mani kumar (@mani52054) reported@JioCare but I never requested porting, generated UPC or submitted any documents/KYC. Airtel also says my number is currently active with Jio. Please investigate this discrepancy, restore my service and share the port-out request details and complaint/SR number urgently.

The feedback was for @SonyLIV to enhance their systems for Ease-of-use. I really hope somebody understands the feedback given in pain English, and they escalate.
