@JioCare I have already left as communicated earlier but all the items are at same location which can be collected from family members. Your executives can pick from there if they visit. Please really show some priority in actual otherwise this issue would not prolong like this.

Jio has Wrst customer service. Jio store 10 am pe open hota h bt work start from 12pm & most of the time server down. @reliancejio

@JioCare Seriously, you should be ashamed for calling yourself a part of largest network. I have been struggling from last 6 days and no one has taken the ownership of getting it fixed. I am porting all my jio fiber and postpaid connections to some other network.

Pathetic after sales service by Jio Fiber. Internet down since yesterday evening. No resolution of complaint till now. Been more than 20 hours. No update whatsoever. Airtel is far better @reliancejio @JioCare @TRAI
