    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    @JioCare Poor Internet speed for last one month. Each time I call your customer service they try to do a regular drill of power on off, disconnecting and reconnecting but nothing helps. How difficult it is to send some technician to check the wiring or the terminal?

    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has been facing extremely slow internet speeds for a long time. Customer care calls are also getting disconnected automatically. Kindly arrange a technician visit and resolve the issue at the earliest.

    @JioCare Hi Durgesh, my earlier tweet was about letting you guys know that I booked the service twice and each time it was cancelled for no reason. Rather than asking me to redo it again can you not look into this issue and resolve this? I have provided you the details via DM.
