    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, you are going worse day by day. You are loosing your users in our area rapidly. Complaining repeatedly, you just say send your details and altrnt mbl no. but no action. @airtelindia used to be bad they quickly improved and going great now.

    @JioCare Still m chasing for refund of money but there is no response totally haresment of customer very poor service at the time of new connection they guys following with you so many times but at refund time no one entertain you they are not sevice provider only using customers money

    @JioCare your service team of jaipur pathetic and service level is very poor. People are insensitive and always talk spurios way with false information and commitment. I want to withdraw my connection and refund my money

    @JioCare my broadband jio connection is not working since 10 am today morning. On filing a complaint with customer care, the earliest time given is 7th oct 5 pm why? Doesn't an organisation like jio have enough support staff on holidays to tackle breakdowns?

    @JioCare 72 Hrs since I raised the issue, every time customer care says that the issue is being escalated on priority, if priority issues are dealt like this, God knows what happens to normal cases. All banking and UPI transactions are struck. I hope @TRAI has some instructions on this
