@reliancejio @JioCare Since December last year I'm facing a lot of network issues and I'm unable to do daily task. I was planning to take jio fiber connection as well but this issue has put me in the doubt whether should I upgrade or not.

6 months back I deactivate my Jio fiber and requested for more than 20 times for my security back but still it is not credited. Whenever I called customer care they told it will be credited within 48 hrs. #Loot #CustomersFraud @BandBajaateRaho @reliancejio @JioFiberVoice

@reliancejio please do something for Nagarukhra, District: Nadia West Bengal. We are getting very slow speed indoor. Hope 5G 700mhz can provide at least 30mbps indoor. Jio fiber is also missing in my area. A huge amount of people depend on local cable broadband which ****.
