    @JioCare I have DMd you all the details required. But there is no resolution given yet. Even after scheduling a technician visit, they don't visit. I'm really disappointed with the service @JioCare

    @JioCare Trust me, i have all information and follow-ups from the start, right from mails ( support teams, grievance etc), DM's, call recordings etc it's just matter of second to post it here but with due respect I'm not doing it.

    @JioCare Extremely poor network from jio in mobile. SRN SR000039XGGN no physical resolution. No 5G internet speed is extremely poor. Jio falsely telling outage issue resolved. What to do? Port sim or wait? @reliancejio #Poorservice #GodMorningThursday

    Shoutout to @reliancejio @reliancejio for 2 weeks of zero AirFibre service. Love how your support line disconnects, emails go into a black hole, and your local team is playing the blame game with your internal team over a down tower. Is this the service we pay for?

    @reliancejio I am still waiting for an answer and for my refund.. its been more than 1.5 month now.. Refund of INR 807 is still pending. I am asked to DM every now and then.. no resolution at all

    @JioCare @reliancejio Since morning I am trying to open many apps they are not opening. I called 4 times customer care no improvement found my complaint number MR0001PGPND4 . Kindly send engineer and change my router or close my connection I am fed up with this internet.
