    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare despite sharing my details in DM as requested. Is your social media support only for public optics? I have a terminated connection and a missing refund that has been ignored for too long. Stop stalling and resolve this immediately!

    @reliancejio Jio’s new trick? The moment my recharge expires, incoming calls stop working—no one can hear me and I can’t hear them. This issue keeps happening daily, forcing customers to recharge out of frustration. This is too much!
