    @reliancejio if you can't give good services to customers Don't show the advertisements...I have cancelled jio fiber service with in trail period...and that happened 30 days ago...till now i didn't get my money back...the comedy advertisement I seen that you giving refund in 15ds

    Worst network Jio service @JioCare ...just few days ago recharged but no internet service in Badlapur west ..Just wasted my money and patience ... Customer Care members are also idiots repeating only one line again n again.....I think i need to shift to @airtelindia now

    @JioCare I called so many times, 1800-88-99333 customer support talk to me. I request him pl transfer the call to senior supervisor, senior supervisor my call hold 5-10 m after then disconnect the call. I need intervention why?

    @reliancejio Sir your service is getting worse day by day. My Jio Fibre is not working for the last seven days and on 29.08.21 i registered complaint but till today no service engineer visited our premises and i am only teceiving messages that my service request has been rescheduled.Pathetic.

    @JioCare I raised a complaint on 31-08-2021 for my jio fiber...... But my issue is not resolve yet and no agent came to see the problem. my request id SR000016GPZT ( kindly help )
