    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare Hello how your team installed jio fiber in my house as your team connect the wire on electricity pole and electricity department cut my fiber wire and now I am unable to use internet as well as I am not able to connect with customer care wrist services.

    @JioCare Dear Avesh, the egnr had come ystrdy and identified problem with router and told me to register another complaint for router replacement, so I have gone through the process again. Why can't we have one stop solution like local internet service provider. Solution still pending!

    This is how you work not giving customers proper services. I missed my three exams because my connection is not working. And the big thing is your team is not picking my calls i called so many times they just ignore. What can i do now @JioCare @reliancejio
