    @JioCare Biggest mistake of my life by switching to Jio. 13Years of using Vodafone and never faced calling issues. No one is able to reach me and neither I am able to call anyone. To resolve this i have to switch ON/OFF Airplane mode Or restart.#Jionetwork

    Dear @airtelindia, please improve the internet quality in khariar road, odisha(zip code -766104) and surroundings. We are facing major back logs due to poor internet speed. Have already recharged for an entire year, else would have switched. 🙏 @reliancejio @Airtel_Presence

    @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat Can't you have humans who'd decently solve our queries than setting your Customer Care fully based on idiot AI? My Jio Plan is supposed to end in May, yet each time I make a call, it says, "Your Jio plan validity is ending soon"!

    @JioCare I remember registering long back but never got a callback. I will wait for week and see if you would really reach out or not. No point in waiting beyond one week. Really disappointed as most of main ISP are providing service in my area except #jio #jiofibet #broadband

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network​ has down last two at(Thoriyali, (Rajkot-gujarat). We have facing problem from last two days (problem like Not calling anyone and internet connectivity).My two days data plan and calling plan is totally waste. Are you give the refund?😡😡😡😡

    @JioCare I need clarification if you are providing service in my area? There is no problem to wait for 2 weeks. But if you are not certain about the coverage in my area, i can atleast look for other ISP #jio #jiofibre #broadband
