    @JioCare This is regarding SR00001745TO. I had raised a refund request last month and till now nothing has been done. I was told that within 7-14 days refund will be processed. But now customer support has replied that it will be processed after 30 days. Highly unprofessional

    I had some issue with my jiofibre today for which i registered a compliant but the engineer who visited today came without any tools, wire and stuffs. I am feeling like stuck with this box!!! Also had important stuffs pending on my list but jio has no **** to give @JioCare

    @reliancejio worst service ever, they don’t know what customer service is. Seriously disgusting. This is the reason I never wanted to opt for jio anyways.
