    @reliancejio person's voice,I even complaint no of times the only reply I got from them is we are working on it. how much time u need to solve this problem,it's now 2-3 year still u are working but didn't get solved,sorry to say first focus on 4g & connectivity then move to 5G.

    @JioCare Better augment your infrastructure or leave. Your services are pathetic in Shiva Enclave, Behind Heritage School, Sainik Colony, Jammu. Neither mobile internet works properly nor tje area has been provided Jiofibre service. Hopeless people

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare there is almost no connectivity, multiple call drops, & 4G issues at R.S Pora, Gadigarh area in #Jammu. Registered several complaints regarding the same, all in vain. Please take note.

    @JioCare By 'appreciating my patience' it's not giving 'my value of money' which is wasted by ur poor service. Ds jio dabba is useless since five days! In ds u should be more considered abt how not to waste customer's money. Appreciation will not help, resolving the fiber fault will help

    @JioCare what's wrong with your telecom number, I requested the permanent closure of the number & still m getting back to the mainstream. Why it’s hard to connect with a customer support system, kindly shut down my number as soon as possible I don’t need it anymore.

    @JioCare whats Wrong with your Signals. When so ever there is a Powercut in my Locality Akhnoor (181201),jammu, J&K. Your Network goes off from the Mobile. Kindly fix the Issue, so we Can Stay Connected With the World in such circumstances.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting slow fiber speeds (30-40mbps) despite having a valid 150mbps plan. Kindly depute your service engineer to address the said issue.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for not providing service on time and getting ₹600 per month for that. Finally i switched to @reliancejio and i am very happy now paying half of what paying earlier. Today i am migrated to Jio networks

    @ajazcu05 @JioCare This is fraud to show lesser complaint redressal time. Due to this type of malafide case 12days service break was reduced to 7. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    @JioCare You're replying so quickly on X. I wish your ground-level service was just as fast. On the ground, your service is absolutely zero. Extremely disappointing.Let's see how long it takes you to resolve my issue. Otherwise, I'll have to switch to another internet provider.

    My internet's been out for three days, and the engineer keeps rescheduling. No one's given me an update, just that it'll be fixed ASAP and it's a priority. 72 hours and still nothing @JioCare if this is ther service then i need a refund
