It has been 25+ days since payment for my Jio AirFiber order (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C), and no installation or technician visit has occurred. I no longer want the service. I demand a full refund immediately. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will proceed with legal action through consumer court and claim all expenses, including additional compensation for harassment and delay. Complaint already filed with NCH (ID: 9228818).
