    Hey @JioCare I am really disgusted with your billing management. Dont know why services on postpaid account are barred. Payment is on autopay, due date is 28th March even then the services have been barred today. Worst, even after paying they arent restored. App of no use

    @ujvalshah1 @JioCare @reliancejio They are fraudsters, am suffering in International Roaming coz of them. Please dont trust Jio, they are just moneyeaters. Go for other service providers instead.

    @JioCare every evening, data speed is getting slow since last 15 days, kindly check and fix this issue asap. We can't tolerate on daily basis.

    @JioCare worst service I've ever seen.. My daily data is not getting consumed but it's getting consumed from the voucher which I have purchased extra (6 GB data voucher). Trying to make complaints through jio customer care from the morning.. But no response at all..

    @reliancejio @JioCare you may also consider #BYOD for set top boxes and routers to avoid the need to payback if customer decides to end the trial. I'm not sure if the promoters and brand managers are aware of such practices on the ground.
