@reliancejio From two days Everyone in my village is not able to use Internet and Calling Service despite of JIO tower in front of my house. Signal is strong 5 bars. Can't even call anyone. Most of us are porting to @airtel or @vi. Internet speed is too slow.

@JioCare The JioFiber internet at Noida Sector 62 , Gautam Buddh Nagar 201301 is getting disrupted multiple times. Kindly fix the issue. It is very difficult to work with this network. The internet is getting disconnected very frequently.Kindly look into the issue at the earliest

@JioCare let me inform you again that ,when I am outside my home, the signal strength & 4G network is good. Hence I do not see any issue with my mobile. If you insist I can give you screenshot of my mobile's signal strength both at home & outside.
