    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @JioCare Reached out 5 times to the customer support & escalation team, still no resolution. Your executive was supposed to pick up set top box 2 days back, today is saturday. Called up the guy,he doesn't know anything about it. CS is blaming tech team and vice versa. Pathetic!!

    @reliancejio @JioCare hi, I have a jioairfiber connection. I am facing an issue which came into suddenly. My wifi is not showing 2.4 Ghz band, due to this all my smart devices got useless. On customer care support they told me that now software is updated and can't show 2.4 Ghz.

    @JioCare Please take some stern action against your executives in Shillong Jio Centre, Fire Brigade, East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya. I had applied for a new Jio Sim for home delivery at my address last Friday. It's already more than 1 week. Pathetic service!!!

    @reliancejio My phone got lost, so I got my @reliancejio @JioCare sim locked & when I emailed, they asked to fill form to get an eSIM since I am not in India, now the team is saying they can't issue an eSIM because I am physically not there, why did you initiate then? Please help an Indian
