@JioCare Start the refund process. 3 months advance. Refund immediately. To collect money, it was done early in the money. What do you suggest I do wfh without internet? Give me my money back asap. Cancel subscription. Tell me the process. No one wants to cancel when I call customer care

@JioCare But mam I can't do the things what your customer care asks to do...can't switch off switch on, change the sim slot...i can't even buy another handset to try the sim everyday..as I face the network issue daily.

@JioCare the manager refuses to meet us and asked us to disconnect our service instead of solving this problem!!! My salute to jio fiber's worst service provider and you should be awarded with the worst service of the year. I'M FINALLY DISCONNECTING MY SERVICE THANKS A LOT
