    @Airtel_Presence It's been an hour and i already tried restarting and selecting manual network without luck. It's been 9 hours struggling to get the esim working properly. First, a simple task like registering email address was extremely tedious and now this. Time to switch to @reliancejio

    @JioCare The set top box has finally been supplied today after 1.5 months. Incase those who used to wrongly mark the issue as "resolved" are not taken to task, then your service delivery will always remain weak. Hope exemplary action is taken against the defaulting manager.

    @JioCare Everyday my internet connection becomes slow and internet doesn't work in the Evening. Complained from 1 month but no solution. Looks like I have to port out immediately @Airtel_Presence
