    Recharged just a week ago, but I haven't been able to use the service properly because of these repeated outages. The engineers seem more interested in leaving quickly than fixing the root cause. At this point, I'm seriously considering switching to another ISP.#JioFiber @JioCare

    @JioCare I think 30 minutes should have been enough for you to resolve the issue. For almost 5 hours I'm without Wifi/Internet and @JioCare is doing nothing.

    @JioCare pathetic customer service my dad passed away and internet is down since due to my faulty equiment, but the useless app wont let me raise service request claiming service outage , no help from call centre either ,ivr keeps repeating same thing and call disconnects😤
