    🚨 Serious network issue in Ayodhya (Tandauli, near HPCL 224161) @JioCare @reliancejio @JioSaavnCare Nearby tower (~100m) shuts down completely during power cuts → No Signal. 4G signal otherwise strong (-73 dBm), but 5G not available at all (NR false). This indicates tower power backup failure + no proper 5G deployment. Please fix urgently.

    @JioCare I paid amount of Rs 3599 on 7th April 2026 for recharging a mobile number. But it never asked for the number. It was not recharged against my payment. Want refund

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Regarding JioFixedVoice Number +91915223679932 I would like to point out just how old this connection is; furthermore, the range of your router is so poor that I cannot even connect my mobile phone it doesn't work properly even within a distance of 3 to 5mtr
