    Now a day's why the @reliancejio @JioCare doesn't provide the proper service.? Here's at my location very slow network speed. I was lots time contact to care but they are unable to solve the issue?

    Pathetic service from @JioCare. JioFiber installation is delayed, no technician visit, no clear communication, and no resolution. Taking orders is easy, but customer service is non-existent. Extremely disappointed.

    We Indians should be proud now, as I can see @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup is heading towards to be d worlds biggest fraud company by looting its fellow citizens. Such a same to Ambani family, its more then 3 months - issue not resolved yet.

    @JioCare I have been complaining in this area since last 2 years, but the future is still in future and I am not the only one who is suffering, people are porting because of this issue. When I get 5g signal here it gives speed like 2G edge. Jio should use booster for weak signal areas.

    @JioCare @reliancejio is the worst wifi service I have ever seen. It has been three days sice the wifi is disconnected. The xhat and calls are automated. I CANNOT EVEN RAISE A SERVICE REQUEST. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP

    @JioCare I am facing issue at my home. I am not able to use any social media, any study site also online meeting or work from my home. Since last 1 year. If it will not resolve then I have to port the network.

    @JioCare Jio sucks in my area , As soon as the electricity goes off your network is down . Complaint several times but you guys have not taken any action

    @JioCare internet is down for 3 days and you guyz don't give a F. You guyz are not even allowing me to raise complaint through jio app. Pinged jio fiber number on your inbox. Check and fix asap or i will switch to airtel.
