@JioCare Jio Fibre is not worth recommending or referring it to anyone. No escalation hierarchy in place and neither appellate authority is responding. No response on complaint raised over mail. Worst support system with no seriousness on complaints.

@reliancejio I have raised an issue of frequent disconnection in my existing Jio Fibre plan. For 4 days and I want compensation for the time plan shouldn’t be added on my plan. Isn’t it fair. When my plan expires - not a single second I get any extra time.
