    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    I paid for my JioAirFiber connection over a week ago order no NO0001EDUZ62 but the installation has still not been completed. No response from cc team also. This level of service is highly disappointing. @JioCare @TRAI

    @JioCare Got a call from jio , they are saying it will take 72 hrs for installation. Better I get my service resolved from Airtel. Can't wait for 3 days forere installation

    @JioCare I did respond and then there is radio silence guess you have not looked at my response on DM overall speed is down check your fiber optic faults and fix 5G coonectivity

    @JioCare Very pathetic service one technician visits and left without doing any work later another technician called and started abusing me because i asked him how many times i have to reschedule to get my problem solved. Even customer care dropping call again and again. Refund the amount

    For the past two days, the Jio network has been terrible. I have three Jio SIMs, and I see others losing network connectivity and porting to other providers; I will have to leave as well because it is becoming a major issue, even in an area like Noida. @reliancejio @JioCare #JIO

    Unprofessional & pathetic service by @JioCare. Moving houses, trying to return JioFiber hardware & get a refund of my ₹6287 unutilized balance for a week. No response on email, no help on call. Is this how you scam customers, @reliancejio? Refund my money! @ConsumerCourt
