    Pure arrogance & zero accountability from @JioCare 9th day without Internet. Prepaid Internet for a year, no technicians have come in despite the scheduled visits. Your customer service is shite. Couple of numbers shared, when called, they said- dusra internet lagva lo.

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio @JioCare Sir your jio service is too bad in my area. I have paid the bill amount for 3 months in advance but your customer executives -are saying the service will be better after 6 months. My dilemma is what was the fun of paying.

    @JioCare fibre not working since morning previously also I've registered a complaint but no one turned up today I'm not able to register a service request and neither am I able to connect to your customer care executive as the call gets disconnected

    @reliancejio last 6 days facing outage due to power adapter and Unable to submit complaint due to your ivr system. Who will responsible for 6 days outage. Today i call to jio phone and then request to add my complaint eng visit scheduled but no come.

    @airtelindia I have ported out my number from @reliancejio due poor network, but I am facing frequent call issues such as mute, call disconnect automatically, wrong announcements…etc since I ported out to Airtel.
