    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare I allredy have jiofiber i want to move in airtel now Improve your network quality in all areas now everyone is frustrated with jio now bcs you guys just want to sell your services not taking care of people and your network covrage is pathatic @JioCare

    @JioCare what a worst service at jio. My router and STB has a distance of 500mtr. They refuse to install the lan wire and said u hv to do it own somehow o got it done now Internet connectivity issue they say it’s not in their work case since it’s distance!

    @JioCare @jio_fiber how do you disconnect the postpaid Fiber connection without any intimation. If i pay through your Myjio app selecting a monthly plan it says valid for two days. Customer care is also not able to explain

    @JioCare there is alot of lag while using the internet. The speed looks normal but there is buffering and lag while watching insta reels and YT videos. No one is able to fix it. Please resolve this

    @JioCare is one of the most incompetent customer service out there. I raised a service request a month back, which was supposed to be completed by April 6. And @JioCare is still asking me to wait more.
