    Hi @JioCare, I have booked the relocation request 4 days ago for JioFibre and STB, the engineer didn’t come on the booking. The customer service is telling me to wait for 7 business days. This is really frustrating and disappointing from @reliancejio

    The worst customer service that lack efficient training and quality in no particular order 3 - Jio Customer Care 2 - Jio Nodal officer 1 - Jio appellate This is because @JioCare pay their staff so less that they are never motivated to resolve complaints. Leave alone being rude!

    In jio cinema app buffering continuously nd there is no option for brightness to decrease it leads my phone battery is draining so fast ....please look on this issue .... @JioCare @reliancejio
