@reliancejio @JioCare Worst customer support by Mr.Deepak (9835921804) and Mr.Sujeet (7903253965) at Patna, Bihar. JioFibre Connection order No. is NO0000GR0R3Y and FixedVoice No. is +916127968050. I have been using Jio for its quick customer support but this time it failed.

Dear @reliancejio I did biggest mistake to took y'r postpaid plan. Neither I am able to make a call nor y'r internet is working When I request for closure of the connection, y'r customer care says that only I can downgrade me plan. Don't realise my mistake, pls close the A/c.
