    @reliancejio pathetic service by your customer care advisor. Advisor Name: Tahaseen Full name: Refused to say Employee ID: refused to say Complaint: I had tried one month jio fiber free trial. Started on 20th March. Cancelled on 16th April. Well within 30 days.

    @jio_fiber Your customer service is next to 0. Almost pathetic. My mother has been trying to return a router and set top box for over 2 weeks, calling daily, changing her schedule to fit yours. Your technicians never come. CC @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @JioCare What’s the use? I don’t understand. Twitter is the only way to raise complaint in Jio? Because when once I had issue with my voucher, one of your lady executive told me there is no way to raise dispute for that on Jio.
