    @reliancejio This is to concern about new jio fibre connection, I have requested for new connection on 22nd, Order number is NO0000J3WKHM . But I am still waiting for installation and also I am not getting any support for this from sales person who had done documentation.

    @JioCare You cannot check service request until then the service request is closed. Keep on tweeting and mailing. May be the customer service representatives are working hard to resolve the issue but i doubt if the ground staff even bothered about the issue.

    @reliancejio Very poor net. Sending a message to the customer service executive on the My Jio app takes 5 minutes. By then, the chat gets closed. On calling the toll free number, the call gets cut everytime I press the button to talk to the executive. #jio #jiofibre

    @JioCare Currently, I'm using airtel and if @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia cannot fix the issue then I would surely port to another network
