What a pathetic service @JioCare. I am a tortured customer of @JioCare. My jio fiber stopped working again third time in 2 months. It is around 400 meters long wire that was stretched/placed from Jio pole to my place for my connection. I had given them around 2500 INR in cash.

I'm facing indoor network issue for a week, complained multiple times, no resolution. Planned to switch but subscribed full year plan, where won't get refund for balance 7 month. Is it my mistake to trust Jio over others, and paying for it ? @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio
