    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare calling issue in Panchkula 134113 since yesterday. Calls not going and coming but when I move out of Panchkula everything works fine.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare I'm facing worst internet speed problem since last Friday. In Kauwahan, East Champaran (Bihar-845458). Even not able to make calls. I'm facing very bad experience of internet and call. Please help me out.

    It has been more than a week,but still @JioCare is working on refund of amount which got credited due snag in their JioAPP,that is quality of customer care people we got at Reliance Jio, @DoPTGoI may please take action on callous &monopoly attitude of Jio,BSNL is better Custcare

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working since 24 hours, and your support executives have pathetic knowledge. I was not sure that @reliancejio service can be this poor. But, I think I should get it uninstalled and use different service provider, they will surely provide better service.

    Hi @JioCare I am done with @Airtel_Presence now, wanted to get to Jio sim back. However I still see no service in my home. Is there any plan to fix network issues at place. Pls help

    @JioCare U mean temporary issue from just last 4 days? 20 hrs each day? Really? Whole society is regretting taking Jio fibre. V r sorry, tht v r moving to Tata. V have already called them for a talk. Also v need to know the way v can get refund.
