    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

    @JioCare Hi @JioCare please resolve the issue. Jio executives took my STB back and payment of Rs 3999 also deducted from account and haven't gotten any refund till now. Its been 18 days now. Please help 🥺

    @JioCare @reliancejio Whats your plan about Jio Fiber , It is still not available in most of area in Gurgaon , i was trying to book one device unfortunately service not available in ky area , very strange to see that Jio Fiber is not available even in Gurgaon !!

    @ACTFibernet The speed at which formalities are done for new connection is awesome,but the way to treat the old customers is really bad I have raised a shifting request 5 days ago but no action has been taken till yet .please take some advice from @airtelindia @reliancejio
