    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @JioCare I am not able to book a service request for 20th morning and the app is booking for 21st of August I.e. you support will come after 2 days This is happening again and again please look into is and send the Engenir at 8 am on 20-08-2026.

    @JioCare Since same condition, area details - Madambakkam, 25th Street, padmavathi Nr extn, - inside home signal totally weak....ur team may check only outer... Ur subscribers need to speak in middle of the street??

    @JioCare @reliancejio irrespective internet not working for 20 out of 30 days in a month , your bill gets promptly generated , remove the connection and disregard the bill, the bill due would affect my credit score , check you DM, stop harassing @jagograhakjago please help

    @reliancejio Since 2.15 pm yesterday , Internet down ! 100s of requests not taken seriously. Engineer visit was scheduled at 8.30 pm didn’t turn up till 10 pm . Now, informed visit put on hold -why? Please close my account and refund year long advance . Usha Sharma Meerut

    Finally I switched in @JioCare @reliancejio from @airtelindia after 7 year . Because I am suffering an issue of 5G since last 5 to 7 month but no one resolved my problem.
