    @reliancejio Very poor net. Sending a message to the customer service executive on the My Jio app takes 5 minutes. By then, the chat gets closed. On calling the toll free number, the call gets cut everytime I press the button to talk to the executive. #jio #jiofibre

    How to reach or talk to airtel customer care number... Al number are giving IVR solution which is not appropriate. I have recharged mistakenly but I'm not able to connect with team @airtelindia @JioCare

    @reliancejio This is to concern about new jio fibre connection, I have requested for new connection on 22nd, Order number is NO0000J3WKHM . But I am still waiting for installation and also I am not getting any support for this from sales person who had done documentation.

    @airtelindia (1/3) Your internet and calling services are very clumsy, neither the net works nor the calls are communicated properly, and now in Corona you have an excuse to not continue the services. You guys can never compete with @reliancejio .
