    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely poor broadband connectivity for the past few days. Impossible to work with this kind of network. Your 198 helpline number is archaic. Should I change to @reliancejio?

    No shame at all from @JioCare @reliancejio! Bcz U failed 2 fix my connection 4 20 days & asked 4 10 more, I was forced into cancellation, & UR team's instant reaction is picking up the device instead of fixing the public's internet issues. Total incompetence daylight FRAUD!

    @JioCare @JioCare first you guys cut internet for almost 5 days because of technical issue then says that I am not eligible for extension. What is wrong with you? Don't you want your customers to stay with you for longer period of time? Its just **** service experience 😡
