After calling multiple times. Customer care person say she/he cannot transfer call to technical support and cannot even escalate the issue. You cannot connect to anyone, you have paid and now bear the cost. #blackbox in @JioCare

I tried contacting Jio Suport for help bt received no response or support from them. This is highly unprofessional from such a huge company. Either extend support to from your side to make this work or refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio
