@JioCare @reliancejio what the hell your internet speed and your ping is worst. When I call the jio care they just don't fix network just they tell that the network faculty in your area. Your service system is worst and terrible I just want to switch to Airtel

@JioCare this is really pathetic that your network is totally down at Yewalewadi Pune-48 area since yesterday. Your IVRS system also a joke.. please look into this and rectify the issue ASAP before people start looking for the alternative options.

@ShivamVahia I was @JioCare user from beginning but after 1 year they give a speed of just most of 100kbps so I'm adjusted it with 2 years and thousands of complaints but never they give support to customer care, now I'm switched to @Airtel_Presence who atleast give some customer support.

@JioCare inspite of several complaints through the my jio app, 4g speeds at my home are nothing greater than 1 mbps. Isn't there a resolution for this?
