    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare Hey jio team, The complaint was raised against the jio air fiber connection and the assigned technician said he doesn't work anymore, but the system still shows his name and number on the assigned technician/engineer name. Please check and assign someone on priority.

    @DalRotiForLife @reliancejio @JioCare And not like I didn't want to pay. I had applied for enablement of an existinh service, someone cleverly cut the wire just when I applied, and since I didn't use it at all, and informed them, I thought they'll dismiss it, but they didn't.

    @JioCare Every time I contact customer care, I'm simply told that my request is "not eligible for a refund," but no one can explain why. If I'm not eligible for a refund, then at least provide the service. Your team has refused that as well.

    @JioCare Every time I call, the IVR just says "order is on hold" with zero explanation. Customer care is unreachable, and I’m stuck in limbo because you have my money. Is this standard customer service now? Please look into this immediately.

    @JioCare My internet is very slow, and the TV keeps freezing and lagging. It works fine for one day, and then the speed drops again. Please fix this. Also, I haven't received my refund yet, which has been pending since 11th June. Please look into this immediately.

    Pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio. My internet is down, and the assigned engineer has been completely unresponsive since yesterday 6 PM. Today's visit was scheduled for 10 AM - 11 AM, but nobody showed up or answered calls. Please look into this immediately
