    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    @reliancejio @jiocare I had requested for a New Jio Fibre connection, was assured of installation in next 24 hours. It's been more than 30 hours and after multiple follow ups I am yet to receive an update on installation. Customer care says reach out to sales..sales is blank🤯😡

    @JioCare If wrong plan recharge by any customer If it is done, the customer can not give the facility to modify the plan.

    @JioCare My service request number is SR000014KMO9. You will receive an update by 10/04/2021 15:51. My complain was lodged more than 24 hours ago.  I've been told that the engineers in the locality shall come and fix it . At first 5 to 6 PM then I was told they will come be 7-8.

    @JioCare Jio fiber is showing no internet connection in my area from around 2 pm in the afternoon and it's still not working. Started the router several times but it's still not working for me. It started working in between for around 2-3 minutes but it stopped working again.

    @reliancejio since your network is really bad and 4g works as 2g i am thinking to shift to some other providers.. How’s the idea🤔

    @reliancejio Jio dine is the worst, it's good to have local internet provider, as if they log a complaint they can resolve the issue in maximum of 4 hours, where jio is having shortage of engineering staff.
