    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @JioCare Pls verify and check why ur customer support app is replying wrongly. It may be doing the same with other clients too. The first thing u must be doing is to check the app and revert to me. Or is it programmed to reply ‘everything is satisfactory’ irrespective of the ping result?

    @JioCare its been more than 5 days and i have complained a lot already but there has been no change. The jiofiber installation guys haven't come yet and i think that they won't come at all. This is not how i expect service from such a company. Order id- NO0000K6UW1A.

    @JioCare Also, make your ccare ‘human’ representative easily accessible. Bots indicate that you are facing lot of issues and ccare executives may not able to handle them. By the way, ur ccare bot chat is pathetic and does not help in resolving issues. Only your marketing guys are smart.
