    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    As i want to close my jio fiber service I tried several times to call on customer care number but every time the call get disconnected im fed up of the service from jio i can day @airtelindia is best in service @JioCare @reliancejio

    What's the point of releasing videos in 4k & 8k if @reliancejio is going to buffer videos being played even in 480p. Alag level par slow chalta hai Jio ka internet #JioSlow

    @JioCare @reliancejio Still no response. You people say that you are not providing services in Whispering Xxclusive Lokhandwala complex, Kandivali-East. But here there is an OLT fitted. Just for transfer services we are following up since 2 months. 3rd class service.

    Never ever trust @JioCare after service, once they sell you their products, they work is done, they sold me 5g fake internet and the 5 connection does not work at all,when I call customer care all they do is ask me to switch on & switch and answer their million questions #banjio

    My life has become a living hell since I took @JioCare internet connection, my shifts , my work from home has become a 15-18 hours job thanks to jio internet, the connection goes off 100 times a day and when you call the customer care their questions are never ending. #banjio

    @JioCare my sim is loss it is not use from last 1 years but my father went to jio gallery to replaced new sim they told us that I have to come but I am in abroad I will come after 6 months how can I get same number this is important number i needs it any cost pls help

    @JioCare Never take jio connection....this is hopeless co. who is good in convincing and luring customers but disappear once you become customer and they leave you at mercy of God in case of problems arise. I am struggling for last one month but no response except verbal commitments

    @JioCare have you rolled out #JioFiber in Andheri East Pin Code 400093, Mumbai area? The @airtelindia connection there is pathetic and I plan to switch, we need broadband as well as landlines, can you help Jio guys?
