    They will keep on charging you for services, that you are not even using anymore. A customer can’t connect with them anywhere. They are non responsive everywhere, be it emails, Twitter, customer care number, jii chat. @reliancejio @JioCare @JioChat

    @reliancejio I have been complaining about bad network since last 10 days but nothing is happening. There ve been a lot of network related issues in my area but whenever i complain on customer care ,everytime they say "you are facing problem due to more number of users in (1/n)

    Moreover! The customer care executives are misleading and completely inappropriate! Would @JioCare actually take action despite repeated escalations? Requesting the team to take out my call transcripts and analyse the same!
