    Dont ever go by the faud of self e kyc by Reliance Jio @JioCare : They first take the full payment and never do the sim delivery. Delivery executive asks on phone whether u have paid already & then starts ghosting you. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare This is DAYLIGHT ROBBERY! I'm paying full price for 5G, but only get 2 bars of network and speeds worse than 2G for 3 MONTHS straight!     @JioCare I don’t understand if this Jio twitter handle actually resolves customer concerns, as I had to myself call the technician who had installed my Jio fiber and he sent a technician sometime back and he said that the setup box Is faulty and he raised ticket to get a new replacement

    4/4 @JioCare, enough is enough. I expect an immediate resolution, compensation for the outage, and an explanation for repeated no-shows without even a call. ++ @nch1915 to take note of this blatant disregard for consumers and repeated failure to deliver a paid service.#JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet connectivity for the last 5 days. I have called customer support 4 times today alone and even visited the local service center, but there is still ZERO resolution. This is severely impacting my work.resolve the issue immediately.

    @JioCare I have been facing a service disruption for the past 3 days, and my complaints are only resulting in repeated reschedules without any resolution. My request ID is SR00002MIZF2. This is extremely frustrating. Please look into this immediately and fix my connection!

    @JioCare 1st of all it is very disappointing to have taken your jio fiber, very pathetic after sales. My engineering visit schedule has changed a good 3 times with no response, my local internet was much better. Plz tell me the procedure to cancel my connection.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your *Order No.* is *NO0001EKII62*, Monday it was supposed to be installed. The concerned person not bothered to take call. Is this customer service. Saturday payment done and yet no installation and you claim for 24 hrs installation
