    @JioCare This is a clear case of cheating/fraudulent I paid the amount for 3 months and you are not even trying to give a proper reason. What if some customer delay in paying the bills. You will take action right ? What about in this case ? I paid and you cheated me by taking the money

    The problem has not been resolved yet. The network speed is very low. The network speed drops drastically as soon as the power goes off. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @reliancejio My Jio SIM stopped working after I tried activating call forwarding. Since then, it shows “No Signal” and won’t register on the network. Service Centre advised me to get a new SIM without identifying the cause. I can’t contact customer care as the SIM is inactive.

    @JioCare I replied on ur DM msg, pls look into it .No concerned officer is allotted to resolve the issue nor any engineer visited my place yet, problem stl persist please resolve the issue. My payment date is 4.8.2026 bt v didn't get connection till today. Very bad on ur part

    @JioCare @reliancejio why was SR00003DSPG7 put on hold stating I requested it? What kind of support is this where you put the blame on customer because of your inabilities. Call me ASAP.

    @JioCare And my video call I just had with my mom on WhatsApp still gave me the same issue as it does every single day. My client call in an hour will drop and hang the same way it does every day. Now will you guys help??? Or no??

    @reliancejio This is beyond ridiculous!!! 48+ HOURS without WiFi, finally “fixed,” and it goes DOWN AGAIN within 2 days. New complaint raised but no sign of assigning even an engineer yet! No response. No accountability. Just pathetic service. FIX THIS.

    @JioCare Don't worry, don't send anyone, ordered airtel sir wifi. Jio is pathetic, ll never recommend anyone jio internet
