    @JioCare As per your regular feature, today's scheduled visit has been rescheduled on 20th February without considering customer's problem. We are sitting idle since 11th February. You are leaving no choice for us to get rid of your service. Yesterday no one was also picking up our call.

    For the last 7-8 days, Jio's network is running very slowly. Internet is not working at all. Not only me but the people of the whole village are facing this problem. @JioCare You are requested to rectify this problem as soon as possible. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio After the introduction of 5G services in Shimla region, the internet services have been even further degraded. For your reference screenshot of speed test is attached of the current location. Please do some real stuff on ground to improve your poor internet services.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you guys are impossible, sending message in private big still didn’t receive a call from you @reliancejio has a better service and promptness in resolving issues
