    @JioCare @reliancejio My jio app interface is getting day by day worst service after update. Previously app work's great and easy to solve any problem in sec to min maximum. But now a days connecting to customer care is horribe...! Through whatsapp,in app 📩

    @JioCare Not sure if changing the modem will solve the issue until it is done. The engineer mentioned that only if you close the previous ticket, I can raise a new one to change your modem. (2/2)

    frustrated with @JioCare ! U promise a resolution in 24 hours, when that deadline passes with no results, shamelessly ask for another 24 hours. Is anyone even working on this or is this just standard stalling? Resolve this NOW Service number -SR000038J6BX @JioCare @reliancejio

    Every single day @JioCare Airfiber service impacted and all, the day I took the @reliancejio fiber was the worst, now I feel tortured everyday. Complaints after complaints but no solution, I have wasted money on Jio fiber. Never buy Jio Fiber. I request everyone. @AmitShahOffice
