    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    Can't provide 4g network and stated 5g service which is worst then 3g of other providers. The reply we get is there are many users in our area, I advice to shut down the sales department and keep only the number of customer you can give good service @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare Madam, I had visited your Kamlanagar Store, Delhi Sarojni Nagar, Delhi Roop Nagar Store, Delhi every store person is saying that they dont have sim for other states. As my sim belongs to WB and here in delhi they dont have different sim support.

    @JioCare Hi Kartik I understand and I have continued to be patient from last 7 months. If you guys already know there is a routing issue then why don’t you’ll stop the inflated monthly bills for me and my wife till the issue is resolved. We cannot keep paying every month and reconciling

    @Drew_ismyAngel My network was fluctuation for 3 weeks in a row, I directly port my number to Jio and trust me @Drew_ismyAngel nothing is better than this @JioCare
