    @reliancejio your fiber connection is not working in my area since last 20hours! this is totally ridiculous. On top of that there is no way to talk to customer support! Just a recorded message is played over call!

    @JioCare hi,, My jio fiber has not been working since morning...I've tried calling your service engineer but they r too reluctant to receive or help... I've raised a service request too.. But no one is helping..it's your common practice for harassing people ..is it that tedious?

    Hi @JioCare, someone made wrong recharge to my mother number and calling several times to her to give back his money. Request you to please reverse this recharge from my mother number to his number. Details shared in DM. U will shortly receive a complaint from that guy.

    How monopoly works , 3days 100% permanent and even misbehaving on customer call. Not getting any solution from @JioCare @jio_fiber @MIB_India monopoly dangerous for India. No quality no care

    50+ Jio users in our office near Rathyatra Chauraha Pin221010, Varanasi are facing poor/no network. This is a prime city location, yet connectivity is extremely bad. Please look into this urgently. @JioCare @reliancejio @MIB_India
