    @JioCare my jio fiber isnt wokng since ystrday I calld ur helpline no they assured me tht service engnr will be thr at 12 , he didn't shw up , thn I agn clld thm thy assured me that he'll be thr at 4:30 nw thy r telling me h"ll be thr tmr .Is this hw u treat ur customers?

    @JioCare The good thing with jio is that your network is consistent all over India. The bad thing is that it is consistently tatti. So after three years time to get rid of this jio burden. Bye jio.

    @JioCare After confirmation from your engineer, I waited long time today, but no staff turned for installation. Think twice about your work force. Misleading customer and wasting their time. Is Jio ready to pay for time wastage and delay in service.
