    @reliancejio @JioCare you gave a fake promise to the customer & stopped it now, my internet speed has been **** up with your claims, even I’m not able to watch anything over my TV same over my phone with slow internet speed plus frequent disconnect from the main hub.

    @Airtel_Presence I am porting more than 80 to 90 connect of my location from airtel to @JioCare to get rid from this cheap network.Everyone got frustrated from airtel network and your staff at local level.

    What kind of professionalism is this when staff is not aware of technical glitches & are doing hit & trial. customer gets to listen 100 people have, come to store for same thing. I have to travel tomorrow. How I will manage without active network @JioCare Pathetic service

    @Mrdevenders @reliancejio @JioCare There is no service. U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

    @reliancejio i dont know why but ur company always reply coming to your area soon but they have not reached us from 3 years .they have not even started increasing their boxes from pole to pole So whey u tell us to install your fiber if you can't provide the service.181206 JAMMU

    I called @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelindia for more than 50 times from last 30 days. Even I contacted local asm for network and internet issues at my location but all in vain. Now I decide to port to @JioCare . Good bye @airtelindia 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

    @JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

    @JioCare My problem is i want to MNP my airtel number to jio number But i face your outlet ask for only Voter card but I don't have Voter card, But i have Pan card, Aadhar card, Bank Passbook, or Driving license, But these doc. Not valid for MNP number Please solve the issue

    @JioCare When we are going to get VoWiFi calling in @jammuandkashmir. Atleast give us a solid date. On the contrary other service providers are able to give the feature but not the leading operator. @reliancejio

    @JioCare Already shared the details through DM, however i didn’t receive any concrete assurance. I demand a technical visit by your service engineer as there is some problem with the fiber cable itself.

    @reliancejio jio is working on 5g & other service's,but did u ever checked that customers are facing problem? I and my own town is facing a problem of low connectivity, I'm paying for 4g but did u know how much speed I'm getting 60-100kb & sometimes I'm unable to hear other

    @JioCare free yourself from this Jio Reliance friends looters and tyrant just because subscription amount is with them so going to any length of torture we are fed up they won't refund and every month 5 to 6 times service disrupted for 5 days fed up don't subscribe

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with the support. Outgoing SMS has stopped working on my Jio SIM while incoming SMS works fine. After multiple calls to customer care, the issue is still unresolved. Please stop passing me around and fix this ASAP

    @JioCare @JioCare Today is Saturday and I still haven't received the replacement SIM. I've even offered to collect it midway again, but there has been no response. Happy to share screenshots and call records. Very poor customer service in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. (4/4)
