42 emails and 17 sms recd from them convey that they are investigating it. 3 mails say they've refunded it.5 emails asked for my entire bank st, which I sent thrice, 2 mails asked in pdf format, which I did. Never buy from Ajio a @reliancejio subsidiary. Frauds.

@reliancejio one of the worst network reliance jio in the name of 4g. Each time if i call to customer care they only say we are working on it. Jio is only collecting money in the name of 4g not giving customer satisfaction, it's better to shift to other network.

@JioCare My jio fiber not working since 30-Sep.-2022, ever day they closed SR no. Without resolving issue now the open New SR no. SR00001ELCOY . Kindly take it on priority & resolve issue ASAP
