    @JioCare what the worst network? There is many jio customer at my current location but everybody is irritate due to worst network connectivity. What the hell is going on? @TRAI @GoI_MeitY plz do something. Plz someone try to improve these companies service.

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare i have been trying from last30 minutes to connect with jio care nothing is working facing issue with my dads jio data pack.he exhausted todays data and i have already recharged 61rs extra data pack but its not visible in plan but visible in recharge plan

    @reliancejio Please have some shame my mother's number is giving issues for the past 1 month she even came to store but your so-called trained professionals cannot clear their issues, my suggestion would be shut down your services or sell to someone else like @airtelindia or else

    @JioCare @reliancejio After getting frustrated to jio Customer care (CC) now I am writing here, imposed unnecessary charges on Nov22 bill every time CC just gave me fake commitment, escalation. Few time they just kept me hold for more the half hour. Now they suspend my calling.

    @reliancejio @JioCare whenever I call customer service for help they just disconnect the call. And I'm experiencing very very poor network in my area please look into this.
