    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @reliancejio Nonsense jio operater, I call costumar of jio daily from last 6 months but no positive response is received, always say that your site has more users connected at a time and we will solve this problem as soon as possible but since 6 months this The problem is not resolved,

    I don’t know what is the problem with network in my house in one room there is 5G network and in other room not even 4G. Do something on this @JioCare @reliancejio improve its as soon as possible it’s very disappointing

    @reliancejio Though l had renewed my Amazon Prime membership but was unable to activate it through My Jio. My number of emails failed to solve the issue since you were not sincere in this regard. Your suggestions through emails lacked merit as those were ready made replies.

    @JioCare I asked for my connection to be moved in same area 20 meters away. After many DMs ticket was opened, but it got CLOSED saying issue Resolved WITHOUT even CONTACTING me. I Expect Better Service from Jio...

    @JioCare @reliancejio Do you guys care about customer relations? Again and again facing the issue with networking slowness. But nothing was done. Still the same. What’s happening? Every time they will close the ticket without resolving it.
