    @JioCare What a reply, so no solution..I was able to change address on Airtel while taking to their customer care and with OTP...which world reliance jIO lives in , start learning customer service from Airtel @airtelindia

    @JioCare @reliancejio I m a postpaid customer of Jio,i have a active plan of jio 399+GST in which I got netflix mobile plan 149 & Hotastar mobile plan,generally i got my bill in 470-480 range but this month i upgraded my netflix plan from mobile to basic, when i was upgrading.1/2

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, I am very disappointed by the resolution provided for a valid case & just wasted my money. Everyone understands that profit matters but businesses / brand also consider humanitarian ground. In my cases, everyone repeated one like a machine. Thank you

    @JioCare UNINSTALLATION Appointment of jio Order No: CO0000H0TXLR I have raised my request on Dec 1, 2020. It’s been 45 days, more than 10 times it has been rescheduled still the request is not done. I am highly disappointed with the service.

    what are you doing @reliancejio ,its been from last 10 days the network and data speed is very very bad ,mean you can't think that the normal text is not delivering after 10 times of retry ,i request to you ,plz see the customer reviews also .@JioCare

    @JioCare instead of asking customers to take higher jio fiber plan 5 times a day, why don't you guys works on a decent customer service?? I can't even been able to talk to one of these customer service representatives. They disconnect calls. I will move to Airtel rather
