    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    @reliancejio very nonsense service by jio..last one month the network working like 2g in my locality..it's frustrating to use jio network..I had call the jio customer care,they said your issue will be resolved in a week but one month passed the issue not resolved yet..

    @reliancejio @JioCare where other companies plan to launch 5g jio cant handle its 4g network prprly network speed is 0 i jst canceled from a deal jst due to netwrk connection i am unbl to rply them on time jst because of internet #bycott #bycottjio #poor

    @reliancejio I ported to JIO but the SIM I got delivered and after paying approx 250 is not working, no SIM detected..tried on multiple mobile on which other SIM are working but JIO SIM not detected only, signal is secondary #Jio_badcustomerservice

    @JioCare Thinking abt porting my nmbr. Lots of issues in network in my city. It often didnt work for hours, AND rightnow my 2gb pack suddenly felt like not enough while my use is as usual. MyJio help & support is sh*t. It doesnt cover all issues. Need live chat with humans.

    @JioCare @TRAI I have been a first jio customer and Now this Telecom provide worst now zero connection literally. And this Fraudulent act give me no validity extension nor atleast 2G network.That's the fact.Few people file complain in Consumer court Unprincipled Capitalism by son

    I think we should start switching to other networks because their helpline number useless when ever i call their IVR said we know that you are facing issue and i was like i Know that's why I called to help line but no resolution @reliancejio will you refund my data for the day ?

    I feel pathetic as i switched to @JioCare bcoz i was told that jio network has been improved. In my home, no call comes. I have to go outside everytime whenever I need to make a call. But i believe that jio will heed into this matter. @reliancejio

    Or you guys making business like this only @reliancejio wake up guys we are making smart india you guys can't fix the problems related to 4G and you are dreaming of 5G ohh god come on stop making fool of innocent people today i haven't use my data because of your connection issue
