    @JioCare I know how to use the app. Your service requests are automatically changing the dates to the next day. So no engineer is visiting.

    Hi @airtelindia I would like to port my @reliancejio prepaid to Airtel Postpaid. I am done with my 3 months with jio network. Plz let me know procedure to change my prepaid connection to postpaid. I have prepaid jio eSIM .

    @JioCare, It's been more than a year, and my area still doesn't have reliable Jio 5G coverage. I genuinely want to switch from @airtelindia because of repeated network issues, but I can't do so until Jio provides stable indoor 5G here.

    @JioCare Totally disrupted customer service. service engineer decline to come for home visit. No reassignment of new engineer. raised complaint in morning 9:30. Now app showing rescheduling to tomorrow. Why would I pay my time for your system fault?
