    @JioCare Dear Customer, We are happy to inform you that your JioAirFiber Service Request no. SR00003AHVHB has been addressed.We have identified and resolved the technical concern at our end,hence the scheduled engineer visit is not required. Why Engineer not required?? Take action quickly

    @JioCare Your engineer didn't even show up, yet the first complaint was marked as resolved—what kind of service is this? What was the point of the recharge? Is Ambani's father going to pay for these four days? The Wi-Fi still isn't working. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Team, absolutely no coordination or commitment to fix this issue which I have been yelling for 9 months. Why do you run jio care and appellate if you are not interested in providing service or giving credit back, why are you making me suffer for 9 months? @JioCare #horriblejio

    @JioCare @JioCare service request closed without any resolution SR00002LZ7YC. If you have even a shred of shame left, do something about this. It’s been a month and a half, and you are still providing this kind of service. What a pathetic company.

    @JioCare Yes, I am facing the issue at the same location mentioned earlier. Despite repeated complaints over the last two months, the issue still remains unresolved. I request you to stop giving routine responses and take concrete action to permanently resolve this problem.

    @reliancejio @JioCare it’s been 10 days today. My jio Airfiber network is down. I’ve been calling almost every single day but no resolution. I have raised a service request SR 00003A21B3 but no response on this too! What’s wrong?

    @JioCare I have applied for relocation of air fiber but the addresss was filled wrong by mistake. I am calling since yesterday morning to cancel that request so that I can apply again but till now it has not been rectified. Pls help.
