@JioCare what's wrong with your telecom number, I requested the permanent closure of the number & still m getting back to the mainstream. Why it’s hard to connect with a customer support system, kindly shut down my number as soon as possible I don’t need it anymore.

@JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

What kind of professionalism is this when staff is not aware of technical glitches & are doing hit & trial. customer gets to listen 100 people have, come to store for same thing. I have to travel tomorrow. How I will manage without active network @JioCare Pathetic service

@reliancejio @JioCare you gave a fake promise to the customer & stopped it now, my internet speed has been **** up with your claims, even I’m not able to watch anything over my TV same over my phone with slow internet speed plus frequent disconnect from the main hub.

Facing a lot of network issue in my village. Address :- Manwah/bhaderwah/18221 doda. A humble request to @JioCare to look into this, I am complaining since 2021 but ignored all the time except when the balance is low or I haven't recharge my sim card for more than 1 or 2 months

@JioCare Within a period of 10 days since installation on 20/12/22 i have raised service request for 5 times. Better not to spent rest of my life raising service request so i have already requested for disconnection of jio fibre. This is for you information 🙏

@reliancejio @JioCare you had pathetic jio fibre service for more than 2 months suffering from your slow internet service. Tired of your boring & slow service which later results in buffering, I’m disappointed with your response over the jio mesh which is like **** of a piece.

@JioCare Have replied with the requested details. My real concerns is on the tone and the way your mumbai back end team speak and the local lead speak as though they don't trust the customer . I can give you the screen shots of the speed I used to get and it has drastically reduced

My Jio Fiber was not working yesterday. I haven't filed any complaint yet I got a call from the customer care that "Sir your internet is not working since morning. We will send you an engineer at your home to fix it." though I wasn't jio fan, still this hit me! @JioCare

@JioCare porting out the my no from jio this something pathetic no network coverage in kewalpati Bihar pin code 847235 near Kewalpati post office. No action had been taken till date this the 15th day here without network coverage.
