    @JioCare 2. And second thing speed of Jio network is also very poor and slow. How to get solution as no positive response from customer care also.

    Idk why am I rechargin for @airtelindia data packs anymore. There's no network connection even in peak areas of Bangalore. Every normal call switches to wifi call. Min recharge is 1.5 gb per day which goes waste coz wifi Switched from @JioCare to this only to face the same issue.

    @reliancejio I feel I was misguided into taking a connection I did not originally want. I now want to cancel my Jio AirFiber connection and receive a full refund of ₹1,100.

    @JioCare During the installation, your engineer himself informed me that there was a problem with the modem/router and assured me that the issue would be rectified by the Jio technical team within the next 24 hours. However, after leaving my premises, he never returned and has also

    @jiocare the airfiber was under network outage frm 25.8.26 till 1.9.26 6pm. Hence change the recharge date of 6th September asap @reliancejio
