    @JioCare I am really frustrated with the sale and installation team of Jio dubke in Tata Ariana apartment in Bhubaneswar Odisha … the Jio fibre team has taken payment but not doing the installation , neither picking up the phone. PLS HELP!!!

    @JioCare Please resolve the issues of customers. Customer care is filled with irresponsible staff. No idea what is happening for past one week unable to relocate a connection in a class one city. And fun is the house already has a connection…ConcernEd please look.

    @JioCare They're able to solve consumer issues in 4,5 hours but they takes àround 23 hours to take seriously because they have 24 hours deadline now the time is overed by them and now they were rescheduled me around another 48 hours to appointment for service 🙄is that okay.
