    @JioCare Jio fiber as made a joke in India when it comes to wifi service. every other day there is temporary issue with no customer care to help very. learn from Airtel Fiber. Service in my area is down in every 10 days and its not there for the entire day

    @JioCare one of the worst service. I've been trying to relocate my fiber for the past 7 days it keeps on rescheduling. When I applied for new connection you guys were so interested and gave same day connection now you guys lost interest after getting the customer.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare I can’t seem to connect to 5G network from yesterday night, before that it was working smoothly. Currently I have 5G on but lte is connected and I do have Jio true 5G welcome offer activated on my iPhone. I have tried everything but can’t seem to connect to 5G. Help plz
