    @jiocare Jio fibre installation is pending , as promised it has to happen on 8th, rescheduled to 9th, then 10th, 11th & now 12th. every one saying installation will happen tomorrow but not happening. Please consider this as formal notice of complaint made to jio MR00001037GRS

    @JioCare My JioFiber went down last night. A service engineer was supposed to be here at 9:00, which was later re-scheduled to 9:45. Well, it's 12:00 now and I've gotten neither internet nor engineer Will this at least get resolved by today evening?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice Now that the relocation issue has been resolved after 8days of delay from your end to process, Can we have the amount reuimbersed for those days ? I currently have a prepaid plain where service was unavailable for 8 out of 30days.

    @JioCare Disappointed in new Fiber and ott connection. No resolution to the problem being faced inspite of calling customer care. 3rd day today without OTT viewing.
