    @JioCare Booked Jio Fiber with Order Number NO0000JTGY6P. Customer Service representative has done the document verification and told that connection will be completed within 24 hours Full Amount is also deducted. But no one has come up and neither picking phone Plz respond.

    I have recharged my jio prepaid sim for 5751 for international roaming, however, my plan is still not active. It is showing under upcoming plans. Worst service. No help received from customer service (full of time waste).@reliancejio

    @TRAI @JioCare Sir Jio is cheating customers, without my permission they have charged me 799 Netflix charges without my permission after claiming that Netflix is free in the plan,no response from their customer care as well, kindly resolve

    @JioCare i am facing Network problem last 2 3 months. I connected many times to your customer helpline and they said Problem will be solve shortly. But still today i am waiting for your solution.

    @JioCare Hi All, please dont belive the PRIME subscription provided by @JioCare via Jio fiber recharge . You will get the subscription only when you continue with the recharge of 999 in next months too.. Its a trap and don't fall in that. - A customer cheated by @JioCare

    @reliancejio My Christmas is not so good because of jio... My data pack is over i want to do voucher but due to problem in recharge im not be able to do that and no customer agent is replying me from jio care..

    .@JioCare I cannot seem to recharge my sim card despite receiving an SMS saying my card is now activated. The Jio website says my mobile number does not exist nor is the QR code valid what I received on the sim card pack please help ASAP.
