    @JioCare Engineer already picked up Jio fiber router and adapter but he mentioned he can't deposit without a set top box, which I already handed over a year back to same guy who came for installation. I didn't need set top and returned, now it become cause of problem.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I face many problems after upgrading to 5G. I thought about problem with my mobile but I dont face any problems when I am connected to WIFI. 1. Hotstar, Outlook, Twitter, Teams doesn't work. 2. Friends say that they are calling me but I don't receive call

    For all those i have seen on @Twitter complaining about @reliancejio @JioCare about bad network in nearly all possible locations, it’s high time to quit this **** network as the customer support has been worst on follow ups and providing solutions.

    @Smartprix #JioTrue5G @JioCare is the worst network i have ever seen . Voice calling is very bad, call dropping is common process .

    @reliancejio @JioCare kindly visit inside Times Tower, Kamala Mills, Lower Parel Mumbai 400013 & check the connectivity… it really sucks..!! People here are fed up & porting to different available networks… !!
