As a customer I have a right to information, but @reliancejio infringed my rights and charged me unsolicitedly for that which I did not opt.. Its clearly cheating with the customer. @JioCare is so wicked helpline... No body responds...

It's an eyewash by @reliancejio. Why I got charged ₹99 without giving any info. You must tell the customer what he is being charged for.. That's illegal and again consumer protection act... @JioCare sucks..

@JioCare there is no signal at our location from 18th dec 2018. Complain so many time to jio cc and local care. But no solution still. Even jio tower is 3 to 4 km(by air) away.

It's an eyewash and ***** camouflage by @reliancejio. Jio helpline totally sucks... No body helps... @JioCare sucks..

@JioCare You should atleast check feasibility of connection , than given new connection. Due to this we are facing issue. We are 2 years old customer. Not expecting this.

@JioCare My net is again down. As a customer I am expecting proper and stable solution. Not temporarily solution. If Jio is not able to give service they should stop their branding. Atleast respect costumer who is paying you.
