    @JioCare canceled jio fiber due to bad service/false comments on 30aug. but device pickup is not yet done even everyday getting msg for uninstalling. customer care also not having any explanation. Now I am worried about my money which I am supposed to get back approx 7500/-

    @JioCare I recharged with the JioFiber 699 plan. It seems quite slow for my work, so want to move to the 999 plan. How can I upgrade the speed/plan.

    @JioCare my phone number 9177940267 got deactivated wid due amount with Airtel after I got ported to Jio. cleared my due, stil not able to take new sim with my# either with Jio or Airtel want my# back as its important to me,need support @reliancejio @JioCare

    Unable to access Internet and make calls since the last 5 days. Tried to resolve the issue on Myjio app as well as on call. Issue still remains unresolved. The jio customer care representative asked for 2 days to resolve it. Still waiting... #jio #jiocare
