@JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

@JioCare I ported my mobile number from Airtel to Jio on 2nd March, but till now I have not received any call or SMS regarding the SIM delivery. There has been no update on when my new Jio SIM will be deliver. This is a very poor experience with the porting process. #jiocare

The store manager kept postponing the issue, stopped answering calls, and recently behaved very rudely. Jio IVR support was useless, Telugu callback requested but never arranged, and the callback option even disappeared from the app. @reliancejio @JioCare

I stay in USA, since 8-9 years I’m using Jio and forgot to recharge, it stopped working. All my bank accounts are stopped working. I can’t visit india now. For ppl in US, you should provide some sort of service to get back the number. @reliancejio @JioCare
