    @JioCare No calls, no emails, no messages—absolutely no update from the Jio team. Worst service experience so far. Should've gone with Airtel AirFiber. If this can't be resolved today, cancel my request and refund my money. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @TRAI please give warning to @reliancejio . I have recharged 2GB/day plan. But I'm not even getting 5G coverage. And when i dialed 199 for slow sleep complaint. They told me to press 3 for slow internet. I kept dialing & pressing again and again. But their IVR is not working.

    @JioCare My recharge is still valid, yet I have been left without service. I request Jio to: Restore my JioFiber connection immediately. Take strict disciplinary action against Mr. Chaand and the staff involved for their unprofessional behavior, threats, and damage to my property.

He sent me Hi on whatsapp and send one APK file but I was lucky that file did not open because i have iphone then he said i will do verification from

    @JioCare We were unable to get OTP to confirm if Service Request number SR00003BO0UJ has been addressed, for your JioAirFiber connection with JioFixedVoice number connection having JioFixedVoice Number +918035996335. No technician visited or called

    Very disappointed with @JioCare For the last 24+ hours, I'm facing extremely slow internet on my iPhone. Even basic apps are barely working. Despite repeated complaints, I only get we're checking with no resolution. This is unacceptable. Please fix this immediately. @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @IshaAmbaniReal @AJIOLife In morning I got msg from shadow-fax that your both parcel will pickup today so I was relaxed. But at 11 am today I got call from the attached number regarding my return pickup he said I am from calling from ajio customer care and need verification

    @JioCare disconnected my JioFiber service without my consent, and even damaged the box installed at my premises. I registered a complaint through your IVR on the same day. However, despite my complaint, the local team is acting arbitrarily and has still not restored my connection.
