    @JioCare I am facing jio fiber outage and jio mobile 5g speed issue also since mrng 9AM in hyderabadnizampet. Raised ticket for fiber but no proper update why ticket on hold.

    @JioCare SR000033OEZP marked “resolved” without fixing anything. I still face the same network issue. Was told it’s fixed, which isn’t true. Misleading service. Reopen and fix it properly. #👎 poor service

    @JioCare Still now no installation happened and I'm not even using it, then how could it happen? No one visited, after checking the status I found the activation done and I rushed to the jio store which was closed tomorrow I will make a complaint in my local police station regarding this.
