    @rranjan_in @reliancejio After one being part of their pathetic service, @JioCare dosen't care anymore. They show no interest in service upgradation. It's like, it is the customer's luck if he gets good coverage and Jio won't intervene if customers don't get what they have paid for.

    @reliancejio @reliancejio @JioCare i hv been trying to raise 2 issues since 1 mnth but of no avail. ur replies hv been vague without solving the issues. 1. frequent disconnection of net in my jiofibre connection. 2. STB req for my existing jiofibre connection.

    @JioCare Boos you have already taken good amount of time even you open a service request before 10 days now what you expect year or years to resolve a small issue. If yes so shame on your company and employees..

    @reliancejio : Jio Fiber installed on 2nd September. I am in free look period. Faced and reported few problems and service request number is SR000016N37G. The problem was to be resolved yesterday. None has come so far. Surprised the response is like this in the free look period.
