@JioCinema It’s been more than a week I’m unable to watch IPL matches on jio cinema from my jio setup box. There is no volume at all and after 10 seconds the video freezes and doesn’t play at all. Worst app! @JioCare

@JioCare Raised a service request for Fiber. Got an afternoon slot of 1-2. The engineer is not here. You haven't even provided any contact number. And the app shows that the slot has been changed from 4-5. IVR has no option to talk to rep. Lot of inconvenience on a working day.

Worst Installation service offered by @airtelindia , after booking broadband on 7th April you are not able to get it installed till today… No response from any call. Please cancel the order & refund the amount I’ll choose @reliancejio .. @Airtel_Presence
