Somethings never improve! Irrespective of how many chances you give them, #Jio #JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio service won't change! Another outage for the past 4 days and the technician visit postponed multiple times! Worst part - keeps going down and the pattern always repeats!

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio Jiofiber useless customer service. I request relocation on November 27th, till date not resolved, even I went to ramanthapur(hyderabad) jiofiber office no one is their in office. Shame on you jiofiber.
