  How many phone calls and emails does one have to make to get a #jiofiber connection installed? 6 days since the process was initiated, finally technician shows up at 7 pm at night only to say its a 2 man job so he has to reschedule. @JioCare your service has gone from bad to sad!

  @JioCare Also I’m trying to book the engineer visit from last 3 days but even after being on call for around 6-7 minutes my call got disconnected. Plz let us know if you can’t serve us properly there are other brands option too in the market which may know respecting customer.

  @JioCare (19.2849910, 75.0667678) this is my hometown location where jio tower is located. In this area when electricity goes off technician not adding fuel for generator and network stops working many people’s moved to airtel. Pls fix this on priorty else i will also port airtel
