    @reliancejio person's voice,I even complaint no of times the only reply I got from them is we are working on it. how much time u need to solve this problem,it's now 2-3 year still u are working but didn't get solved,sorry to say first focus on 4g & connectivity then move to 5G.

    Every single day I face network problem and many of my friend circle have same issue. Even this tweet is from airtel network not from your network.. Recharge is 4g and even 2g is not going please do something or tell us to change the service provider @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Plan is of 150mbps; Speed being delivered 48 mbps; Jio support says you are on high speed internet? Whats your take? Did hear high about your fibre. I had airtel 100mbps plan earlier, used to get 110 - 130 mbps.

    @JioCare Already shared the details through DM, however i didn’t receive any concrete assurance. I demand a technical visit by your service engineer as there is some problem with the fiber cable itself.

    @reliancejio Till now no installation have done. Nothing happened after logging the complaint. We are the first house in our locality who order the jiofiber. And those who order after ours there installation and activation has been done within 24 hours. But there is no status about my order.

    @JioCare It's been 14 days and I have given false promises for quick installation. Service engineer keeps postponing his visit without any information to customer, has happened 7 times. Repeated call to customer care of no use.

    In our locality (Ghilamara, Assam) jio network has become pathetic from last 7 days. Earlier atleast Upload speed was 20 KBPS & Download speed, 100 KBPS! Now it downgraded to 1 BPS & 10 KBPS. @JioCare increase this speed. Otherwise continue with @reliancejio won't be possible.

    @reliancejio we are not a Jio customer. Yesterday our personal email was linked to some Jio number and we received an email saying our number is active. We have not applied for a Jio connection, so how was our email used. We need a proper justification on this.
