@JioCare I think this is the time people should know how your customer care works. I got a call from your Jio executive that he will deliver SIM to me but has to share OTP, I did share. Then he shared and came to deliver after 2 to 3 hrs later. Meanwhile I got a call from IVR.

@JioCare Mine is prepaid jio fibre connection disrupted( red in modem)since last week and raised ticket and still no service person assigned at that time plan was there, and plan expired recently so I didn’t recharge the plan
