    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @reliancejio Subscription when my recharge plan will start or provide customer to choose when customer want to activate you directly active subscription is not acceptable as currently till 2 month I am not able to use jiostart but after that i will able to but till that my subscription end

    @JioCare Dear team I'm a user of jio prepaid frm day jio started till now no issues what so ever even if something came you sorted out jio fibre post installed line still not layed air fibre available grt plan had enquired 2222 for 4 mths It's just indian inside me wanted @BSNLCorporate

    @JioCare Team, can i have update on Pending order id NO0001F4SWSK / complaint SR00003E1PEP this req was raised on 11th for online sim, with no option to cancel order, no update, tracking stuck in same status from day one, payment upfront asked, this is pathetic service @TRAI @DoT_India

Merely stating that coverage may improve in the future is not an adequate resolution to a problem that has already continued for approximately not

    @JioCare Have DM you my registered mobile number and jio fibre number both. Have not received any call neither I am able to connect to a customer care number.

    @JioCare Hi Shireen, I have recharged my jio pack on 13th August itself and I am still unable to use my jio connection because of complexity and incapability of your systems and process...its already 5-6 days passed and simple relocation is not been done...kindly call and provide solution
