@reliancejio @JioCare now I am planning to switch to @airtelindia (Fiber), as I am so disappointed with jio customer service. My jio fiber is not working form 24th July 2022, hope Airtel will give better service.

My STB installation of set top box is pending from 26/07/22 & I had to pay 706 to upgrade. Till now No STB installation is done from the team, while my plan is changed from 27 july itself & paying extra with no service. pathetic service... @JioCare @reliancejio

@ajeshks Why don’t you give a try to @reliancejio better connectivity, cheap data plans, better customer service, truly 4G internet experience what else does one need! I will suggest you to switch to Jio and feel the difference on your own...@JioCare will help you port
