Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

If you all can't settle a postpaid bill transaction even after 20 days, it's better to stop the jio service and switch to other operator. Neither your employees replies to the emails. What the use of providing the corporate email ID's to your staffs? @JioCare @reliancejio
