    @reliancejio Hi I am from Ranchi have taken Jio Fibre connection week back at my residence but after getting connection no body is attending complain after repeated calls also no is bothered to pick calls. This is ridiculous service.

    @JioCare @adityame2 @JioCare I ordered Jio Fiber yesterday, I don't know but it already got rescheduled 2 times. Pl give me some fix time. So, I don't have to manage my time. If you are not able to do it today, Pl cancle it for me and refund 4241rs. Order Number - NO0000MDI4S1

    @JioCare ur IVRS is pathetic. Even when i select language as English, the support person speaks in Hindi. Also, in spite of entering the registered number, it picks up the dialled number. What a shame!!!

    @JioCare Its been 5 days now & still my complaint SR00001CF800 is not addressed. Is this way we get support for making advance payments. At least respond back stating that your team will not address this issue so we can proceed with someone else.

    @JioCare I am pretty sure by now that you guys don't want to relocate the connection and want us to opt for a new one. That's what you all have on your mind. Otherwise it shouldn't take almost a month for a top company to provide a service. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    @JioCare After having no service for almost half of my recharged plan made a wise decision to get Jio fibre connection cancelled. I would suggest anyone who is planning to buy a Jio fibre connection please beware you will never get to use what you pay for
