    @JioCare after receiving a zillion msg and notification, I get that my plan is getting expired & I need to renew it. There's no need to say the same thing over call in 2 languages. Sometimes we have to make emergency call, I don't have the time to wait & hear 10 secs of tht msg

    @pavan9753 @DoT_India @JioCare Similar things happen with #Airtel also. The worst part is, you only receive messages that your complaint is closed. Now it's your duty to find out how it got closed ?

    @JioCare Not in particular website and app .... We all At my location everyone is facing the same - All websites are not open - All app are not working -Even whatsapp messages was not uploaded - YouTube not working - Huge Calling problem - Huge internet problem

    @JioCare Recharged jio on yesturday 10colk but not reflected on my balance. So i vist jio showroom they no help try too jio care center gived number but the number i tried not reached jio care center so i say to the jio showroom again recharge is my number very urgent .

    @reliancejio I get stock answers from jio head Aldos in kozhikode about tower problem .. in modakallur 673315 area...
