    Visited another jio store they also denied for the same @JioCare @Airtel_Presence Very bad experience please help in this regard on urgent basis @reliancejio

    @JioCare Make it clear here. Why so private? I am facing network problem here in uttarpradesh district -pilibhit Town -puranpur Your signal booster is just 30-40meter away still can't send and receive msz on time. That too whatsApp message forget about using YouTube and Instagram

    @JioCare unable to activate an upcoming data plan through the app. There is no button to ‘activate’ the Upcoming plan. Tried the chatbot, but didn’t help, no resolution from the support team too. RT @darkturtleneck

    @JioCare As per which schedule? There are 5-6 appointments floating around. Apparently, I have been requesting rescheduling as per the messages. Also, please reply in public, let everyone know how you harass members trying to cancel subscription.
