@JioCare We even dont want that we opt for a service and in just 6 months we need to change it. But the quality of service that jio provided. The level of priority was not good. Hope you guys will soon upgrade coverage and service quality.

@MGMotorIn @rajeev_chaba @reliancejio I think if you want the customer experience to be seamless you need to clearly communicate all information requisites for charging station and validity of pricing. It has been a unpleasant experience till now

@reliancejio Absolutely ridiculous service and behaviour of your sales person Mr. Prem Kumar,kusum vihar,Dhanbad,take an advance of rupees 3500 for wire and 1500 for installation of jio fiber on Saturday,and he pressurized me to give him advance then only he will install

@JioCare your executive has taken the money and has not given me the jio fiber installation even after 4 days and repeated requests. Pl issue me refund... it doesn't look good such a big organization...doing such shady quality service. pl refund @reliancegroup
