    @JioCare Could you let me know when is the engineer’s visit scheduled Pls disconnect my connection and refund the deposit of this is not completed today. It’s is quite surprising that exact timelines are still not known. It reflects the poor state of service standards of @reliancejio

    @Airtel_Presence Your customer care agent are not able to fetch profile or anything in their system as your servers are down. Help yourself first & dont worry i know what you guys mean when you say"right away" "at the earliest" " on priority" you means u don't care. Getting @reliancejio fibre now
