  @JioCare not getting internet on my fiber connection. This happens almost everyday that I wake up to 'no internet' flashing on my notification bar. Tried calling the CC and tried live chat. Everything seems down. Stop harrassing your costumers. The internet issue is constant.

  @JioCare pathetic service by jiofiber customers care, I have to wait for 20 min in order to talk with customers care. When we don't recharge you guys come like bee sir recharge that plan or that one, but when there is any issue you guys are like tortoise to solve any issues.

  @reliancejio your service in Shillong is really really really bad. Not to mention 4G, even normal call is not working most of the times. It seems there is a competition between jio and @VodafoneGroup to give customer worst service.

  @JioCare Is their any time limit fixed by your company for attending to such requests? Twice your customer care has informed about the time of scheduled visit of your engineer but he didn't turn up.

  @JioCare Your service agents are not supporting properly for jio users as I'm facing troubles in internet speed since 1 month in metro region even network is clear but didn't get proper response. Why ? What's problem with my network and jio care is always providing wrong info😠

  @reliancejio Sir, The quality of work rendered by your service engineers is not up to the mark. My Jiofiber connection is getting disconnected very frequently. With in one week it is down again. My service request number is SR000014JUWI. Please take initiative.
