    @JioCare Please cancel this request as it seems like you have no track of it. I ordered one sim on 20th June. The customer never delivered and I got it cancelled via cust care. That money have not come to my account yet. Today a delivery guy have come to deliver 2 sim

    @JioCare @JioCare ur customer care is pathetic. Why they rescheduled engg visit when i called them at 6pm? Where u guys sleeping and waiting for customer to call ? I canceled all my plan as engg was to visit yesterday and engg says he doesn’t know if he has been assigned SR.@DoT_India

    @JioCare do customers of jio fiber have to wait 24 hours to get connectivity issues with jio fiber fixed ? Why can't you guys send repairmen in the same day so that people don't miss out on their work ?

    @JioCare The set of box replacement request was incorrectly. I have dual connection. Replacement assigned for which one is working instead of not working. Hence the work order need to be corrected & re-assign required
