While tryin to send a text message it took 10-15 min to send even receive back. Kindly resolve my issue even your service have lots of problems with.

Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! When I try to reach customer care by any means - mail, phone, whatsapp, Jio App, I get only automated reply. There is no way to file my request.
