    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare there is almost no connectivity, multiple call drops, & 4G issues at R.S Pora, Gadigarh area in #Jammu. Registered several complaints regarding the same, all in vain. Please take note.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare Hon'ble minister @DoT_India Sh @rsprasad I am resident of #UT of Jammu And Kashmir. I have been charged continuously for 4G internet services for last 7 months (during internet ban) which I never used kindly refund or compensate.

    @reliancejio & @GoogleIndia @Google collaborates to bring affordable 4G & 5G Phones to makes 2G mukat (free) India but unfortunately no one's cares about J&K we will suffer from last year when article 370 scrapped we don't have 4G network till now #Restore4GinJK

    @Mrdevenders @reliancejio @JioCare There is no service. U've to b in majority pool for whom service is designed, else there is no support or correction possible. Imagine a company informing his customers gleefully that his circle isn't good enough to receive IR packs. Or may be deciding who can roam and who can't!

    @JioCare You have poor Internet access to my area, Airtel is doing much better than you in my area. Don't let me move on with your poor customer & internet speed. Everything seems fake to me, not able to browse properly & facing a buffering issue. Stop claiming fast speed.

    @JioCare Nope . Your Jio service is last available 5-6 kms from my area I chased jio from last 3 years but no way you people listen. Infact your customer support is worst . Forget about your fiber In my area take radius of 100 MTRS yiur cellular network dosent work.Everybody complain1/n

    @JioCare On 9th June submitted Fibre box in Jio office Agartala. Visited 22nd june again, not available so talked over phone. Called customer care frequently and response automode says- thank you. your request is registered with us. Emails done to jio care-28 June, 2 July.

    @JioCare Got the refund on 26th June. Twitter support didn't help much, had to visit the Jio Store multiple times to get it resolved. Finally, this chapter is closed. @JioCare

    @JioCare Fraud has happened with us in the name of airfibre installation and a service of 18 months with two payments taken 10000+2121 by calling it a special plan and now it is only reflecting 2121 as payment .Jio employees are involved in this fraud

    @ViCustomerCare Debt and the worst performing telco in India. I have been loyal so far but looks like I need to switch to @airtelindia or @reliancejio as my primary service provider. I sincerely hope such rude agents are reprimanded for their behavior when their calls are monitored. Shameful.

    In big 2026 @JioCare cannot arrange an immediate slot to an engineer to check the interrupted internet service, the waiting period is 2 whole days, this is for using their highest service plan.
