    @reliancejio Your executive called and said that complaint is closed, whereas my problem is not resolved. Pl don't indulge in this types of false treatment. If you are not capable pl tell me and give mey balance refund.

    @JioCare Tired of following up for Jio fibre refund, since November 12,2020. You are claiming to provide free Jio fibre internet for a month, and full refund on cancellation within a month. But this seems just not true in my case. Please provide support..

    @JioCare Jio customer care service is pathetic. I am a postpaid customer and my issues not getting addressed. Jio chat bot is an idiot never understand my issues. DM in Twitter not getting proper reply. There's no proper customer care number.

    @JioCare So I guess there is no solution and no follow up either. We're more than 150 gamers who r facing similar problem in Jiofibre. People it's time to switch to airtel or tatasky. They are offering similar rates with much better ping. @airtelindia please let us know your offers.

    @JioCare And the worst service provider is Jio. My enginner visit for my jio fiber related issue which I have registered complaint for on 5 Jan had been shifted twice and now they are saying that the engineer will visit on 9 Jan. That's outrageous. BSNL provide sol faster.
