    @JioCare Please don't telling a lie. It's not a temporary issue looks like permanently ,still we are facing this on daily basis during Power cut last 6-7 months.More than 150-200 Times I registered complaint via tweeter,email,calling & also Whatsapp chat,you can check same.

    @JioCare ShemarooMe application are included in 150mbps jiifiber plan but this application is not available on settop box as well as user cannot login or subscribe through Jiofiber credential…please do the needful

    @JioCare What a pathetic service team/setup you have. When you don't have the infrastructure in take care of issues for existing customers, what's the point in adding new ones.I REQUEST ALL TO AVOID TAKING JIO INTERNET TO AVOID TROUBLE INCASE YOU HAVE ANY SERVICE ISSUES #JioFiber #Jiodown

    @GoogleIndia @JioCare hello Google and jio there is problem , i can't able to use you tube and chrome fast as before few days, I think it is jio problem and checked in my jio app but every thing is fine.

    @JioCare aaj me jio care me phone kiya tha but wa only smile hi kr rha tha na koi information diya na koi help kiya bat me call bhi cut kr diya very very bad service

    @JioCare I am trying to install jio fiber in my home for last couple of months but technician delayed then now he is not picking the call also in badagada brit colony Bhubaneswar infrastructure is ready but area is not live yet so @JioCare raise this issue and solve it asap.

    @airtelindia there is no cooordinstion between your social media and your technical team. No sincerity or effort to resolve the problem! All they do is call again n again and ask the same questions. It is 10 days n I give up!@reliancejio waiting for your offer.

    Yesterday, I was making Jio ESim through SMS system, completed all the steps and after that my physical Sim stopped but ESim not working, @JioCare and jio store are not able to start my any Sim. I am facing Very big problem without working Sim. @JioCare @AshwiniVaishnaw
