    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @BSNLCorporate This company FTTH has so poor service never use their services if you have Jio or airtel in you area. Bycott this company. Frustrated from last one year by their services . @JioCare @Airtel_Presence kindly check if you can deliver ftth in my area . Pincode 174028

    @JioCare Start the refund process. 3 months advance. Refund immediately. To collect money, it was done early in the money. What do you suggest I do wfh without internet? Give me my money back asap. Cancel subscription. Tell me the process. No one wants to cancel when I call customer care

    @reliancejio My worst decision was to install jio fiber it's been more than 10 days and still not working and no service is being provided and now I'm trying to cancel my connection so they are not willing to cancel my connection also. What is this behaviour?
