@JioCare Ha ha ha. Whole day has passed and no resolution. Please google the meaning of PRIORITY. Also talk to the engineer who rescheduled the visit without my consent. My whole day wasted and caused me a loss of 6k. Do u have the capacity as a company to compensate that.

@JioCare This is called inconvenience, it’s called negligence and ignorance. Check with your customer support representatives. Called 4 times since 3 days. One of your representatives hung me up for 30 mins straight and then disconnected the call. Can you check those calls first?
