    @JioCare @JioChat worst customer service. I tried reaching you via chat, but auto generate option and response available , tried to contact via email, got response to chat with us. Infinite loop ♾ 🔁. Why waste ur money and my time. tell ur us directly no “customer service”

    @JioCare What to say but from past 5 days my jio fiber is not working red light is stable tried all the troubleshooting no success lodged complaint still no response i am not able to understand why no one is coming to resolve it . Its giving me a very bad service experience 🥵😨

    I think its more than 100 Times. We are repeatedly complaining about @jio network... We are paying ₹239 per month for 1.5 gb data,100 sms & unlimited calls."But here we are facing too much network problem for browsing and even Calling also please fix this".@JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare SR00001BP6UM is complain no and close as usual without solution. Hope you will find all the from this no. If you couldn't with mobile no.i am using it from jio-fi device since 6 years from same location.. I am getting false commitments from jio..

    @JioCare @reliancejio You people can’t give the internet service. You people unable to install fibre connection. Your engineers who all getting assigned not responding. So Mr. Jio refund my money. Why I will wait for such pathetic service!

    @reliancejio @JioCare My internet is not working for more than last 48 hours and we are struggling alot with our daily online work. We have raised several queries but no luck. Local Jio team is not able to resolve the issue..complain id SR00001BR2AQ. kindly resolve ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio Very pathetic customer care service. I call at 198 to ragister my complaint. Executive listen my complaint after saying to buy Jio Fi and not ragister my complaint. Say sorry sir we can't ragister your complaint. Is it the way to reduce the complaints.

    @JioCare At first it was 45days and now it has been increased to 60 days... What kind of a customer relationship is this? The money is hard earned and u cannot block that money by citing some lame excuses that too by the fault of yours, not even mine. I wasnt even provided the connection.
