A service visit was scheduled for 7 PM today, but at 7:30 PM the service request was suddenly put "On Hold" without any notification /explanation. The Jio app is now forcing me to reschedule.

When I try calling the Jio AirFiber customer care number, an automated system states that since I am no longer an active customer, I cannot speak with an executive.
