@JioCare cannot make calls or receive calls while using your "true 5g network" , everything fine while on 4g mode. Whats the issue??

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare , Your network is getting worse with each passing day after you have announced 5G roll out. It seems that you want your old customers to go away. Am getting more miss call messages than actual calls. Will you do something.

@GyanifyIN @yabhishekhd @reliancejio Thanks for the info, I also thought the same, but cross checked the band support by both. What a shame, all that "no need to change sim to activate 5g" bull***t. I was thinking about carrier change, my 1 yr plan is end in few months. Can't change phone for just compatibility.

@vikasnetani Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.

@JioCare yesterday I raised 1 service request, and till no action has been taken. Service engineer seems not concerned about the inconvenience which I am facing. Please let me know if u r unable to resolve our complaints. Service #SR00001GHFM0.
