    Is @reliancejio ensuring the total destruction of @HathwayBrdband so it’s easy pickings for a full takeover? Doesn’t #HathwayBroadband owe it’s customers better service. Simply shocking no Internet since last night, then briefly restored, now from Colaba to Mahim gone again😡

    @JioCare pathetic service from jio staff Fibre connection not working since 5 days & even after 3 service requests and repeated calls to team nothing done to fix the issue and staff arguing over phone. Got all call recordings as POC SR SR000016O74V

    My previous plan was to end on 19th sept 2021. But now they say that i had to recharge within 1 month of expiry of previous hotstar plan. I have the recording with customer support. So either activate vip or refund 199 or be ready for legal action. @JioCare

    @JioCare Service engineers already visited twice between gap of 7 days, and communicated same problem of connection box being full, pls confirm what action is being taken now, by when a new connection box will get installed
