    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @JioCare @reliancejio what a poor service,, since morning 6am Jio fiber service has been interrupted disturbed in my Area locality, still no complaint has been processed or registered.. What a poor service help from Jio is this

    @JioCare This doesn’t solve the issue. Every time I tweet, you ask for DM and details, but even after sharing everything, nothing gets fixed. This feels like a scam just to calm customers instead of actually improving the network.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Worst internet services & customer experience. I've booked an appointment to visit an engineer at my home & they asked the bribe to fix the issue I said NO. They have closed the request & not picking up the call and jio customer care also answers only in IVR

    @JioCare @JioCare I am facing severe network issues in my area from the last 3 years. Multiple complaints, emails to appellate authority and repeated assurances were given, but there is still no improvement. Since only Jio network works in our area. Kindly resolve this issue permanently.

    @reliancejio I applied for Jio Fiber connection for my rented room in Yangang (Pin738134) 5 days ago, but no one has contacted me yet. I even got the agent's number and otp, but no progress so far.Please look into this and help me get the connection installed. #JioFiber #Yangang

    @JioCare More than 1 month now. Problem still remains unresolved. Now @JioCare don't even reply to my post/DM. Kudos to @JioCare for such a HORRIBLE, PATHETIC service. I highly recommend all of you TO NOT 🚫 TRY/ SWITCH to JIO. They don't care about their customers

    @JioCare Thanks for the reply. The issue is that I have recently updated my Date of Birth (DOB) in my Aadhaar card. The MyJio app is still showing my old details and the online re-verification is failing repeatedly. Please guide me on how to update my new Aadhaar details in your records
