By this type of pathetic behavior of your staff the Jio is loosing their customers. Mr Mukesh Ambani should look after this type of useless and rude behavior of their staff. The customer's are highly dissatisfied. I am paying jio for the following- 1 postpaid mobile connection 3 prepaid mobile connection 1 air fiber 1 jio fiber And after giving my precious money to mr Mukesh Ambani, I feels that I am fool and paying such a huge amount for my foolishness. I’ve already checked my own setup and the connection is fine. The issue appears to be with the Jio hub/network, yet the customer care team has no clear answer or timeline. It’s causing me serious inconvenience, and despite repeated follow-ups, I’m getting no proper solution. Honestly, this is one of the worst service experiences I’ve had with Jio.
