    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber It's been almost 1 and half month. apps in JIo connection get struck. Only Audio get playing or it gets struck. Customer care system unblug hdmi n plug it,. Clear cache. There is some issue.. Please fix. Asap

    Day 39 of @JioCare @JioCare being absolutely indifferent towards customer grievances and commitments. Top channels and Social media team has zero clue about what is going on in the ground level. Meanwhile, template replies and false promises keep on coming.

    @JioCare Got same expected answer we are working and does it take 72 hrs to diagonize the problem. Not sure @AkashMAmbani this isnthe standard of jiocare...very negligence no ownership.... unfortunately. No one even contacted.

    @JioCare @JioCare 5 - The team tells me they will have to cancel the kyc and now installation is delayed till Monday. This is how a loyal customer is being treated. Extremely dissapointed please refund my remaining balance money to original payment source. no vouchers.

    Paid for high-speed data but getting dial-up speeds for the last 7 days. @JioCare, the network performance has been pathetic. Please check the network tower/congestion in my location and fix this sluggish speed! 👎🏽🔥
