    @JioCare what a company you are, no value of your words. Just take back your JioFiber router and refund my money. The internet sucks, it is not even 3G and you guys claim it that you are ready with 5G. Just take the box away and refund my money.

    @JioCare Your Customer Care keeps on raising tickets/service requests. The technician has already said he can't solve the problem. They did some problem during registration of box. Make me to talk to someone who can actually solve my issue rather than raising service requests

    @JioCare 😤 😡.... I just activated JioTunes on my number and set a tune. Even got a sms confirmation that the tune has been set. But when I am being called it is the boring tring tring playing. Why is not my selected tune playing ?????? Pls fix this !!!!!!! Urgently.....thanks.

    This is nth time I am complaining against jio poor services in my area, @reliancejio you are just cheating with your customers, taking money for 4G services and not even providing 2G, and to be very clear this is not a temporary problem, @reliancejio @JioCare must be very ashamed
