    @JioCare My Jio AirFiber has no usable internet. Router LED is green, but speed is only 0.04 Mbps. Google, YouTube and video calls don't work on any device. I can't even reboot the router or raise a service request in MyJio app. Please fix this ASAP. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare What kind of misleading plan is this? My active ₹1,499 plan clearly shows “Data: Unlimited”, yet my internet has stopped working. Your support executive says my “limited monthly GB” is exhausted. Where is this limit mentioned in my plan details? 1/2

    Disappointed with @JioCare @reliancejio No Internet on Jio AirFiber in my area since morning. First resolution time was given 3 PM, then shifted to 11:30 PM. Support rep refused to register an individual complaint saying "it's an area outage". Also ignored my feedback.

    @JioCare My mother's Jio number 8218383788 is facing frequent voice lost call issues in Muzaffarnagar—the other person often can't hear her. She is elderly and depends on this phone to stay connected with her children. Please check and resolve this urgently. #Jio

    @JioCare My JioFiber complaint has been unresolved for 50+ days now. Support marks issue as resolved from backend without fixing it, have had 6 engineer visits, without resoultion. Please escalate immediately. SR #: SR000037JM9L Location: Delhi NCR
