    @JioCare @smannalli i try everyday making conversation with ur intl roaming team, they didnot help & i lost my balance after 28 days. Now again i done the same recharge yesterday, but still it is not activated. in myjio app, the plan is showing in que as upcoming plan & nobody is giving proper reply

    @JioCare Hi, This is Manish Bhatia. My mobile number is 09879557179. I came in UK & started international roaming of Rs.1102, after successfully recharge & getting 933 balance, entire 28 days i was unable to use that balance just because of error that O2 network is not getting connected.

    @JioCare my humble request to all of you please dont use jio.if they give 2 months free then also dont use.because its network now became worst than 2G too.every time they say DM us.but anyytime same answer.if we complaint they said it take 120 day to solve.but i know they do non

    Our area internet Connection is very bad everyday at 8 PM - 2:30 AM atleast 1month. In this Causes I not attempted my important classes or previous class lacture. In this time YouTube, Twitter and others apps always buffering.Please look into this matter. @JioCare @reliancejio
