U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

Finally gave complaint on CPGRAMS portal. They disconnected and took their equipment within a week. The customer care will speak all sushi words
