@JioCare You dont have any problem to use other people's bank account /UPI Id's / Cards - at the time of taking a new connection - But when it comes to refunds, you start troubling customers only Aadhar Card holders bank account needed to refund. #Worst

@JioCare Tried calling your customer service, there apprised them 3 times. Every time after listening to issue they disconnected call without helping. Finally after no response decided to disconnect Jio services. I had recharged for Rs 1000 and used your services hardly 8-10 days 2/3

@JioCare Jio is useless in my locality. Out of 24 hours more than 15 hours the network remains down... Anyway after few days my number will be ported to Airtel !

I have called their call cntr several times in 3dys and everytime they have different response. Worst service provider
