    @JioCare , even after booking a jio fibre connection and payment for the same there is no one till date installed the jio fibre box in the premises. Today is the 15th day but there is no one. Every time when I call the customer care they give me a new date,

    @TRAI Could you please help; how a customer should raise issues when they have been cheated by providing false information. I am raising the concern with @reliancejio @JioCare but what we got is just scripted answers. Their executives are free to provide wrong information & cheat
