  So after taking number in DM no one responder @reliancejio @JioCare 3 day old connection with frequent disconnect. Finally said bye bye to jio and taken @airtelindia . Prompt service. Engineer came on time. Jio team you and your team should learn respecting time of customer.

  I thought it might be a network glitch. So I called again and the exact same thing happened after explained full query. The irony? I was calling Customer Care from my Jio number.🥲 Is this a new way of avoiding customer queries? Please look into this. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare @reliancejio Update on SR00002NIBD4. After following up rigorously on Social media, Email, and phone calls from a separate mobile number the complaint was resolved today at approximately 2pm. But the relief didn't last long. Some final repairs were done by a separate engineer at about 7pm, and once he left the blinking red light is back!!!! NO INTERNET!!! So in last 3 days, I had internet for few hours!! like instalments! I call up the cost care again, and as is expected of JIO, they won't let met talk to a human, and they generated another Service request on their own!!! At this point I have no idea, who to contact, this is truly frustrating. New Service request no. is SR00003EN6MR If anyone is listening from JIO, please respond.

  @JioCare @reliancejio please give my refund back for this month’s recharge and take your fiber box away. Will switch to @airtelindia . Havent seen a more trashy customer service. Engineer doesnt pick call, customer care is not reachable, nobody replies on twitter after DM
