Ravi Verma (@_rraviverma) reported@JioCare @reliancejio My jio internet issue was for 12-13 days last month,Still you have sent me the full bill despite of your customer care telling me bill will be adjusted for loss of internet. If you can't fix the issue in time at least compensate in the bill.

Jr. 🙅 (@jr_sangy) reported@JioCare My JioFiber has been down since yesterday after 10 AM, with the router showing a red blinking light and no internet access. I contacted customer care and an engineer visited but left without resolving the issue. The visit was then rescheduled without my consent.
