@JioCare After moving to jio office at Mahanadi Vihar,cuttack,odisha several times for jio fiber connectivity,not getting a single positive response from the employees.This shows the quality of service jio is going to provide to the customers in future.

@reliancejio When jio engineer will visit its already half day been passed, from last 3 days we are struggling with metwork connectivity.. Suddenly it go down suddenly speed is fine but no one visited yet. May i know your escalation matrix.
