    @JioCare I’m extremely disappointed with my JioFiber service. My 3-month voucher plan (100 Mbps) expired today at 12:30 AM. I immediately recharged ₹3182 for the same 100 Mbps plan, but the new plan is showing activation only after 24 hours.

    @JioCare @JioCare thanks for your world class service 🫡 I’ve cancelled my relocation request today as in the morning got to know that still work order number is not generated! Fade up of all your false promises,tricks n twicks. I won’t recommend Jio fiber to anyone for sure!

    @JioCare Technician visited and says the wire is broken. I lost the connectivity after a power glitch there is no way the wire is broken. The technician is incompetent and does not know how to fix so he is making excuses and now buying time.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have been waiting for a plan change request error to be fixed on app,it's been 2 days,I have been told its taking time to fix d bug,in this day n age hard to digest d marathon time taken to sort d issue,plz look into d long delay,causing huge inconvenience

Sharing details here: Jio Number: 9517183479 Complaint: SR0000336W5T Reference: MR0001QC2NY9 Issue already explained. Please arrange callback and resolve. Either provide usable 5G at my location or process refund for misleading coverage claim.

    @JioCare @JioCare Its been 6 days now. No update. Delivery agent hasn’t been changed and the same one has his phone switched off from the beginning. How long do i have to wait? Everytime its the same bloody excuse and just waiving of customer by saying “we are working to solve your issue
