    @JioCare @Faruque_m Outdoor coverage is excellent but Please solve indoor coverage issue in Anupshahar(Rajasthan) PIN code 335501. I am complaining since 2019 but no positive response from you @reliancejio team,and problem still persisting.please look into this matter as soon as possible.

    In a response to my mobile no. Port request frm Airtel to @JioCare, I just got a call from a girl impersonating as @JioCare executive. She asked me to send following message to 1900 to activate my new JIO sim. This is new low to retain customer. What you say @airtelindia ?

    @JioCare Just got sms that engineer visit time is rescheduled to 19.30 hrs. So there is no control on the service man. They will decide at what time they want to come, weather the time is suitable for me or not.

    @JioCare I am having trouble connecting to FortiClient VPN using my Jio network for work purposes. However, the VPN connection is successful when I use other Jio numbers or different networks. Despite changing my SIM card the issue persists. As a result I have decided to switch.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am Making Complaint from 22 may 2023 i am sending voice call recording of engg who refused my complaint many times and came as per his comfirm i am asking for validity extension from last 341 days then why jio have not provided me ext ???
