    @JioCare @reliancejio pathetic service in bangalore. Trying to relocate the connection but dates keep getting pushed to new dates. No sense of service.

    All telecom companies are fooling to rural area customers specially jio and airtel. And @trai and telecom minister is behaving like three monkeys of Gandhi ji. Bulshit @reliancejio and its promoters are only increasing recharge price not quality of service.

    @reliancejio It is very sad to see the sevice condition of reliance jio. Grievances on following points: 1. I am a post paid jio customer. 2. Due to COVID infection, payment of bill got disconnected and instead of 706.82 paise i have been asked to pay Rs. 968.12, which paid.

    Customer service representative. I thought @reliancejio and @JioCare cares about its customers but from the conversation I had today, it's evident that neither the company nor it's employees care about the customers. They just want their paychecks. Absolutely disgusted

    The truly shittiest part about telecom service providers is that you can never call them from a cell number that is not theirs. You want to talk to them - you have to be on their network. Be it @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare - all the same!

    Dear jio care ...I have recently recharged my number with 1199 Now I am facing problem of call drop and slow internet. So fix the problem if not then I will take legal action. Mob. No.-8949062125 @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare You keep repeating the stuff. @jiocare just tell when it would be fixed or should I port them all out of Jio I'm already going to port out my primary jio sim coming week. If issue persist, I'm forced to port all number. @jiocare don't do talking if possible resolve it

    @JioCare is such a pathetic experience overall that you need atleast 2-3 hrs to make them know your issues with jio customer care. Their 90% services are automated where half of d population doesn’t understand this FUNDÄ 😡 hoping supervisor will connect with me soon..
