    @DoT_India But no one takes any action. This is the 3rd time I am getting the same reply but no resolution from any side. @JioCare keeps fooling customers and governing authority also does nothing. What do the ppl of India do when no one considers any grievances of the people of India???

    @JioCare 4 service requests, reminders on DM to Jio, and number of calls to Jio call Center... 11 days after paying for connection still without internet. @_MukeshAmbani this is the service your team providing

    @VishalG45882579 We are here to help. You will find answers to your queries under the FAQ section in your JIO POS Lite App. Once you open the App, on the main screen itself, towards the bottom, you will find JioCare segment. Click on “Jio Associate FAQs” wherein you will find the list of (1/2)

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio With the subject registered jio number(6383581171), we have jio fiber.  Since 11-Jan-2021 the internet has not been working.  Complaint has been registered several times and thrice engineer visited the home. people say modem problem now.

    @raitaKreporter @JioCare It's true their service is worst. Especially their customer care guys. They are clueless people who have really no idea of what is happening. And there is no way to report their callousness. Customers are left on their own. Nonsense service.

    So the Internet speed what i get is 1mbps for my 4g mobile network @JioCare @reliancejio I guess i will check my airtel speed nd switch back my mobile Internet to #airtel if that works better.. Time to explore
