    @reliancejio Till now no installation have done. Nothing happened after logging the complaint. We are the first house in our locality who order the jiofiber. And those who order after ours there installation and activation has been done within 24 hours. But there is no status about my order.

    @JioCare #jiofiber has one the most pathetic service I have encountered.. they just listen, repeat my problem and say book it from app, book a slot and then they vanish.. no-one visits your home for the resolution #ever on the booked slot..

    Due to the heavy crowd Jio started malfunctioning. This is the basic difference between a professional service provider and an amateur service provider. Like Airtel and Jio. @JioCare
