    @JioCare Pathetic service by Jio 4G. Intentionally reduced speed of 4G. Internet not working from 6pm to 11 pm everyday in my area. Either solve it immediately else I'm going to port my number to @airtelindia

    Really upset that i have to reach out here. Out of 365 days i pay for fibre it’s down 65 days. The service executive who comes to fix it is not trained at all (even ask for extra cash). Your jio helpline executive just hangs up, when asked for a manager. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @utsavtechie @JioCare still not getting 5g network in Panchkula, Haryana. Every time they say to dm about issues and everytime we get the same computer generated message. If it's not available in Panchkula then simply remove it from the list of available cities.
