@ErAashish @RDGARG Yes... Even I keep getting same sms past few months, but no refund. I even reached state jio head, nor he could help. Feels like we are "cheated". Can we approach consumer court ? I don't mind donating 2.5k to some needy but don't want to feel cheated even 1rs #JioFiber @JioCare

@JioCare Your team is here and as per them, there is no issue. They have reset the connection from S2 and showed me the speed. This exercise is already concluded N no. of times. What is the use, if problem can't be resolved. SR is always closed without my confirmation.

@umAtifhussain Their services have went from bad to worse trust me I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these guys and one fine day I decided to switch to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better suggest you also switch to @JioCare

@jio_gigafiber I nvr expctd ths poor srvc frm Jio. Pls refr my cmpt no. SR000016DYUV and escalation no. MR0000Y8G121. I hv made 3 attempts to get it resolved. Ur tat was 27/8/21 by 1.33 pm. u wil nvr be able to meet tht time. Pls expln ths delay in servic. Pls note @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare Seems as if a gud business strategy by a big company is by simply hiring goons in your local workforce. No one responds to the complains or request being made installation appointments are reschedule 2-3 times a day without informing the customer itself(1/2)

@reliancejio There is no network 📡 in Ranchi Dhurva, Adarsh Nagar area. Even we can't communicate properly in this locality. How people will study, talk and do online classes. Request you to improve this condition and take necessary actions against local authorities.
