    @JioCare It has been more than 24 hours since I requested a service engineer visit for the replacement of the Jio AirFiber unit, as it suddenly caught fire, but no engineer has been assigned till now. I am unable to use the internet. My service request no. is SR00003AUA93

    @JioCare Again message received issue is resolved but problem still persist. Requesting to please resolve problem or refund advance amount and take your service back. It is more than a month without net. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi Jio Team, I have been noticing for quite some time that the Jio 5G network is showing in my area, but the internet either does not work or is extremely slow. Kindly check the network issue in my area and resolve it as soon as possible.@JioCare @reliancejio @JioHotstar

    @ajazcu05 @JioCare This is fraud to show lesser complaint redressal time. Due to this type of malafide case 12days service break was reduced to 7. I have 3 months recharge and during this period over 12 days service break occurred. Without any compensation.

    @JioCare You're replying so quickly on X. I wish your ground-level service was just as fast. On the ground, your service is absolutely zero. Extremely disappointing.Let's see how long it takes you to resolve my issue. Otherwise, I'll have to switch to another internet provider.

    My internet's been out for three days, and the engineer keeps rescheduling. No one's given me an update, just that it'll be fixed ASAP and it's a priority. 72 hours and still nothing @JioCare if this is ther service then i need a refund
