    @JioCare when will you solve my OTT subscription problem of jio Fiber, you know how to disconnect connection on time but not at all interested to solve customer issues. I have bought 999 Fiber plan and but still not received my prime video subscription from 2 months.@reliancejio

    Hello @reliancejio , your airfiber service is ******. You don't let people complain while having low speed issues. You regularly have network outages in my area. Your customer care's are equipped with what kind of devices. My ookla speed test shows 6 Mbps for 30 Mbps connection.

Your complaint has been registered, however, due to system restrictions, we are unable to confirm the engineer visit date & time. Request you to use the selfcare route to reschedule the engineer visit after few (1/3)

    @JioCare I requested cancellation of my Jio AirFiber order before installation, but there's still no positive action. This is only a booking. No service, installation, engineer visit, or activation. NCHComplaint: 9752624. Kindly cancel Order LR00001EB9JT and refund the amount immediately.

    @JioCare Enough is enough! Your network has been terrible for months in and around PIN codes 174507 & 174305. Calls keep dropping, mobile data barely works, yet customers pay full price. Contact me immediately and fix this issue permanently. #Jio #JioCare #PoorNetwork
