    @JioCare Can you share the complaint for this issue and also the previous ones too regarding poor network. So I can take it further and do share the details of the appellate authority for Noida as there will never be any improvement from @reliancejio. Sent DM regarding it no response

    @reliancejio . Pathetic fiber serive. I placed the connection request 4 days ago, they collected the money. They didn't install the fiber yet. I called multiple times but no response. I called on CS and raised a complaint but in vain.#JioFiber

    @JioCare If you can not hire proper engineers to fix fiber internet issue, its better to not expand. Worst service that I can ever imagine. Engineers are liars & support staff on call has same fix answer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur Cust support is not available & whatsaap support to fix the internet issues is just useless. My jio fiber is down since last one hour & I'm trying to reach u thru the medium u suggest but no response. I'm not getting the service for which I'm paying for.

    @reliancejio Hi jio there is no jiofiber connection in my area . Dharampur,muzaffarpur,bihar But A lot of people want to jion jiofiber in my area How can we join jiofiber ??? Please reply And you whatsapp ai is very stupid it need more inprovment

    @JioCare Listen first . I am trying to connect with the customer care for ONT shifting of my jio fibre. But I am not able to connect with any of them. No one is picking up the call. So no complaint is registered . I need you to register my complaint. I hope now you understood.

    @JioCare hey I have 1 year hotstar vip plan it will expire in next year but today I can't play any series and movies if play it says to subscribe I asked hotstar help center they said to contact jio what happens to my vip subscription
