    @JioCare your network is at its worst situation here... if u care fr customers better work on it.. there was no network for a whole one day.. which ws frustrating like hell..

    they didn't inform me through ivr saying it is chargeable call. Please don't use Vodafone switch to other networks. Customer care executives are talking very rude @airtelindia @reliancejio are best at the moment

    @JioCare I had a smooth installation of jio Fiber at my home and service also looks good with no issues. Problem is not with Jio Fiber. My friends problem seems to be an issue with the service providers in their area. Have better team @JioCare everywhere...

    . @JioCare the issue has not been resolved and my Jio installation is pending. The issue related to OTB installation has been resolved. Kindly, make the installation ASAP! Thank You.
