    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare Facing persistent network issues in Baghdokra (Dhubri, Assam) & Phersabari (Cooch Behar, WB) border area. Calls frequently fail/drop and mobile data is extremely slow or unavailable. Kindly investigate and restore services ASAP. @reliancejio #JioNetwork @_MukeshAmbani

    @JioCare Tanya, any update on SR00003BM2X1 I know you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months there were more than 3+ SR same way but no outcome. Due to which I am more concern & pls need quick resolution.

    @JioCare and @reliancejio i have applied for jio air fibre connection on 17 july 2026 and paid 2221 but till today i have not get connection. Also your service engineers is not picking up phone. This is what public gets when it is duopoly. @TRAI

    Hi Team , Facing an issue with internet and ETA time is keep postponing to resolve the issue in JP nagar 6th phase. This issue is effecting my productivity and hotspot also not working to connect through phone. Pls make changes of my connection from fiber to airfiber. @JioCare
