    Jio Fiber Postpaid OTT Subscriptions not working attached under my number 9149735254, billing date starting today i.e. 1 May 22, Advance Rental Paid on 28th April 22, Call Centre unable to help. Please look in to same in urgent basis. @JioCare @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare

    @reliancejio you are providing such a shit service. Itโ€™s took 30 mins to receive and even Iโ€™m fed up with your calling service. While tryin to send a text message it took 10-15 min to send even receive back. Kindly resolve my issue even your service have lots of problems with.

    What kind of professionalism is this when staff is not aware of technical glitches & are doing hit & trial. customer gets to listen 100 people have, come to store for same thing. I have to travel tomorrow. How I will manage without active network @JioCare Pathetic service

    Reliance jio network has successfully build a firewall blocking all virtual private networks which were being usedto access social media.Reportedly other networks including Airtel are also buliding new firewalls to put a complete ban on social media and vpn @reliancejio #Jammu

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Plan is of 150mbps; Speed being delivered 48 mbps; Jio support says you are on high speed internet? Whats your take? Did hear high about your fibre. I had airtel 100mbps plan earlier, used to get 110 - 130 mbps.

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur Cust support is not available & whatsaap support to fix the internet issues is just useless. My jio fiber is down since last one hour & I'm trying to reach u thru the medium u suggest but no response. I'm not getting the service for which I'm paying for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare for gaming & not delaying any kind of internet service ping value is not higher than 50 but in our area it's remains over 50 after upgrading of system

    Jio Fiber OTT Subscriptions not working, Opted to Postpaid Fiber with 14 Apps, Paid Advance Rent on 28th April 2022, Plan Started 1st May 2022. Jio Call Centre had no clue. Please look in to same and resolve immediately. @JioCare @reliancejio

    Every day they just keep giving appointment but no one ever shows up. You just keep waiting for them for hours. Iโ€™m sure @JioCare @reliancejio understands that we are not some unemployed people who are always at home. Pathetic service is an understatement.

    After so many complaints, a technician finally visited my location today. He checked both the indoor and outdoor network setup and confirmed there is a network issue. When I asked why the company isn't increasing tower capacity despite heavy congestion, he said they have repeatedly requested additional towers but receive no response from higher authorities. So basically, customers are charged full price every month, but when it comes to improving service and infrastructure, the company prefers to save money rather than provide the quality network customers are paying for. This is unacceptable. @reliancejio @JioCare @ril_foundation
