Soumik Sarkar (@ssarkar263) reported@JioCare @reliancejio Myjio fiber router got replaced but the adapter is chargeable. How come the adaptor is separate from the router?? Moreover, I didn't get any bill for the adaptor. I reached out to customer care they confirmed no bill will be there. What kind of scam is this?
