@reliancejio your support system is useless. Seems have technically incompetent people manning jio network. Unable to resolve sole technical issue of SMS not able to send but can receive. Score people interacted. Refund my one year payment so that I can port out.

@RelianceDigital @reliancejio I lost my jio sim and since past 2 weeks I am connecting with jio stores for green sim but no one is even bothered to give an accurate reply not even they are able to help us to raise a complaint. Very disappointing and pathetic service!!!
