    @JioCare Very pathetic service by jio.. My internet is not working since 2 days, i have registered complain but still no one has visited to resolve issue Call centre person was also veru rude in answering. Planning to switch to @airtelindia internet

    @JioCare Do you really understand it. Tickets are showing resolved and closed but the issue is not resolved. Several tickets have been raised but closed from backend without any feedback taken. If you want to help me, ask your technical team to call me at 8377039929.

    @JioCare Working to Resolve this promptly. @JioCare it's already 2 weeks now. I lost all hope that service will resume. Till date no one from fault team have called. Daily ticket will be assigned with engineer automatically and end of the day ur team change to hold.

    @JioCare Sweety u r nt addressing my issue. The first request was raised on 25 April then canceled & new requests kept being raised despite Jio AirFiber not being feasible in my area. pls stop repeated cycle & issue a full refund immediately. IDs: NO0001D3B3EI, NO0001D9BE0W, SR000036OU89

    Jio AirFiber Service ID 1893357775 @JioCare my jio fibre isn’t working properly, red light reflecting in box and WiFi isn’t working, since the day I have got the connection, If it continues like this, I will not recharge it in the future. @reliancejio

    Hey @JioCare Severe network issue in our village We get network, but signal is very weak & unstable. Internet speed is extremely slow with frequent call drops. Kindly optimize coverage & boost signal.

    Accidental recharge on 24 May. Tried cancelling within 3 hrs but MyJioapp showed Something went wron.Called sup. thrice exe. MISLED me with false promises until the window closed!Emailed team but NO RESOLUTION YET Fraud behavior. Refund me @RelianceJioCare @JioCare @Jio_Business

    @JioCare I booked for the Jio connection *JioFiber*. Your *Order No.* is *NO0001DKU7ZU*. Tamilnadu Sirumugai, it’s been more than a week after payment . There is no progress on installation. I was trying to reach the Jio area manager and other ppl. But ‘0’ response,worst service
