    @JioCare you have been saying this since last 4 days. Nothing has happened. Jab payse lene hote hai to 40 baar phone karwate hai aur jab service ki bari hai toh ek call bhi nahi aya. I will make sure I go to @jagograhakjago and also remove your sims and services. Patheic @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare I raised a request to transfer my Jio home Internet to a different address. Your technician collected the router yesterday and since then, this connection has disappeared in the MyJio app?? No human is answering my customer care calls. This is frustrating.

    @reliancejio JioFiber complaint registered on 31 Aug for the fiber cable disconnected between the distribution point and my home. Still unresolved after several days. This is a basic connectivity issue. Please escalate to the senior field team and restore connection immediately.
