@JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioBrowser It's been a long time we are trying to reach your customer care service but not getting any proper response. Our jiofiber wifi isn't working properly. It's a 5g network but seems like 2g. Sometimes it just get stop working.

@Airtel_Presence @JioCare Ur engineer(+919311376446) who visited last night around 8pm confirmed it was a optical fibre broken issue. He said someone from wiring team will come and replace the optical cable wire before 10am.. its almost 12pm now. He isn't answering my calls. (day 3)

@reliancejio today i recharged for ₹181 plan through bank transfer. But its not activated. Sorry to say ₹181 deducted from my bank account. Norway to contact your customer care. This is bad from the part of jio

@dineshpatel080 Don't get influenced by their worst class customer care bot replies... their job is to end our complaints by doing(cntrl c+ cntrl v).... port it to @JioCare as I did if you really want to experience something different.
