    @JioCare Ma'am, it's been almost 15 days since my last complaint, but my issue is still unresolved. I have been following up for the last 2 months with no resolution. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it as soon as possible. Thank you.

    @JioCare Extremely poor network coverage in my area. The signal keeps dropping, and it is almost impossible to make calls or use 4G/5G internet. This is affecting our daily work. Kindly send your technical team to resolve this issue at the earliest. Location: Sarthana, Surat.

    @JioCare A standard reply. Let me put on record that weather in my area is absolutely clear. No winds or no rain since yesterday night. Same was conveyed to customer care. And this problem is since 22nd june. So inconvenience is all from ur team and not weather
