I’m paying for 150 Mbps and getting 0.69 Mbps—that’s not a service, that’s a scam-level performance. I’ve already contacted customer support AND tweeted about this, yet 36+ hours later, your incompetent support team still hasn’t managed to fix a basic internet-speed issue. What exactly are customers paying you for—150 Mbps internet or 0.69 Mbps excuses? Your complete lack of urgency and accountability is pathetic. Stop wasting my time, stop pretending you provide “support,” and FIX THE DAMN CONNECTION.
