    @reliancejio Till now no installation have done. Nothing happened after logging the complaint. We are the first house in our locality who order the jiofiber. And those who order after ours there installation and activation has been done within 24 hours. But there is no status about my order.

    @JioCare that’s not an appropriate thing that I’m not able to connect with customer support through phone calls, such nasty customer support from your side at all. Kindly do the needful for the same.

    @JioCare I wrote so many mails that only 100 MTRS of radius has no network , but nobody listen . I have filled your form millions times but nobody calls me nor company shows any interest to cover the area. I am fed of both of you for your false promises.

    @JioCare I have been continuously putting up emails and calling customer care and the persons who are incharge of Jio Fiber wifi. No response from your end. I have been disappointed with the service you are providing. No internet connectivity at home. Please rectify it.

    @JioCare Better augment your infrastructure or leave. Your services are pathetic in Shiva Enclave, Behind Heritage School, Sainik Colony, Jammu. Neither mobile internet works properly nor tje area has been provided Jiofibre service. Hopeless people

    @reliancejio @JioCare for gaming & not delaying any kind of internet service ping value is not higher than 50 but in our area it's remains over 50 after upgrading of system

    @JioCare Already shared the details through DM, however i didn’t receive any concrete assurance. I demand a technical visit by your service engineer as there is some problem with the fiber cable itself.

    @reliancejio @JioCare you gave a fake promise to the customer & stopped it now, my internet speed has been **** up with your claims, even I’m not able to watch anything over my TV same over my phone with slow internet speed plus frequent disconnect from the main hub.

    I'm looking to move out of @JioCare because of pathetic network connectivity n data issue. Voice break issues during call, even call don't connect, at (192306) Rajpora #Pulwama - J&K. Thanks for services so far but now I think it's over. @dcpulwama @AFTABSHABNAM @InayatBashir3

    @reliancejio you are providing such a shit service. It’s took 30 mins to receive and even I’m fed up with your calling service. While tryin to send a text message it took 10-15 min to send even receive back. Kindly resolve my issue even your service have lots of problems with.

    @JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

    No technician visit no proper response, and the technician number is unreachable. Customer support and even senior executives keep repeating the same scripted lines without taking any actual action. 4 days without internet for a paid service and still noaccountability @JioCare

    “I used a Jio SIM before, but I didn’t recharge it for a long time because I shifted from India to Dubai. I was still able to use GPay, but suddenly the network disappeared and now it says the number is invalid I’m unable to recharge or use the SIM. Please help fix this @JioCare

    JioFiber service down for the past 1 week. Service engineer visit always gets put on hold. I have rescheduled the visit 3 times. Never seen such pathetic service. Atleast all the customer to customer care, NO! No accountability whatsoever. @reliancejio
