Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

@JioCare @reliancejio My jio fiber installed on 5.1 is down from 9 pm on 6.1.service request SR000013LZOK. Very difficult to speak to someone in call center. Bad experience on Day 2. Telling Jio but meaning Maro.
