    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @JioCare order No NO0000GD0PF0 paid 1500 rs on 4th feb, installation scheduled for 13th 10am, got re-scheduled for 14th 2pm by itself rescheduled to 20th feb,customer support rescheduled to 16th 4pm, dissappointed and feeling bad made mistake to choose jio fiber. When install????

    @reliancejio @fiber_jio - Pathetic service. Paid 2.5k for JIO Internet & 4k Set-top box on 13/2 Sat arnd 2 PM. Promised to do installation by 14/2 Sun btw 6 to 7 PM IST.ales person, Site Engineer and Customer care. Monday IT work spoiled and NO one called yet!!! #Ignore #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service internet not working and since last 3 days doing complaint on the toll free number. Still no resolution. Everytime updates a new complaint number, still no resolution.

    @reliancejio worst service by airtel fiber, promise us 100 Mbps speed and they deleverd 2 mbps , 3 mbps, i will complaint this on consumer forum and police station because your service persons not taking issue seriously. give us what you promise speed or give us money back. Akash G 8287942441

    @airtelindia worst network ever I experienced. Even more then 6 month I'm facing the same issue in Rohini, Delhi. Customer care representatives are useless as always. My Number : 9892380757 Wants to port in @JioCare ... Plz let me know the process further to proceed.
