@JioCare I paid 2500 for jio fiber+stb, on 13thjan, Appointment is scheduled but no calls or visit from technician is there ,for your 'so called free trial' my order is on hold and no after sales service is there.I want my money refunded asap. @reliancejio #JioFiber

@airtelindia you have very pathetic sim replacement service and staff at the store. My sim stopped working and when I reached out to store they rejected my ID saying photo is not coming clear of id in our app. Can't you simply do a fingerprint KYC like @reliancejio
