@reliancejio My fibernet is down since 27 Dec. Repeated complaints didn't resolve the issue. Its one of the worst service in Dehradun. My jio no is 1353551101. Wonder if anyone care in Jio

@JioCare @gaurav_gkm It will be as there are few customers. After few months you will crave for such speed. Even 4g network isn't available in town areas. Whenever asked they say it is fine and working at your area. I also know it is just working but what about 4g service. Worse than 2g as well.

@reliancejio Best way to use internet is to port out from @reliancejio or don't use jio wifi. It's horrible experience as there is none atleast in Bangalore to address concern. They just take the money in name of installations. Now you keep running behind them, no proper escalation mechanism
