    @JioCare Beware of this company they take all personal details. Take full money in advance without even knowing whether they can provide services in that particular are & then cancel the order with the reason that adress verification failed ! Fraud company

    @JioCare @reliancejio Moreover it's so difficult to connect with customer care through the toll free number and the online chat bot never connects with an actual human. It's frustrating.

    @JioCare how do you even cancel your connection? Call centre guys told me to check with local store - local store says call on 198, that number says use Jio app! Basically wasting consumer’s time and testing patience?🧐

    @reliancejio How bad your service is,I have done a recharge yesterday at 11:11am but my recharge is not reflecting from yesterday,It's over 24 hours Either you give me refund or Do my recharge. There is no customer care service through which I resolve my issue.
