@JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

It's an eyewash and ***** camouflage by @reliancejio. Jio helpline totally sucks... No body helps... @JioCare sucks..

It is very surprising that operator can decide on their own in fixing the prepaid recharge when customer port to other network @JioCare if a person is porting one should collect only the activation charges of SIM, instead I had experienced & forced to collect the monthly plan

@JioCare Hi, I have already shared this thru email to jiocare. Once again giving below the details. Ph:9930024442, add: T-1/13, SHEESH VINAY CHSL,BANGUR NAGAR, NEAR LINK ROAD,GOREGAON (W),MUMBAI - 400104. Pl sort out the issue ASAP as there are call drops & difficulty in accessing 4G.

Just want to update you. I talk to few people and not only mine others Jio Internet is not working. Really surprised to see @reliancejio who bring revolution to to India and we are getting only 2G internet Hope you will look into it and fix it
