    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare It being so long we are facing network issues and very slow internet speed. No one is looking to fix the issue in this rural area. Large population is suffering from jio network issues. Very low connectivity..

    @reliancejio In JioFiber ₹499 plan 14ott apps are included which includes JioSaava but it is a lie as no subscription is given its just the ad supported version which don't need the JioFiber plan. If you don't provide and support how you could say that 14ott service are provided

    @JioCare my new connection no. NO0000NWMCPH is not activate still 2days is over & now put on hold without my any concern. I can’t lay down for this everyday and choose another provider soon.
