@JioCare @reliancejio Dear Here in my neighbours all are using 5g jio true network but I'm unable to using it, while I'm also using a 5g Phone but i never got signal of 5g.Also connected auto mode in 5g/4g/3g If it's not going to end then will known as partiality from jio

@JioCare @Rkarthikeyan95 Vijay, don’t get very exited. U starting with Jio which is worst service provider in India. They only know about sales but really don’t care about customers. If you face issue and made complaint then it will get closed without resolution and no info to you. Cheaters & Fraduster

@JioCare What speedy resolution are you talking about? I’ve been complaining about this situation since the day it was installed. It’s been like 2 weeks and I’ve provided no solution instead of asking me the same question over and over again. Is this speedy resolution according to you?
