    @JioCare We cancelled our free trial connection in just 20 days. Jio services employees have been informed repeatedly to collect the device but none of them showed up. Later our ticket support was closed by false reasons.

    Maybe the management of @reliancejio @JioCare should focus on solving their customer service and engineer issue of Jio Fibre before thinking of launching 5g. Terrible service. You guys don't deserve customers

    @JioCare jio fiber is not provided till its 2 month and thw box is not install yet near my location 766001 And just nearby side it is installed but they told me to wait but i waited too much already can u give me the solution or not
