    @reliancejio @JioCare I hv ported my number from Vodafone. Even after payment of pending amount, sim was not activated. I was told to visit store by customer care. Store ask me to speak to customer care. Situation persists for over a month.

    @JioCare yesterday i went to near by jio store to activate my new sim which i lost. They charged 200rs and they told us we will recharge along with that. But they activated the sim and did not recharge? Please help regarding this issue @reliancejio it's Been nearly 25 hours

    @JioCare how many years are needed to relocate Jio fiber from one building to ano in same society. Location: Surat city. Hopeless and senseless service. @TRAI Call center services are completely Hopeless.

    @ACTFibernet Have opened four tickets, and each ticket was reopened also. Worst experience That's how chennai Field Engineer closed the ticket even without solving. They just close it. SR10366987751177. Please help! Need to shift to @airtelindia or @JioCare

    @utsavtechie It was expensive earlier. All thanks to @reliancejio. I still remember those horrible days in childhood where I had to pay for calls and getting few Mb of mobile data literally made me broke, due to which I didn't even think abt owning a smartphone then.

    @Abh1rupBanerjee @JioCare @geekyranjit Even I have raised this multiple times...using s22 ultra and still no signal of 5g. Jio has to change invite basis to free for all..or provide 5g as per recharge.
