    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @JioCare Worst service ever! Got Jio AirFiber on 11 May. It stopped working on 2 June. Raised countless complaints. After a month, the engineer said the device is faulty & needs replacement. Still no action. Paid ₹2300 for nothing. Shameful support. #JioAirFiber @TRAI

    @JioCare @Real_Divyanshi I have been using Jio broadband for over five years now. While the service is dependable and useful, the charges and quality are, unfortunately deceptive. When I pay for 300 Mbps, I get the additional OTT channels and other options, but the speed remains within 90 to 100 Mbps
