    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @reliancejio This is wrt JioMart. Order No. 16465590760142474A which was placed on 6th March and at delivery, one item was missing. Till now delivery of item not done. No resolution of the complaint was attempted. At least JioMart should refund the amount of the missed item.

    @reliancejio @JioCare emailing is off no use as well as everytime u get a auto reply. SR00001A8L5P and others raised as well. But i am still waiting on the refund. Just the worst customer service experience ever.

    @reliancejio as i am looking to change my connection from pospaid to prepaid i called to your customer service atleast 3 times and there words are that I can't change it until I surrender my existing one. I need connection and I can't go a day without internet.

    @reliancejio @JioFibre #jiofiber From yesterday my fibre jio is not working they saying technical fault and trying to resolve more than 24 hour net down who will reimburse this 1 day and still not working. Do you really give any person 1 day extra after your validity of plan then

    @JioCare i m living in a rented house where a jio conection was already installed so I didn't booked a new connection. But the problem is that the registered mobile number with the connection is lost. I only have the landline number linked to the connection.
