Diagnostics and IVR bots cannot fix a physical break—only a field engineer with a splicing tool can. My work is completely blocked today.

Kunal_dzk (@redeepedits) reported@JioCare Severe 5G network failure in Kadarpur, near CRPF Camp (Sector 63, Gurugram - 122102). The signal constantly drops to unusable 4G speeds despite showing full 5G coverage. Please arrange a local site inspection/tower optimization to resolve this.
