@JioCare don't you think there is a necessity of having a human support by phone? it is something basic and should be mandate. even on whatsapp there is just bot support.

When jio was absolutely free it speeds up well but when it starts charging more it slows down a lot so my suggestion is to improve their speed.@TRAI @reliancejio @JioCare
