    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    Please take care when shopping from #JIOMART , I bought Aata from Jio mart which was delivered in poor condition and found EXPIRED. COMPLAINT WAS MADE THRICE BUT NO ACTION TAKEN SO FAR. CUSTOMER CARE IS SO PATHETIC. @JioMart_Support @reliancejio @nch14404

    @JioCare @JioCare i have been constantly checking for updates from you , however i just get a preffered time to select for a call and once i do that, no one calls me. Please escalate this. This is seriously very delayed and improper customer handling. @reliancegroup

    @JioCare Suffering since 29th April till now not taken any necessary action to solve my broadband connection network, only action taken whenever I contact with customer care thay assured me within 24 hrs it will be OK. This is very shoking experience of #JioFiber

    @reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

    I'm not blaming @reliancejio here, I'm complaining about the customer care service of jio as @JioCare Other networks as @airtelindia are also not properly available to us, but their customer services is working properly and responding as customer friendly

    @Mourya_Ankur_Si @JioCare I recommend don'tgo for Jio. They are not able to provide customer support in Mumbai. Once it disconnects, it takes a lot of time to rectify and you are left helpless. @JioCare
