I have oppo reno 6 pro 5G I took this phone to use 5G there is a problem with the software I have also talked to your platinum team but they have lack of experience they say it is sim card problem but many @OPPOIndia users like me have this problem. @JioCare

@JioCare Please rectify the Bill for account number 900590585743 for October quarter. Also give credit of the days for which lease line is stopped from your side. And a call from a senior executive of JIO for resolution of bill is highly solicited.

Now also no problem has been solved. Again our data is been used in the night even when the net is off. We trusted jio the most. I have 2 jio fiber and in my 8 devices have jio connection. But this was not expected from jio. Who is using the net in night? Itself Jio? @JioCare
