    @JioCare By 'appreciating my patience' it's not giving 'my value of money' which is wasted by ur poor service. Ds jio dabba is useless since five days! In ds u should be more considered abt how not to waste customer's money. Appreciation will not help, resolving the fiber fault will help

    @JioCare @reliancejio ur Cust support is not available & whatsaap support to fix the internet issues is just useless. My jio fiber is down since last one hour & I'm trying to reach u thru the medium u suggest but no response. I'm not getting the service for which I'm paying for.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting slow fiber speeds (30-40mbps) despite having a valid 150mbps plan. Kindly depute your service engineer to address the said issue.

    Jio fibre service is quite poor here in Jammu , Jammu and Kashmir.. Everywhere the installation charges including everything is Rs 1500.. But they want us to pay Rs 2000 per connection... So,It's my request to @reliancejio To consider this request and take an action

    @reliancejio @JioCare @_MukeshAmbani Plan is of 150mbps; Speed being delivered 48 mbps; Jio support says you are on high speed internet? Whats your take? Did hear high about your fibre. I had airtel 100mbps plan earlier, used to get 110 - 130 mbps.

    @Airtel_Presence Thanks for not providing service on time and getting ₹600 per month for that. Finally i switched to @reliancejio and i am very happy now paying half of what paying earlier. Today i am migrated to Jio networks

    @JioCare Already shared the details through DM, however i didn’t receive any concrete assurance. I demand a technical visit by your service engineer as there is some problem with the fiber cable itself.

    @reliancejio person's voice,I even complaint no of times the only reply I got from them is we are working on it. how much time u need to solve this problem,it's now 2-3 year still u are working but didn't get solved,sorry to say first focus on 4g & connectivity then move to 5G.

    I Think the worst network speed #jio is providing in jammu as compare to other states ! 2 minutes ki video upload krne ki liye 20 min wait krna prta hai ! Pls suggest some better network to switch ! Time to port from #jio 🙏🏻 @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio jio is working on 5g & other service's,but did u ever checked that customers are facing problem? I and my own town is facing a problem of low connectivity, I'm paying for 4g but did u know how much speed I'm getting 60-100kb & sometimes I'm unable to hear other

    @JioCare @reliancejio Why is JioFiber advertising 4k settopbox but providing 1080p settopbox ? On talking to service manager he says. "We have orders from top to fool customers like this as very few people know the difference between HD & 4K" and noone complaints.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Modem red led is blinking from three days for which you need how much more time. In all neighour's house it is fine. Still no engineer visit or engineer call. Work from home pressure but getting solution from Jiofiber seems far away.
