    @JioCare @JioCare such pathetic service at the start, what should I expect then from a brand like jio i seriously wonder. If unable to install tomorrow kindly refund my 1200/- which you charge instantly. No reply even from jio care email, sent 2 days ago

    @JioCare There is no information given till now. And it's already 4th day. You have only 2 hours to fix the issue. I along with 3 other users will shift to different brand If you don't fix the issue now. You people are so unprofessional and shameless. @jio_fiber @reliancejio

    @JioCare inhave requested you to cancel my subscription and disconnect service but still you haven't done and charging me for the next billing cycle. I request you to please disconnect and also all charges which are accrued will be considered invalid since my first request.

    @JioCare Hi Mohit, Please arrange for a technical engineer to visit and check the issue on-site. This problem has been occurring for many months, and I am still experiencing very low speeds and frequent disconnections. I am extremely frustrated and need a permanent resolution.

    @JioCare Where is the actual resolution? What action is being taken against those closing tickets without visiting the customer location? Will my plan validity be extended for the 11+ days of unusable service?, I don't even know whether an engineer will actually visit or not. (2/3)

    Customers pay for stable internet service, not endless troubleshooting messages. Either replace the faulty AirFiber setup/router immediately with proper technician support or refund my last 3 months’ payment. @JioCare please stop delaying and take real action now.
