    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    It's an eyewash and ***** camouflage by @reliancejio. Jio helpline totally sucks... No body helps... @JioCare sucks..

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @MahaCyber1 @MumbaiPolice Got a call from +917810842689, pretends to from @reliancejio sup, asks for re-kyc, as part of process asks to download jio kyc quick support, team view quick support, reacharge- 10 rs using net banking. Sounds pro in fraud, pls take cognizance 🙏#fraud

    @JioCare We can't make or receive calls from all the 3 connections at our home. This has been happening since Sunday morning. When we are outside of our home area no issues are coming. Complaints have been lodged but the same has not resolved yet. Plz suggest the needful

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hey there, There is a jio fiber connection under the name of Mr. Navneet Gupta in Meerut pincode 250002. We registered the complain against the no connectivity in our jio fiber connection since last 4 to 5 days but no resolution received yet SR000018M9K55

    @promzzz @reliancejio In normal usage... you will not face any problem with alliance like watching movies on OTT or YouTube. If you have to take calls on MS Teams or Zoom... then you will face the problem. I paid them extra amount and they changed it to Fibre cable... but still same issue

    @JioCare regretting having ported 4 numbers from airtel to jio at VASCO Jio man charged ₹850 cash for porting. 3 addon numbers are not working properly since porting 4 days back. NO SERVICE OR HELP BEING PROVIDED BY THAT PERSON NOR ANY OTHER. UNDERSTAND porting is FREE but850?
