    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    DON’T GET JIO. terrible service. Paid ₹3,000 for JioHome on 8 Aug. It’s been 3 days and still no installation. The executive who took the order promised it would be available by Monday. Since then, I’ve been chasing executives—no responses, no accountability.@reliancejio

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioFiber has been down for the last 2 days. I raised a service request, and an engineer appointment was scheduled for this morning, but nobody showed up and there has been no update. 2 days without service is unacceptable.

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare I am using Jio SIM since 2017, but the network is so bad since last 2-3 months. I have complained so many times and called customer care, but there is no response. Now I have to move to another telecom

    Our village has upto 1000 jio users we can't even make a phone call @JioCare @DoT_India please take necessary action in such unprofessional staffs, they directly denied to fix problem.

    Jio start calling you 3 days before your plan expire but when you actually need to contact customer care about network issue or any other problem, it’s practically impossible to reach a human. They’ve installed bot that understand nothing and raise your BP. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @Neend_Ki_Rani @JioCare The network issue was drom the day of launch. The day they stopped the free service, I threw away their SIM. Pathetic to the core... Anything worser than Jio is BSNL..

    @reliancejio The Jio network in my area is extremely poor. Both 4G and 5G connectivity are frequently down every day, making mobile internet almost unusable. Please investigate the issue and take immediate steps to improve network connectivity in our area. #Jio #Jio5G

    @JioCare Hello my question I scheduled it for today 1pm, even technical person assigned but today without single call and notification all cancelled and went back to status waiting to assign. Do we need to wait mor than 48 hr to resolve uch single issue
