@reliancejio @JioCare I’m using 100 MBPS plan with jio fibre no +91-1634356021.. but since last 3-4 days, I’m getting only 3-4 MBPS speed... can someone please help on urgent basis because my work is suffering...

As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

@JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

Utterly disappointed with @reliancejio , I didn't even finish 1 year with you guys and my fibre issue has happened more than 6 times, feel free to check my complaints, and you guys are coming next day, meantime customer can go to hell no matter if he is able to finish his work.
