    @JioCare - hey! its been more than 10 days i got jio fiber disconnected still no one has come to pick up the router and set top box. I have called customer care nearly daily now and everyday they tell that person will come today evening. What to do ?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad service jio fiber. It's a new connection and 3 times internet down. 3 days service down. We don't need free, need a stable internet. Location: Nanganallur, chennai -600061. Connection number +914435599452. Service request number SR000016PB86.

    @reliancejio very disappointed by jio fiber service at my area after five days no internet connection, customer care and service boy just talking like arrogant. I recommend every one to take another option.

    @JioCare This is absolutely appalling customer service from you These are certainly not the principles that founder stood for. Seems customer satisfaction is firmly in the backseat now..moving to airtel if it's the same
