    @JioCare I have made multiple calls, but no one has responded properly. It's been almost 1 year, and I still haven't received my ₹33000 refund. Your customer care team has the worst service. They repeatedly promised that my refund would be processed soon, but nothing has happened.

    @JioCare Still awaiting action. No one has reached out for support yet. I've sent a 48 hours notice to get this done or I'll be forced to raise a chargeback on my credit card. I've tried everything that was possible to get support.

    @JioCare Yet the issue is not resolved please do the needful as soon as possible. The issue is persists since last 15 days but yet not resolved. I raised this issue four time in just a week so do the needful on immediate basis.

    @JioCare poor service from technician end. We have raised complaint about service disruption in our area as wire Brocken. We have raised 1st service request on 6th of July for repairing with no-SR00003AEYM9 STILL THIS NOT RESOLVED AS ENGINEER VISIT SHEDULE CHANGING DAY BY DAY.

    @JioCare Service request id SR00003B5359 has not been yet attended. The optical fibre has been broken and a no of consumers are facing disruption in internet service. Pl attend the same urgently.

    @JioCare Apparently @JioCare has enough people to reply to tweets and send templated emails. But not one person who can pick up the phone, call a customer after 5 days of disruption and say, We’re taking ownership.
