    @reliancejio I am native of Village Harsidhi Pakadiya near hanuman mandir east Champaran Bihar.I am a medical student, and due to this pandemic my college started online classes..and in my area jio network is very poor.please resolve this problem as soon as possible.

    @ViCustomerCare I've raised a complaint since 6th March about poor connectivity & browsing issues in my own house. I've raised such a complaint earlier as well in December 2020. No respite. Is your team going to be able to fix the issue or do I need to port to @reliancejio?
