    @JioCare I have done my jio fibre recharge from using my jio app and chosen the payment option upi and paid through my phone pe upi. Money has been deducted , transaction is successful but recharge not done..whats going on ?? Pls help. Shared all the details with you via dm

    @JioCare what is the right forum to escalate a deliver guy who took payment saying activation of Jio Prime (when asked customer care over call they mentioned as delivery charges). At first he mentioned system is down - still he initiated MNP form submission for my form.

    @JioCare My internet has been down for 4 days. Your customer rep told me today (at 4.00pm) that he guarantees someone would come replace my router today at 7.00pm (got confirmation text as well). Made arrangements to upload some crucial work based on that assurance. (Part 1)

    @reliancejio @JioCare Jio fiber Id is +91-3379615945 Registered no- 9330154948 Hi Jio team, I was using jio fiber of this number. I was facing a lot of issues with this jio fiber and I requested for the replacement and it got replaced.
