    @JioCare Within a period of 10 days since installation on 20/12/22 i have raised service request for 5 times. Better not to spent rest of my life raising service request so i have already requested for disconnection of jio fibre. This is for you information ๐Ÿ™

    @JioCare When we are going to get VoWiFi calling in @jammuandkashmir. Atleast give us a solid date. On the contrary other service providers are able to give the feature but not the leading operator. @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been down repeatedly for days. 5 engineer visits already done, but the issue keeps coming back after a few hours. This is extremely frustrating and affecting daily work Need a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions every time

    @JioCare It is unacceptable to wait 24 hours for a technician visit when there is a complete internet outage. I will be compelled to consider alternate options if this is the kind of customer service you provide.

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.
