    Sir I have ported this 8840702424 jio pre on postpaid UP east sim to prepaid jio sim faridabad haryana circle on 29 Nov 2021 by submitting adhaar and otp formality and paid 150 rs plan, jio store said after 3 hrs network Will go and still no network gone. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare I want to relocate my fiber connection, upon entering the new location it says "not serviceable" but when I apply for new connection, it says available. What is this nonsense? Your customer care executive have no idea about the reason.

    @jiocare having a torrid time with Jio Business account. No Internet from yesterday! No jio fibre, no IP centrex , no ownership, no resolution. Have followed up with customer service no escalation manager ready to take call or call back.
