JioFiber is not working properly. Customer care no is not reachable. It's irritating to get this service after paying for Rs. 1800 odd amount for 300 Mbps package! Pathetic service and I am flabbergasted because never expected! What to do? @reliancejio @JioCare @BandBajaateRaho

@JioCare @JioCare after so many days still no solution. Team member of local jiofiber office Shailendra bhaghel was rude even told me to cancel my connection and get refund. No surety when the technician will visit. This is how u treat ur customers? #JioFiber #jio
