    @ViCustomerCare @JioCare @botimvideocall I don't know where the issue is but I am not able to call my parents.They are using Vodafone and the Jio network. Please check and resolve this. Whenever I call them or they call me the call goes in the Connecting loop but never connects.

    On papers muzaffarpur (Bihar) is true 5g by jio but being in muzaffarpur dist. n with a 5g device my area is not having a 5g network @JioCare @reliancejio ... where's your #True5G ...such a worst and careless service provider...

    @JioCare Apart from the Jio number, whatever personal information was asked to be given in DM, which was given by me. But till now there is no solution to my problem. Only personal information is collected.

    @JioCare I have given the details in DM. But the issue is pretty straightforward. As informed by your CS, Your STB customers are locked into STB plan, no way of going back except cancellation & re-booking. @TRAI, isn't this unfair trade practice. Operator did not show MITC while booking.
