    @JioCare @JM_Scindia jio has proven to be a fraudulent company. You took my booking amount, failed to install the service, harassed me for one month to cancel the booking, and now you are delaying my refund for over 1.5 months. This is clear cheating and harassment of customers

    @JioCare @jpbcare Please don’t even mention your customer service. You asked for all the required documents, and I submitted everything, yet my issue is still not resolved. Despite having KYC completed, I am unable to use my own money.

    @JioCare @reliancejio They just called me 3, 4 times and asked the details. Thats it . Just marked as resolved like without providing the resolution . This is how you treat customer problems . How can you mark as resolved. I think you are not marked . This is automated time for 3 days to be marked as resolved Shame on @JioCare

    Facing continuous Jio Fiber issues in Chainpur (Pin-841203),Siwan, Bihar. Internet is either down or extremely slow for days. Complaints not getting resolved. @JioCare @reliancejio please take immediate action or escalate this issue urgently. #JioFiber #NetworkIssue

    @reliancejio I ordered a New Choice Number on 10 Apr 2026 with 24hr delivery. No delivery yet. Called assigned person 10+ times, no response. Waited till 5pm as agreed, but false claims made. Activation already started, losing days out of 28. Very poor service.Order NO00015D3PPX
