    @JioCare That is a virtual bot, unable to resolve my issue. Had already spent hours , sent multiple emails, tried calling multiple numbers, chatted wit at least 5 reps and still my issue is not completely resolved.

    @JioCare @reliancejio still waiting for the problem to solve.. I am not here to only pay. I also need service.. this is pathetic behaviour from jio.. since 26th dec I am waiting for upgradation of my old router..

    @JioCare Even after two days my service request SR000018BO80 has not been attended. This is not expected fro team jio. In that case please terminate my jio fibre connection and give me my money back immediately. Pathetic service.

    I was always a fan of @reliancejio but past 15 days I am unable to reach to any jio customer care as I don’t think they have any. There is no way to call or reach them that’s totally unacceptable @JioCare

    @JioCare your service in evening to midnight is very worst. I am not be able to send a WhatsApp message immediately and yes stop giving this excuses that so many users using at one time that's why u experience this and this is temporary problem.

    @Freecharge Okay team, please do the needful on an urgent basis. Unless the refund process will not be able to recharge my @reliancejio @JioCare number, the plan is not activated, not availing any service from this week due to this mess. Kindly resolve it on priority & help to recharge asap.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hi sir, there's a customer support executive named Kunal. He was extremely useless, rude and couldn't solve any problem. He didn't even try to understand my issue. I'm facing major problems with my jio fiber connectivity

    @JioCare today horrible signal strength is extremely poor in Bakalpur Mathura 281004. No body bothers. Repeated problem.
