    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @JioCare Plan is active and subscription is active and yet there’s no network connection. I removed the sim and put it again, I reset network settings and nothing seems to get my iPhone to reconnect to your network. Can you help? Not sure what the issue is.

    @JioCare is one of the worst and useless customer service I have ever seen, from last 15 days they are not able to receive my issue. If this is the condition with premium postpaid consumers, only god can save pre-paid consumers. #JIO @service_fc #fc_service #stupidcare
