Network issues with Jio network. Poor network strength here at Rajhara Baba street. Voice calls are cracking at other side. Sometime Network Bars disappear. Downloading- uploading hard task to do. Need more network towers to improve service.@reliancejio

@JioCare Hi @JioCare - Can you please stop suggesting me to restart the router everytime a new customer rep connects. And there is no follow ups or even connection to the technical team. Even via twitter, its the worst Customer service

@JioCare jiofiber service down in guwahati since 1 week, and restoration work was supposed to be completed by 7 feb. Customer service doesn't have and answer and just holds calls!

Ported out from @JioCare to @airtelindia India for third class data services. Now Airtel has become the worst data service provider these days. Earlier, they responded to the complaints, now no response. Better to port out to @BSNLCorporate. At least data cost will be reduced.
