Is @reliancejio ensuring the total destruction of @HathwayBrdband so it’s easy pickings for a full takeover? Doesn’t #HathwayBroadband owe it’s customers better service. Simply shocking no Internet since last night, then briefly restored, now from Colaba to Mahim gone again😡

My previous plan was to end on 19th sept 2021. But now they say that i had to recharge within 1 month of expiry of previous hotstar plan. I have the recording with customer support. So either activate vip or refund 199 or be ready for legal action. @JioCare

@JioCare Service engineers already visited twice between gap of 7 days, and communicated same problem of connection box being full, pls confirm what action is being taken now, by when a new connection box will get installed
