCare Sure, thanks for connecting. Why is the internet down? Would @JioCare compensate for 2 days when there was no internet? Would you add days to the plan? Why is your staff not non-responsive? Isn’t it basic courtesy to update the customers who are paying your salaries?

  @JioCare Jio 5G has been unstable in my area since March, constantly switching to 4G and exhausting my data despite all mobile settings being correct. After 3–4 complaints, I’ve only heard “it’ll be fixed in 1–2 weeks” for 3 months now, wasting my Unlimited 5G plan. @reliancejio

  @JioCare Really frustrated having to follow up repeatedly to get issue resolved. In 28 days, I’ve sent 50+ emails, made 250+ calls and posted 50+ times on X, but still no resolution.Even government service provide better support than Jio nowadays. I’m genuinely fed up with this service.

  How many times do I have to complain about the same Jio network issue? @JioCare @reliancejio The problem is still unresolved. Please fix the network instead of repeatedly asking for the same details.

  @ShivrajXind @JioCare Even after recharging, everyday Jio sends me messages to recharge the number. What a clown company. CJP is the solution
