    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @JioCare migrated jio fiber from 399 plan to 888 plan on 29th aug n booked installation dt 30/8 between 5-6 pm. No stb received nor installation done yet. Called customer care 5 times but no resolution yet. Fed up with following up.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Hi team, Internet down at my place for the last 4 days and my parents have been frantically trying to get support. For the first 2 days, the internet was down during the day and at night it worked but was a lot slower. And for last 2 days, it didn't work

    @JioCare My service request got closed without any resolution. What a pathetic support service you guys provide. After almost 20 days and multiple calls you closed request without resolution. I even raised a consumer forum complaint for it.

    @reliancejio Frequent outages + repeatedly changing restoration times are unacceptable. Please investigate the root cause and provide a permanent solution, not just another revised ETA. @JioCare

    @aditiraval Don’t use @JioCare it’s stopped working for me. It was working fine till last month and now I am not getting network connection. Probably needs to recharge extra international pack.

    @JioCare @JioCare Is this the customer experience you tend to provide your experience. I urge everyone to stop using jio services, its just worst thing that such a reputable company is just stealing my money without providing me services thats promised. Also they do the same bot replies
