    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @JioCare Did a 2878 recharge and it shows under active plans but when I try to make a call, I am being told I don't have a valid plan. Did a top up in response and still the same issue. I am unable to talk to any human executives despite the jio bots not providing an answer.

    @reliancejio @airtelindia Hey, I've been using jio true 5G for more than a month and experience is good but sometimes I face network stability issue. Can you fix that?

    @JioCare What do u mean by soon anyways? Why do u take money if you frauds can't provide any service. I am not asking for Ambani's @$$ here, I am just asking for what I paid for i.e internet. Did u guys take my consent prior to changing the time slot? What a bunch of thugs u guys are!!

    I am your corporate customer from last 2days I am going to your jio store modi tower branch indore. With noc of one number which I want to transfer from corporate to individual. But not ready to do the same. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare i received an SMS "Dear customer Your Jio S-IM documents has been Expired.Please contact customer care 9569606522 immediately.Your Jio S-IM will be blocked within 24hrs" How can you block my SIM in just 24 hours?? Is it a fraud ???

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can sense accounting fraud in the billing for my post paid connection. I am being wrongly billed for almost all the incoming calls even when I am not picking. Raised this issue with customer (1/2)

    @JioCare I went to next store in another area. I got the sim. But I faced same issue several times with the same jio store in my area. They won’t give duplicate sim quickly, they postpone it. They say “person is not there”, “come tomorrow at 11:30am” “here, we don’t give duplicate sims”
