    @JioCare @JioCare This is exactly my concern. You’ve repeated the same template again without reading my complaint. My issue is NOT the lead status. It is the incorrect relocation address in request LR00001E5HSJ, caused by your system after payment. Multiple calls, emails and now X (1/2)

    @JioCare Your support is really pathetic, the @jio_fiber service has been down for over 6 hours and noone shows up even after raising the complaint. When the competitors act on it within an hour, your technicians are approachable the next day only.

    @JioCare Do I need a birth certificate just to report a network issue Why are you asking for so many details I've already shared the GNetTrack screenshot and I'm sending my No via DM and the internet doesn't work on any app or web Please fix the issue instead of asking for endless details

    @Airtel_Presence Would you really care to reply If you don't reply I assume you don't want me to continue your service .every month you added 100rs and what about your service which is unserviceable for few days or hours. @reliancejio help me to get a new connection.

    @JioCare @AkashMAmbani @AkashMAmbani I've always believed Jio puts customers first. Today, I'm hoping you'll help prove that once again. I've tried customer care, the local team, and the collections team, but my connection is still active after relocation and I'm receiving bills for unused service..

    Jio is a very bad and terrible company. I have paid for the fiber installation, but I haven't received any update yet. I have been calling to inquire about the installation, but I haven't received any response so far. @reliancejio I am also switching to Jio SIM.
