    @JioCare Do you know jammer issue ongoing since a year+ . Did you fix it ever ? No ? Fix it and provide extension for 6 months payment advance done which was wasted due to jammer issue

    @JioCare After a week installation team Mr. Velavan & Mr. Ibrahim visited and started installation but was not able to do it successfully. After waiting for these many days they have confirmed Installation cannot be done because new device dos not support the nearby Jio Towers.

    @JioCare We are a Jio Corporate customer (Customer ID: 9355508352). We placed a request ( Request ID- EC000002IVUB ) for eSIM replacement on 2 March (Order No: CO0002AD6HM0), but it is still not completed. Today is 7 March. How many more days will it take? Please resolve ASAP

    @JioCare @reliancejio Even after paying for a premium plan of Jio Air Fiber, there is no response from the technician who will instal. Really unhappy with the service

    @reliancejio @JioCare - day 8 of no refund , no resolution, same old ahitty copy pasted blurbs , 8 day vs 28 day of validity wasted without any sim activation. Shared all the details already and still your team is nowhere to resolve this . Take your SIM back and refund .
