    @JioCare Just refund my money if you cannot provide the connection. I'll get it installed from Airtel instead. This is extremely poor service. It's been 3 days since you took my payment, and my installation is still pending with no proper resolution. Kindly refund my money immediately.

    hello @JioCare when I call a particular number , I hear the ringing tone normally, but the recipient's phone does not ring at all and they do not receive any incoming call notification... also mine and that number also belong to #jio subscribers.. pls resolve this strange issue

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio where is your concerned department. Are they sleeping. Wake them up, enough of sleeping. Is this what you meant when you say top priority. You never solve the issue and don't give false promises when you are incapable and irresponsible.

    @JioCare absolutely pathetic service. Jio care never let me talk to customer care representative. Recently I inserted my 5g sim to 4 feature phone, there is not option to recharge the number with 123rs plan. Either help me or let me migrate to Airtel or Bsnl.

    Hi @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Air Fibre has no internet since two days and your team has rescheduled engineer visit for the 3rd time. Why do you book visit when you can't even arrange engineer? #JioAirFibre is service is pathetic !
