    JioFiber @reliancejio My internet has been down for almost 3 days. Temporary fixes are given daily but connection disconnects again. Instead of resolving it permanently, your support is forcing me to switch to JioAirFiber. Very disappointing for an old customer.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare Only 1 question for you guys, why does jio advertise additional benefits for long term jio fiber recharges when it never intends to stand on the promise, i had done a 3 months recharge and am waiting on a discount voucher for 7 days since 2 months now

    Dear Support Team, My internet connection has not been working since yesterday. I already registered a complaint, but no technician has visited yet. The complaint was also closed even though the issue is still unresolved. It has been more than 24 hours @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare your wifi service for last more than a month has been absolutely abysmal. Your agents are unprofessionals. After every two days the wifi service is under maintenance. The agents don’t care and speak rudely. Shut shop if you cannot provide service.
