    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, need urgent help with my Jio AirFiber Postpaid connection. I installed my connection on 10th April on a 3 Months + 1 Month Free promotional plan. Today (10th July) marks exactly 3 months.

    Dear @JioCare, My Jio AirFiber has had no internet for the last **25 days** despite submitting a relocation request. I have made multiple follow-ups, but there has been no resolution or proper response. This level of service is unacceptable.

    This is a warning to anyone planning to get Jio 5G postpaid number. After paying Jio will make u run around. Their staff who are supposed to deliver the sim won't answer the won't or will switch it off. Their broadband service is even worse. Biggest frauds! @JioCare @reliancejio

    @jagograhakjago this is how @reliancejio treat their customers, it’s been more than 7 days and my internet problem is not resolved but they mention resolved with any inquiry.

    @JioCare Navin the details provided by you are 3 weeks old, means you didn't read everything or SR is not updated from 3 weeks. That shows reason for the delay of my #jiorefund cause more development has happened after that but none of you guys helped to resolve issues
