    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I’ve emailed, I’ve called customer care, yet I’ve only received apologies or confusion. No one came to resolve the issue, I even called in the office in my city but, they do not pick the call or maybe mobile no. Is not correct

    @JioCare Dear Prakash/Shireen, there was some technical issue related to my building but now since last 7 days for most Jio users (staying in my bldg) internet is working but still not mine. Can you please send an engineer again to check if its local issue.

    @reliancejio why the hell should i pay a monthly bill if you guys cant even give a decent network at all times? Every freaking month there is an issue with the wifi and every month we have to call for service. Pathetic company!

    @JioCare @reliancejio . The same thing happens on online chat support as well. No proper resolution, no human support, and not even a complaint/request number is being provided. Very disappointing service. This is happening from last one month.Account Number: 411440777004
