    @JioCare Hey @reliancejio, You have taken money in advance, committed me for service on 19th Aug 4-6PM, which has been passed and you have not yet provided the same. Return my money or else I will file a complaint with Consumer Forum and also will lodge a police complaint.

    @JioCare Yes i am using my jio number only for login but it is showing that my subscription has ended and need to recharge. I have logged out and logged in so many times but still same result. Plz resolve

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare, Service Request Number SR00001CXTZT as my Jio Set Top box remote suddenly stops working and it has been 4 days already and I have absolutely no clue when this will be resolved. Everyday I am given false hopes over call/chat that it'll be done shortly.

    Everyone is facing Network problem since last 5-6 month's in Otur,Pune having 20,000 Population. Several times raised complaint but no any improvement. If problem not resolved in month will make sure atlist 10,000-15,000 people switch their network.@reliancejio @TheMukeshAmbani
