    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @reliancejio I got my postpaid sim terminated in Jio due to incorrect billing and delay in resolution. However, I paid all the bill and now I am unable to get it back. Visited a lot of jio stores and called customer care many times, none responded and horrible experience.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice in the midnight I was browsing but suddenly my jio fiber lost connection... The red light was continuously blinking... The green light was not coming..... I scared at that time... Please provide me engineer support.

    @reliancejio Worst response from customer care on this issue, no one has even listened to my concern. They either asked me to wait or terminated the call. This number is very important for me. Please help!
