Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

Do not charge me for the upgraded plan which I never asked for. Customers shouldn’t be billed for unsolicited upgrades. @JioCare @NetflixIndia
