    @JioCare @reliancejio I lost JioFiber connection on 16th June at 4PM, after multiple restoration deadlines, after 3 days I got the service restored message, but it did not happen. A service request has scheduled an appointment on 22nd June. This response is pathetic.

    @JioFiber @JioCare I applied for a JioFiber connection on 9 June. Installation has been scheduled twice, but no one has completed it yet. The local team says there is a device issue and they are waiting for a response from Jio. Please provide an update or process a refund.

    @JioCare No. You guys have been delaying this way for the past 3days now! Give me a in person number I can talk to or else I will continue bad mouthing you guys day in day out and the grok algo will pick the negativity.

    It's been two weeks since I've experienced no internet connectivity. @reliancejio @JioCare If you can't fix this, please inform me so that I can switch to Airtel. It feels horrible to pay monthly for absolutely terrible service.

    @JioCare From MyJio app also, it's not showing the scheduled appointment. It was the worst experience we all were facing with JioFiber in our area which is down from yesterday afternoon (almost 30+ hours). Also I don't see any engineers working for the resolution. #jiofiberdown #jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare Fiber application done yesterday, payment done, technician is just delaying the installation by saying he'll do tomorrow. Such a poor customer service. How to apply for refund?

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet connection is frequently down, speeds are very slow, and despite repeated complaints, the issue remains unresolved. This is seriously affecting my work and daily activities. Please resolve this urgently.
