    @reliancejio @reliancegroup We are going to have 5G in few months however in village area jio is still failing to provide good network, you have the same pricing for city and villege area however there is pathetic customer service for villege customers. This is disappointing.

    What a worst service by @reliancejio yesterday my sim automatically in NO SERVICE, i go to jio store, they told me jio updating all the sim,so come tomorrow and get new sim Today i reached at jio store, they rudely told there no sim, मे घर मे सिम नही बनाता। Add - noida jio store

    @JioCare Every day is valuable in these Work From Home environment, I gave U 3 days & got vexed up with ur multiple appointments & repeated rescheduling. Literally bored & tired off with ur arrogant staff. Please issue my refund asap. Don't degrade Jio's fame further by delaying my refund

    @reliancejio @JioCare Your network is very poor at Navalur, Chennai. Location tagged. Few of them have already flouted to Airtel and if this continues for a month or 2, then I'm sure many other will not hesitate to move to other operator.

    @JioCare Jio Fiber service is stopped in our area for unknown reasons since 4th October. And we have been told that it shall resume on 9th October. It is extremely inconvenient. Without wifi work from home is badly affected. Pls do something. Tejpal Road, Vile Parle E,Mumbai 57.
