    @reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

    As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

    @JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

    It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

    @JioCare @AAcharjee59660 I m frustrating with jio service because 3 to 4 times in a month jio fiber is not working due to wire work due to technical issue due etc etc please go to airtel there service and customer care is better than jio service

    @JioCare You stupid people !! Can’t you read !! No delivery agent detail were ever received ! Your fraud company doesn’t believe in making delivery and the port request is already expired . Just cancel the order and process the refund !! Enough of this fraud !!

    @JioCare Issue ignored again. Advance balance available, still suspended. Unused balance not credited on time. Later adjusted & forfeited. Refund still not given.

    @JioCare @reliancejio had ordered a new Sim on 31st March. Order number- NO00015CMS9R. And despite multiple follow ups on Jio care, all I am getting is assurances. When I ask for a Escalation request number my chats are getting disconnected. Is this the service you provide?

    @JioCare @JioCare refund my money and cancel the connection, i will buy a new one. Everyday call , twitting . No response from jio . It's a torturing the customer, to buy a new instead of old .
