    Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

    @JioCare I got message that installation is scheduled today, your call center team says it's on 27th, looking at such pathetic service i have decided to cancel with Jio and switch to some other isp...Just cancel it and make the refund..

    @JioCare pathetic connectivity n 4g service, i had switched over hoping better services in metro city atleast.But really bad connectivity,regretting it 🤦.even for this message had to switch on Airtel net.@reliancejio team oblivious n takes a ostrich approach for customer issues

    @reliancejio sir before two years I apply for a new jio sim from My jio app I got a rejected sim after paying 698 ₹ from my bhim acc. Send 31 mails to customer care and jio office lodhipur shahajahanpur u.p. but neither get sim nor my money back.till date
