    I've never experienced service as poor as @JioCare. My JioFiber cable snapped on the 25th. I raised a service request the same day and made multiple calls, but no engineer has visited and there's been no response. Unacceptable. Cancelling my JioFiber subscription ASAP.

    @JioCare Jio Airfiber has been down since July 25 and hasn't been resolved yet. Service Request SR00002MVMRM logged on July 25, closed without resolving. Advance payment was made for 6 months and this is the ridiculous service you provide? Shame.

    @JioCare Nobody has visited my location to address the issue. The same problem happened in February and it took 2 months to resolve the same. Your engineer at that time told to cancel Jio and opt for another ISP. Fix this problem by today or process my refund so i can go with another ISP

    @reliancejio @JioCare one of the worst support, going to switch to another provider like airtel, youbroad or gtpl once my 6 months plan completes. No response it's been more than 10 days of my relocation request. And also charged me on top of my prepaid 6 months plan. Very bad!

    @JioCare Pathetic broadband support in Bengaluru. My broadband has been down since 13/07/2026 despite repeated complaints, and it's still not restored. I run an advocate's office where reliable internet is essential. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber

    @JioCare Why is your wifi services get frequent connection issues, if the internet is slow and you try to restart it gets into red. If the connection gets restored automatically then the service engineer still asks the OTP after arriving 6 hours delay to the scheduled time.
