  @JioCare All details have been shared on Aug 12 and still no updates. Services should not have to wait to be put up on a public forum to provide necessary deliverables. The lack of no real human customer support is staggering and a dead end.

  The indoor internet speed on both Jio 4G and 5G has become extremely poor again. There was some improvement in between, but now the issue has returned. I was watching a match on JioHotstar today, and the stream was buffering after almost every 3–4 *****. @JioCare @reliancejio

  @JioCare In my village, since tomorrow morning at 8 AM, Jio internet and calls are not working for anyone on their Jio mobile phones. When will this issue be resolved? No one is telling us anything, and the problem hasn't been fixed yet. All Jio users are facing difficulties.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My JioFiber connection is constantly disconnecting. Despite raising multiple complaints and having an engineer visit my location, the issue remains unresolved. This ongoing disruption is unacceptable and customer service is the worst. Please assist.
