    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I've been trying to port into jio prepaid, raised request 3 times online, visited my JIO store 4 times and they're saying sever is down every day. Even before switching to your network this is your service. Pathetic attitude of store guys

    @JioCare @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence Day 3 also over. Now it seems like it would be a great deal if this issue is resolved within this week. One thing is sure that commitments made by your representatives hold no ground from Day 1.

    @JioCare feel cheated by your sales reps. they arrived within 30 mins for registration, committed to install the service within 2 hours. Once registration was done, they kept delaying and finally they cant cone and do it today. I needed it for an urgent office meeting...let down
