    @JioCare @reliancejio Dear Jio, Is it really necessary to tell me everytime that my plan is expiring soon whenever I try to call someone before 3-4 days of service expiry? Imagine, when someone has an emergency to call someone ASAP, is he bound to listen to this worthless ****??

    Hello @reliancejio, I am complaining about a network issue in my area for last 4-5 years and I am getting answer that, your so-called network team is working on it and this issue will be resolved within 180 days.

    @reliancejio Totally unhappy with your service & customer care....I will be given a refund if I am not satisfied with the connection but Jio Fiber didn't live up to the commitment...I cancelled it within 30 days after getting on 08/04/2021. No refund given for installation charge

    @reliancejio @JioCare also became same as other service providers They took the order yesterday and after I paid the required amount then after that they asked for more money to install some more cables! Tried to call CC many times but @JioCare disconnected the calls time n again

    @JioCare @JioSaavnCare is ur pro subscription included in 599 postpaid plus plan or not? Yesterday had a lengthy email trial with ur customer care but u guys are not ready to provide a service included and committed in the plan while offering the plan.
