  @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of service you have. NO0000HLYZLR is my connection request. Since last 4 hrs we are waiting for AO approval. They're asking for local address approval which we have successfully submitted. Technician is still waiting since last 4hrs.

  @JioCare Just to add on i see the service has come to as close as 2-3 KMs away from my home but i dont understand why it is taking so long to extend. Thanks for your response and hope i get the service asap. Thanks
