  .@reliancejio I received this SMS saying an eSIM upgrade request for my Jio number could not be initiated because my email ID isn’t registered. The issue is, I never requested an eSIM upgrade. Could you please check why an eSIM upgrade request was initiated on my number and confirm whether my account is secure? SMS received: “Your eSIM upgrade request for Jio number xxxxxxxxxx could not be initiated because your email ID is not registered with this number.”

Why don't these guys improve their service, compensate customer for their delay/failure in service which causes loss to customer? Dear Jio it's high time to improve and gain back your trust.   @JioCare Hi @JioCare . The team has asked me again my bank details which i had shared via email & via dm as well , however still same repeated message which i dont understand if there is an issue with my bank SBI end or Jio bank side ? in the jio website there is no options to edit bank
