Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

@reliancejio i lost my SIM card on international roaming, when I visit 10 stores they DONT HAVE GREEN SIM CARD which is a must in my case, and I’m running around the find a store with green sims available. HELP #Jio #customerservice
