    @JioCare Jio fibre has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. It has been close to 45 days since I’ve installed the new connection and my service has been shut for 10-12 days due to problems from the service providers side and they are still not providing me with a permanent

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointing wid ur setup box service n customer service,agent pooja was very rude n badmouthed.I hav issue wid my setup box so askd her to assign some engineer bt she refused we will not, try at my end only else leave it.I m discontinuing the conectn

    @JioCare @reliancejio What is wrong with u guys. I Know my plan is going to expire In few days u dont need to remind me again and again. When calling someone U have to listen This Pathetic Ad that Your Plan is going to expire within X days. I know God have given me eyes. Fix this

    @reliancejio Improve your fiber service or be ready to face the fate of BSNL. You can not take 24 hrs to restore fiber connection. Your employees are like public sector employess. Your IVR tells the lies. Standard answer is: "your plan has expired". Shameful thing.

    @jiocare Sir More than 5 yr old request 4 providing better signal at Kothi Kangra HP176088 has nt been conceded to by Jio Why Mostly 1 strip of signal increases to 2 but no more Long pending demand for better sig must be fulfilled by SEB Kindly sort out Bijli problem Thanks

    @JioCare I hv bn calling jio customr care regularly..Evry mnth for 10-15days the Internet in my area jst dies..inspite of repeated calls nothng is being done 2 rectify the issue.. Pathetic follow up frm jio team...tweeting this via airtel hot-spot from neighbour..porting out ASAP
