    @JioCare @reliancejio since last 1week weeks the internet speed of Jio fiber is too low, I used to get 25+ mbps atleast, but now can't even get 10 mbps. What is the issue here, please solve this, 😐😐.what we paid for what speed is we getting. #poor #service

    Day by day @airtelindia is going deep down the pit as far as customer grievance redressal is concerned. Is the company implying that I need to switch to @reliancejio ? Having issues with texts messages services, yet no one to look into the matter.

    @JioCare i have network problem in my aeria within 10 days , so i have more problem for work in applications ex. ,banking application , school application etc. ,my banking transactions are sowing fail and pending because of your slow network . My aeria Palanpur Madhupura

    @JioCare @TheMukeshAmbani Jio fibre is not working at all.we are doing WFH and i have been told that I need to wait till 2 pm for Engineer visit.why can't engineer visit by 9am and resolve the issue. whether jio will pay 1 day salary.Resolve my complaint no SR00001C5HVZ by 9 Am.

    @JioCare Hi vaishali, I'm done with the service In fact I also received a spam call on behalf of jio who was asking for my UPI pin. Now as I don't feel like youw any to help I'll be happy if you can connect and refund my money and last recharge the amount @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I requested for jio fiber connection on 5th July, payment was done on 5th July. After payment your team said connection would be done on 12th July. Now I am receiving a message saying it's postponed to 15th July. Is it the way to treat customer?
