    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    Extremely disappointed with @JioCare @jio_fiber One of the worst customer experiences no proper response, delayed resolutions, and zero accountability. This is frustrating and unacceptable. I am surrendering the service due to this poor experience. Thanks for poor experience.

    @JioCare Your support team is pathetic and not trained at all to resolve customers queries. They just kick the ball here and there. If you resolve this issue, then the other support engineers are incompetent to be in your team.
