@JioCare @DoT_India based on above thread , I find jio fiber providing service on trial basis. Customer premises was inspected amount was taken but no clarity on installation. Request to intervene and take it to concerned department for intervention to prevent any customer fraud

@VootSupport I have a @JioCare STB running a plan of 150mbps that has voot select as a free service. However when I try to watch any select content, I get a nag screen asking me to subscribe. I'm logged in with my registered jio fiber mobile number. help?
