Today @JioCare shared blatantly that they don't allow International Roaming packs for JK circle customers. I've nvr xprncd such institutional discrimination. What a let down! Yet, the customer is now being told that the connection will only be cancelled if they answer an “Escalation Team” call—otherwise, billing continues! This is unacceptable.
