    I really very disappointed by @reliancejio , mere purey area me one point se jyada network nahi ata. And I tried so many times at 198 to file complaint but not connected or they refused to file. Please help @TRAI to raise complaint at 198 for network issue against @reliancejio .

    @reliancejio @JioCare seems like ur customer care is as bad as any other service provider but you also have pathetic service for jio postpaid, atleast with @ViCustomerCare i never had weird technical issues, can my issue be fixed or i like to switch back to vodafone

    @JioCare Are you guys insane? I am talking about paying extra over and above the ₹1499+GST for your top most plan and still being asked to subscribe & pay for apps and you guys are asking me about internet connectivity?? PLS READ WHAT YOUR CUSTOMER IS WRITING!!!
