    Dear @JioCare, I've been trying to transfer my late father's Jio account (3 mobiles + 1 JioFiber) to my name. The Jio Store and Kolkata Regional Office keep redirecting me in circles. I've already emailed Customer Care and the Appellate Authority. Please help resolve this.

    Do you people have some ethics of business or loot is your only motto. Complaining to repair my wifi for last 10 days and the height of arrogance is that neither your call center nor your local office resolving the problem. Shame ful @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare My #JioFiber was down for over 40 hours. I was even sent a false "service restored" message while the connection was still down. My engineer visit kept getting rescheduled without any communication, delaying resolution further. Now claiming there was no delay.

    @JioCare 2/2 keep asking, "What's the issue?" I want to buy a new remote. Isn't that sufficient? Can't you simply provide a platform where I can buy an original STB remote?

    @JIOAIRFIBERIN there has been an outage in Mohammedwadi Pune and yesterday the internet was restored after two days it’s gone again since afternoon… it becomes really difficult to function plus jio network for the phone is also down @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 10 days today. My jio Airfiber network is down. I’ve been calling almost every single day but no resolution. I have raised a service request SR 00003A21B3 but no response on this too! What’s wrong?
