  @JioCare For over 35hrs internet has been disrupted in our complex. Customer care says all ok at their end. What the hell should we do. Over 100 apartments impacted.

  @JioCare The issue is clearly not permanently resolved. I have already restarted the router, run diagnostics, contacted JioCare on X, and shared my JioFiber ID & registered mobile number via DM as requested. Still no proper response or resolution.

  One of the worst services @reliancejio provides. Whenever i recharge every month most of the days it buffer even after having 5g network. Your helpline service is worst then your network. Paying for service not getting is not what customers has paid for, @JioCare

  One of the worst network experiences with @JioCare @reliancejio from last 2 months. We are paying 5g amount for 2g network, No value for our hard earned money. Time to move to @airtelindia
