    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @JioCare Same reply I listen from your customer care for total 34 times simple if in 4 days still you don't understand what is the issue why other users on the same pole are using and 8 are not then need to check your engineer skills because they are not giving you actual cause.

    @reliancejio currently mahipalpur new delhi 😡 even for calling i need to go to the balcony. Out of 2.5 GB of my daily data pack i am unable to use 1 GB. The worst network service. Instead of 5G network atleast provide 2G to talk with my family hat's off to ur service.

    @reliancejio MR00015T0RH9 multiple time call on jio tollfree regarding slow internet speed but no solution.I have Joi postpaid sim and paying Rs490 approx every month but very poor service. Firstly you have to provide proper 4G service then go for 5G

    @JioCare the issue your customer care not having engineer contact your engineer not contacted to me. How will you asure that my issue will resolve better to disconnect it if you are not able to provide me better services then lots of provider are there

    @JioCare I am waiting since 3 days. My number is not working since 3 days. You have no idea how bad this has affected my work and you are asking me to be more patient. Very poor services..
