Dear @JioCare I never paid for any service request I raised past 3-4 years and today, your representative asked for money to resolve my Jio Fiber internet issue, which I denied. I asked for proof and then he left. Look into this please

@JioCare I am tired of complaining for my Jio Fiber connection slow speed issue even after opting for 500mbps I am hardly having speed of 50mbps. best part is they have closed my complaint saying issue is resolved after 2 days and when is I ask who closed it they have no ans😖

@JioCare Third class cheaters no 1,,, Never ever buy any JIO product… using their govt contacts and money for cheat the loyal customers… I hope JIO goes down the same way reliance telecom went down… get lost

@JioCare It's already in my area. My opposite neighbour already have the connection but they can't even provide me one. It's been month now I am chasing them. I doubt how will be after sales service if I will get the connection

@JioCare your jio extender is the worst product i have ever used, also the after sale service is worst for it. The day i received the jio extender it has been giving me problem and when i try to lodge complain the technition says they don't take any responsibilty for it.

@JioCare @reliancejio first customer care convince to convert into postpaid and told to visit nearest jio office which is Approx 5km & when I went the executive told that it’s a old office and don’t have much information about the post paid plan search for some other jio office
