    @sumanthpadaval1 @reliancejio Same issue, I am also facing with my jio fibre connection. Since 14 may no visit no fix only lip service.

    @JioCare Pathetic support and zero accountability from @JioCare @reliancejio. Customers are left helpless with no escalation path, no technician visit, and no permanent fix despite repeated issues. Shame. #JioFiber #JioAirFiber

    @reliancejio service Request No. SR000035YOBP. Wifi is dead since 4 days and nobody came to rectify. I get a message every evening that the appointment has been rescheduled as per MY REQUEST. never made any such request. Customer care isn't sharing local engineer number. Now?

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio you see for yourself Navin, what I expect from field Technician. I am not even getting callback from social media customer care expert. It's seems like there are lot of complaints going on and noone really cares.

    @JioCare JIO is aggressively pushing frequent ads on JioTV+ (STB). Boot-up ads were still understandable, but now ads pop up frequently even while watching channels. The worst part is the double audio - from the TV channel + Jio ad. This seriously ruins the viewing experience.
