    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @reliancejio We are proud of #JioFiber progressive Indian company but today local authorities are giving us a lot of trouble to provide connection. It's been 2 months since we made a connection request and it's being denied by people giving excuses. Customer service is forgetful.

    @reliancejio I have tried to highlight locally about the Ghapla your employees in Manipur are doing nobody gives a f•••k. Your towers on not functioning most of the time I reported about it to customer service they don't care i had even shared the unpaid electricity bill.

    @JioCare @RoshanRP72 When , after an year ..the engineer simply rescheduled the appointment twice without my knowledge from his side mentioning that customer wants it rescheduled . Can you give me the date of exact installation as I will move to ACT or Airtel as they install connections in one day

    @JioCare @AbhilashGalgali Was using @reliancejio initially, but it's even worst when it comes to unlimited service. Because their unlimited is not truly unlimited

    @reliancejio and both the numbers are recharged with yearly plan so every customer who recharge with yearly plan will have to face same issue because now the chor company besharam jio knows you cannot move anywhere for a year
