    @JioCare @reliancejio hello jio team, i complain about network coverage since 2018 in our location but no improve always custmore care person says we solve your problem in 120 days but after 4 years no improvement..around 1500 people in our village 3 jio user in my family.

    @reliancejio @JioCare while calling 198 it’s so difficult to reach to customer support , no options I find , generally it used to be number 9. On top of it your ******* Jio fibre is not working

    @JioCare My internet has been down since 1st Jan. Service people are not coming even after registering complain. There is no one to take responsibility. Service request no: SR0000186JWA.

    Hi @reliancejio @JioCare, we have 5 Jio Mobile Sim cards in our family and none of them shows network signals to dial or receive calls. Our area pin code is 110085, Pocket A-2, Alok Kunj, Rohini, New Delhi. Pls look into it urgently.
