While tryin to send a text message it took 10-15 min to send even receive back. Kindly resolve my issue even your service have lots of problems with.

However, despite multiple calls and messages, I have received no response from the representative. I have also sent an email to customer support highlighting the issue, but I have not received any assistance or update regarding my connection request. I remain interested in availing JioHome services and am unable to understand the continued delay and lack of communication. I request your intervention to review my case and ensure that the necessary action is taken at the earliest.
