    Dear Jio I have recharged for 5G services, however I am continuously receiving only 4G speeds. Charging customers for 5G while providing inferior service is misrepresentation and a violation of consumer rights. This issue must be resolved immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI

    @JioCare @JioCare thanks for all the support. Finally i with 3 other homes have applied for airtel broadband after getting pathetic service from jio. No person should take jio broadband as support is very poor. Please process refund of my connection and surrender same

    @JioCare Today 9.30 to Now 10.10 jio poor network .file no upload result network error.please network clear soon if failure i am complaiant against jio, consumer court file the case.

    @TRAI 4 days se Jio network down hai in Village Chakmadhopur Sekuva, Ambedkar Nagar (UP). Internet & calls dono problem de rahe hain. Multiple users affected. 50 days plan waste ho raha hai. @JioCare fix this urgently or give compensation. #JioDown #NetworkIssue

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the pathetic network service in my area (Chandanbara, Dhaka, Bihar - 845304).The internet is almost unusable and call drops are happening constantly.Despite being a regular customer, this kind of poor service is completely unacceptab.@JioCare

    @reliancejio kindly improvr your pathetic jiofibre service. Even after paying up for your so called booster plan the service doesnt start for hours. Hopeless service to say the least
