  @JioCare Hello @JioCare do you really want to solve my issues or just u are replying randomly. With this experience what I can say is I will never recommend anyone Jio, better to use local internet or Airtel.

  @JioCare What weather conditions ! Carries no sense Weather was not that bad yesterday that stopped any normal activity nor is it that bad today. Extreme irresponsible behaviour is of Jio. Why should I pay for the period, service remains disrupted. Sleeping @TRAI must answer.

  @JioCare My Jio AirFiber stopped working this morning. The router is continuously blinking red and there's no internet at all. This outage has been going on for hours. Please fix it as soon as possible.

  @JioCare @reliancejio I am using Jio Fiber for the last few years, having 150mbps speed plan, but last few months it's a pathetic condition of network, some rooms with a distance about 10-15 feet not getting connection so had to use Mobile data which cost extra. I made several requests to check but no one responded and check the fault, i think it's better to shift to Airtel @airtelindia

  Almost 24 hours. Details submitted. No reply. Looks like the moment I asked for a response beyond "coverage is good" and "we're improving the network," the conversation came to a halt. Templates are quick. Solutions seem much slower. @JioCare
