@JioCare My mobile model is 'Samsung S20 FE `5G`'. It has received 5G software update by Samsung. Jio says it is 4G device. I am not able to enable 5G on my Jio sim. 'Samsung S20 FE' is a different model. I'm using 'Samsung S20 FE 5G'. Correct this issue. Enable 5G on my Jio sim.

@JioCare @reliancejio @MukeshAmbanima struggle with jio fiber since 3 days. No internet. Just to get in touch with them i have to tweet about it. They are charging me you services which i am not able to use. For there network downtime i have to suffer i have to pay the price.

@JioCare Jio is known to be sensitive to customer inconveniences however I'm highly disappointed with the delay & lack of support for the INSTALLATION visit that was scheduled for the JioFiber connection today.
