    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @somitsrivastav_ @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR00001EJ3D8, dated 11th October 2022 I would like to inform that the my problem still not resolved and complaint is still pending. I am not able to avail the service. Very poor service. Kindly do the needful.

    @JioCare @reliancejio internet down since yesterday. No engineer available till 02.11.22. Jio wants me to shutdown my work coz jio is not available for 1 week. Pathetic service by jio.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have recharged my jiofi number with plan 301 as data booster.But it is showing as upcoming plan why activte button not showing on that plan.i have raise this issue to jio customer care no one ready to help.please help to resolve my issue asap.

    @JioCare Very poor services by jio from last 1 year facing issues and complaint the same for resolving but there is no one is responsible authority to help me out of this.

    @JioCare Moren than 50times i told you issue only resolve when technical person visit my home but no body visited so please re-open issue. Multiple time issue close without OTP. did you take strong against?
