Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! Full toss (@Fullltosss) reported@JioCare I recharged my Jio number with the ₹899 plan on 1 August, which clearly included a JioHotstar subscription. However, I still haven't received the subscription. I contacted Jio Care, and they confirmed that everything is fine from their side. After that, I raised this issue with JioHotstar three times, but I haven't received any response. My money isn't free. I specifically chose this recharge because it included JioHotstar. This is very disappointing. Please solve my issue as soon as possible. Kindly DM me so I can share my phone number and other required details privately. Your customer support has been very poor, and I expect a prompt resolution.
