Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@JioCare pathetic customer service Jio. Internet not working for last 3 days, no one responds on app/whatsapp chat. No option to call and report. Lineman came and said I don't know what to do, not my problem. Please fix my home broadband immediately.

Dear all telecom companies especially @reliancejio @JioCare because I use your service, you charged us 4g recharge but but your service is worst my city is under lockdown and if I want to use YouTube, Facebook, videos it's always buffering speed is less than 10 kb. @rsprasad

@JioCare I paid for jio fiber on previous saturday. Your team tell me everyday that they will come 'tomorrow' idk 2-3 tomorrows already went. No one came. Today I got the message that your team is coming, they came they again said that tomorrow it will be done. WORST SERVICE.

@JioCare My recharge plan is being wasted. You guys just want to loot money from customers. My jio fiber service id has been deactivated for 3 days now despite of doing recharge. I am really frustrated now. Now i only see one option go to consumer forum and file complaint.
