@reliancejio i dont know why but ur company always reply coming to your area soon but they have not reached us from 3 years .they have not even started increasing their boxes from pole to pole So whey u tell us to install your fiber if you can't provide the service.181206 JAMMU

@JioCare By 'appreciating my patience' it's not giving 'my value of money' which is wasted by ur poor service. Ds jio dabba is useless since five days! In ds u should be more considered abt how not to waste customer's money. Appreciation will not help, resolving the fiber fault will help

@JioCare When ur app itself is showing the low internet speed how will any particular website run? Cannot expect a improvement from Jio care. Everytime u close the concern without taking any steps. Even few days back i was assured by Jio executive that i will not face slow speed again.
