    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare @PrakashGota They will never resolve the issue, because they only copy paste old comments and close complaints. It is a trend nowadays. At starting they added customers now all are suffering for network and speed.

    @JioCare Yes everything is same problem is no one is pick the device from the location even no engineer is assigned. 75 days is high timeline for such simple case.

    @JioCare @reliancejio recharged with 395 and 5G isnt working even after receiving the invitation. contacted customer care several types but they are just copy pasting. sent phone number and address in DM

    @reliancejio y only focus on cities,pls focus on villages as well in rolling out 5G. We do pay same charges! I'm not seeing 5G service rolling in villages atleast in Bangalore rural district.

    @JioCare I don't want to burgain with your careless customer care. Your representative switches off mobile / blocks my number when I called repeatedly asking on the issue. When called from another number they answered the phone and says 24 hrs. Worth to mention that 24hrs did never came!

    @reliancejio Hello team jionetwork is still not working properly and calls are dropping again and again Kindly look into the matter the network has irritated a lot as calls are not happening properly from many days

    @reliancejio No my lucky no is ZERO, Because jio service is also count in ZERO. ap logo k pas 5G launch krne ka time hai, hmare area me fiber lgwane ka time nhi hai. Welcome to ZERO jio service.
