@Anindya_Khare @reliancejio Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare Dear Sir, yesterday service engineer already visited the place and after checking they told no port is available now. I tried multiple times to the sales person who confirmed me before the order placed that free ports were available

@JioCare first jio need to stop discount calls , i have faced an issue with a girl her name (Priya) from this jio customer care & never call this customer care because they don't have patience to answer a question & they don't have patience to connect us with their supervisor
