    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    Worst class Internet service from jio & VI. I have complained many times but they are saying “we can’t say in how much time, problem will be solve”.not able to do work VI:- even I can call from jio but in Vodafone SIM most time no service😡@VodafoneGroup @reliancejio @JioCare
