    @JioCare Even after reporting the exact location in Vasai West this morning, there is still no Jio network. No response, no resolution. This is unacceptable. Visit the area and check the ground reality instead of ignoring customers. Time to port to another network#Jio #VasaiWest

    @JioCare WhatsApp on my Jio number is getting blocked again and again and after placing a request for review, it gets restored after 5-6 hours. It is happening on a daily basis, although I am just send 8-10 messages/day. Sometimes it gets banned in just 1 text. Please help.

    @JioCare have you gathered too many customers that your service speed has drastically reduced? Two incidents in two houses in a week. When I raised a service request, you assigned an engineer for the 13th. Should I wait without internet for so long or switch to other provider?

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. There is no working channel to request Jio AirFiber disconnection. MyJio, WhatsApp, and customer care all fail to connect me with a human agent. I demand immediate cancellation, confirmation that billing has stopped. #JioAirFiber details shared DM
