    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    @JioCare Stop making excuses! There is no "adverse weather" here; you guys are just playing games. I recharged for ₹350, but the internet is not working at all. I want my money back immediately. Fix this or refund me! @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, I would like to bring to your attention that the network services in my village are extremely poor. Despite having a Jio tower nearby, it seems to be non-functional or out of service for quite some time now. Location:Rawatpar Amethia, Deoria, Uttar Pradesh-275602

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have booked AirFiber relocation a week ago. Still no contact from support. The AirFiber has been disabled as well. Very unsatisfactory and poor service. If you cannot deliver please refund my money and I will book Airtel wifi.
