    The service and customer care people of @JioCare are a crap. I had placed an order for a prepaid sim through their MyJio app 2 days back. I got the numbers of three different delivery boys but none of them turned up to deliver the sim.

    It’s been 13 days since my Jio AirFiber internet stopped working. Every day I’m told the same thing: “Our backend team is working on it.” But there has been zero progress and no one has actually resolved the issue. This is unacceptable. @JioCare #JioAirFiber #CustomerService BAD

    @JioCare Why should I delete my tweet? I am paying my hard earned money for your stupid 5G network and what Im getting is 2G speed Internet!! Just fix this issue otherwise I will post no. of tweets against Jio and also I may go to consumer forum. Even your Jio app also not fetching data.
