    @JioCare @reliancejio i had ordered fiber net in my area but it's not available now. I had paid 1500/- to the man who has scheduled my appointment for installation. But box is not yet installed in my area. I want to cancel the order. Jio care not listening to me .

    Hi @reliancejio I lost my sim card with which I have locked my bio metric. Since I can't access my bio metric without the otp, I'm not able to buy duplicate sim card too. Jio store person has told that his senior is in vacation and not able to proceed. Pls help me in this issue.

    Why we are unable to register @reliancejio on Telus or Bell network in Canada? We tried all connections settings.. aren’t you partnered with them already? Do we need IR pack just to even register network?
