In last 30 days, I've registered more than 20 complaints regarding network speed to your care centre. Every time they said that was a temporary issue. A constant problem for 30 days continuously is temporary acc to you? @reliancejio @JioCare what kind of behaviour this is?

@ViCustomerCare today ported sim to @reliancejio @JioCare no doubt vi provide good amount data but no use if network is not proper I have complained many time like 100+ not resolved so changing it and this issue is still here can't call can't use internet so chose jio

Hi @JioCare . I live in Kolkata, it's already a 5G enabled area . I am using Nothing phone one @nothing which one is also a 5g smartphone. But jio 5g is not working in my phone .. I took all necessary steps but still it's not working

@JioCare hey my service request was pending for a while and now It shows resolved. SR00001IXTSX is the number. It's been about 3+ days since I do not have internet connection on my fibre. Can this be looked into.

@JioCare The customer service experience is horrendous. No one to connect expect the customer service bots. Everything tried but the STB is still non-functional. No reply to mail. No internet and no one to help as well.
