  @JioCare Jio outlet said New Jio phone with 2yrs plan working with old sim after 1month but its a false information given to the customer. My old sim do not working after 2months. Wrong information given only for sale Jio phone. It's not expected from Jio. Pls look into this.

  @reliancejio Pincode- 201001 Area Name: New Panchwati. Extremely Poor Internet connectivity and calling issues as well. I have earlier messaged as well but nothing happened. Your team gave lane excuses and sent a video which says you don't have adequate recharge! Help!!

  @scribe_prashant @abhiranjanIND @JioCare Do you mean 5ghz? The router they give is crap, it has very bad range. You have to be within 1-2 metres to get good speed on 5ghz band. Try connecting to 2.4 ghz , it will have better range.
