    @JioCare @reliancejio At Sailashreevihar HIG Phase 7 area, we are facing constantly, call drops. Also our mobile is going out of network, more frequently and unannounced, hence no SMS is being received. It's very difficult situation during online payment, WorkFromHome etc.

    Sir @reliancejio I am not sure whether I'sd mention or not but still I am living in a village(Sector 40, #Mohyalcolony, #gurgaon where #jio)is not available. My ticket number is MR000129V1P1. @JioCare Kindly look into the issue on priority and let me know incase of any concerns

    @JioCare How will you assist this is not an individual problem it's a problem in your policy making department who has reserved the Value Plan category only for myjio app whereas all other airtel and vi allow this category 6gb /84days plan to be recharged from any payment apps.

    @JioCare Where is the result??? After 20 days, usless staff had noted the complaint now you are want to fixed out as soon as possible, Wether you will fixed it in 2022 or take 2023 also????

    @reliancejio I had cancelled the connection 2 weeks back...i haven't received any refund of my balance & no one has come to collect the device..raised complaint multiple times and there absolutely ignorant response
