    @JioCare I have taken 150mbps plan today. I am getting speed of 0.1 kbps in hyderabad city.I told this installation team, they told I must have 5g supporting laptop and mobile.If this is true. I wish not to have your service. I will cancel and want my refund.

    @reliancejio Very Poor Internet Services by Reliance Jio.I have registered my complaint regarding Poor Internet Services on Jio Customer Care through Ref No - MR000YC19X9 Dated 2nd September 2021.Even after 45 Days Reliance Jio never bothered to rectify their Data Services

    @JioCare I am using jio fiber and paying 999 plan. It says I am sonyliv premium members but sonyliv app doesn't say that. I am using same mobile number to login. Secondly Voot doesn't say that i have subscription with jio.. Unable to use Voot subscription.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hey Jio Customer Support Team, Please improve your Customer support staff and give them some training on Networking. They don't know what Routing is. Well coming to my Point here, Please FIX YOUR ROUTING ISSUE or JUST CLOSE MY CONNECTION TOMORROW. Thanks.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago I am trying to apply for relocation of my existing jio fibre connection, trying as guided by jio chat bot, but system is not taking the request. Not able to reach customer care executive. Ridiculous service of Jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have took Jiofibernet connection with JioTV connection and due to bad speed and low quality, I have raised a request to deactivate the services and initiate a refund for the same. They have took the device too but they didn't give the refund.

    It's been 1 year or struggling with internet speed of my number , now its unbearable , neither I can send money or attend online classes? @JioCare Even your customer care guys speak same line no matter what I say . I am porting !! The worst sim company !!!
