    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @reliancejio our city bulandshahr (up) has jio broadband service but in my area the service of broadband is not available all the technicians i talked didn’t responding , than what’s the benefit of this

    @JioCare why jio charge for a minute instead of second, when it given 3000 min to use fir other call, it must be deducted for every sec we talk, but jio needs more money to be great and one of most prior issue is that while calling to airtel no. first call always dropped. #TRAI

    @JioCare I'm frm Pune & I have 3 jio connections @ home & all of them are having major signal issues. We can't make calls or access the internet! This is happening since yesterday. I called ur cust care but my issue still remains. Do something about this soon. #jio @reliancejio

    @JioCare Issue is not temporary. It's permanent. Please arrange a solution otherwise almost 1000-1500 connection will be ready to port in new operator.

    @JioCare hi, in my jiofi i am getting speed of around 5mbps while on another jio sim in mobile the speed is more then 15 mbps. Both are at same location. I have reset my jiofi but the speed is still same. Would you help? Thanks.
