    @JioCare JioFiber not working. Diagnosed via Jio App which asked me to call helpline. An automated message in helpline saying - We are unable to connect you to advisor, pls open Jio App or visit Jio website. How do I raise a complaint, the internet is not working? #jio #reliance

    @JioCare what pathetic customer care you have.There is no troubleshooting option on your app and then it says to call on your toll free number. End of call it says all agents are busy unable to connect. How do I get any help ?Are you there just to make money & get more connection

    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @reliancejio I feel cheated I had yearly plan, but after 6 months ur employees came and sold another yearly connection promising the previous plan's 6months will be added to it with better speed and coverage which never happened @TRAI
