    @JioCare @RelianceJio Serious network failure in Ballia (277204). Despite a tower being just 400m away, 5K+ residents of JP Nagar & Kodraha Naubrar GP get signal for only 1-2 hours a day. This has been happening for 5+ years! Please fix this "dark zone" immediately. #Jio #Ballia

    @JioCare Facing poor 5G network for 7 months. Complaint raised 6 months ago, still unresolved. Using your service as a last hope. If not fixed soon, I’ll port to Airtel after my plan ends. Please resolve urgently.

    @JioCare @JioCare I appreciate the response, but I am no longer interested in installation after waiting 9+ months with no resolution I had already requested cancellation earlier, which was ignored. This prolonged delay and lack of support have caused significant inconvenience (1/3)
