  @JioCare This issue has reappeared. After my previous complaint, your team partially resolved it—I was able to call the other Jio number, but after a few days the problem returned. Now neither of us can call each other again. Both numbers work perfectly with all other numbers.

  Extremely disappointed with JioFiber team where no executive is aware of any procedure. I have made payment for 6 months advance but i have been denied xoupon of extra 15 days for same. I have raised complaint also but team abruptly lied that we cant give. Pathetic @reliancejio

  @JioCare Does your temporary issues will provide me relief on recharge? Mukesh don't even provide us 1min extra after validity exhausted then why should I bare with you?. Either provide me extra validity or amount for those days.

  @JioCare, @reliancejio My internet has not been working since Sunday morning, and the issue is still unresolved. I have already raised a complaint, but no engineer has visited yet. I have now been informed that a visit will happen only on Tuesday.

  @reliancejio ,@JioCare giving small information @bsnl_ap_circle has upgraded to 4g network area . Everyone are shifting to bsnl as there are cheaper rates available.i have been asking for upgradation of 5g since 3 years so that we can have JioFiber.#FYI
