    @JioCare No use of escalation if you careless team is unable to resolve my issue even in 20 days. Shame on such pathetic service by Jio Fibre Team. Still my installation not done

    @Balindersingh3 Brother, better switch to @reliancejio don’t waste your time here! I too have experienced many difficulties when I was with them, and than since the day I switched to Jio I have never been disappointed! @JioCare will help you port..

    @reliancejio @JioCare very disappointing wid ur setup box service n customer service,agent pooja was very rude n badmouthed.I hav issue wid my setup box so askd her to assign some engineer bt she refused we will not, try at my end only else leave it.I m discontinuing the conectn

    @JioCare So why cant you accept that we are unable to serve you instead of same phased rolling out messages.Just say we are unable to provide you the service.thats it.Don't fool you customers.

    @reliancejio 4G now become worse. So provide the 4G network first. Also 5G is not available in Gurgaon. Just for your information

    @jiocare Sir More than 5 yr old request 4 providing better signal at Kothi Kangra HP176088 has nt been conceded to by Jio Why Mostly 1 strip of signal increases to 2 but no more Long pending demand for better sig must be fulfilled by SEB Kindly sort out Bijli problem Thanks

    @JioCare Hello Nikita its still the same.. There was appointment scheduled at 9:30 am but got cancel at 9:20 from ur side.I dont know what's going on. You guys are literally harassing. Corct documents r uploaded bt still getting denied saying capacity box is ful n new connecn can b given

    @reliancejio more than 2 days my complaint regarding internet not working hasn't been resolved.. Need a refund for my recharge amount for the delay days..Fed up calling customer care. Same reply please with 24 hours.. In a world of online how can u live without 2 days of internet
