    Can you please launch unlimited 4g plan like Airtel & Vi for 4g users as many people are still there in 4g networks & not able to upgrade to 5g & in many areas even with 5g handset but the 5g network is not proper stable & strong it goes mainly to 4g only @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am facing extremely poor network coverage at my residence in Gandhinagar Vavol 382015. Calls frequently drop and mobile internet is unusable. I have already raised complaints, but no action has been taken. Kindly investigate and improve the network coverage.@JioCare

    @JioCare my broadband is non functional for the last 10 days. Have complained online, even registered complaint at your office at IT Park Dehradun, but no action taken. Really fed up!!

    @JioCare Your entire system is corrupt as there us no way to connect to customer service executive. Everything is automated & doesn't cater to customer's specific need. The internet is disrupted from ur end by last 24 hra & today when supposedly services are restored yet no internet

    Hi @JioCare, I am facing persistent issues with my Jio AirFiber connection in Jaipur Pt-I, Cachar, Assam. The connection is not performing properly with frequent interruptions/poor performance (mention your exact issue here). Basic troubleshooting has not resolved kindly fix it

    Jio fibre has the worst possible customer service. Wifi not working since yesterday. Engineer visit scheduled for today morning. But no visit happened. Called customer care twice to raise the issue. No resolution. @JioCare
