    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare jio customer care promised to call me but since 3 days no call from their side. And all they say is we tried to call you. Pathetic service only increase in rates.

    @reliancejio this is sheer stupidity that to activate cued plan why compulsion of downloading ur jio app?? I don't want jio app in my mobile device, Give us another option or loose ur customer if u valued ur customer

    @JioCare I requested a new Jio Fiber connection (order no. NO0000JK0YAE). An engineer came and said that it's not possible to give a new connection because "box is already full" and left and I got an SMS saying my request was cancelled due to "Address verification failure". Wtf?

    Itsmy biggest mistake to convert mysim from @reliancejio to @airtelindia,I'm not getting even a single network in my handset and from complaint u guys r jst saying we will slove the issue in 10 days it the service u provide to india,just close ur company and use other company sim

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiber0 again no internet since morning....we are working from home.... highly disappointing and pathetic service from Jio Fiber....have some sensitivity.... don't be so careless....plz plz look into our issue...plz don't run away....

    @JioCare Jiofiber is not available in my area... This is the problem...! It's come in Delhi NCR and jiofiber is not available in this are... It's sounds so odd.

    @JioCare I have 2 plans active ,mrp 151 and 2397 but the data is deducted from 2237.but it should deduct from 151 ,customer care not responding properly
