    @reliancejio Your executive called and said that complaint is closed, whereas my problem is not resolved. Pl don't indulge in this types of false treatment. If you are not capable pl tell me and give mey balance refund.

    @reliancejio Just spoke with Maruti your executive, he is totally dependent on machine and has no information reg my complaint. He said tomorrow between 1 to 2 pm engineer will visit my home. Let's see.@reliancegroup

    @reliancejio SR00001CRTTN service request pending since 10 days and all calls received till date is getting disconnected from your side as they can't give solution and say complaint resolved this is lie. Very unprofessional approach. Inefficient staff.@TRAI r

    Still this issue is not resolved. Still @JioCare I am getting same reply from last 6 years. That in future we will improve. If your future is not 6 years then when . 3599 recharge per year. Seriously and service is zero.

    Dear @JioCare , For the last 3 weeks, users in Kankadahad Block,Dhenkanal(PIN: 759028) have been facing frequent network issues.Even on 4G,internet connectivity is very poor,causing major inconvenience to everyone. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.@reliancejio #jio

    I don't think to work with some basic plan user @reliancejio I want to know you plans also and one more thing from now onwards it's become 15 days that net is not working so it is already a big mental and finacial loss for me .

    @JioCare Very bad network. I think 3G speed was far better than jio 5G speed.
