    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiberJIO First thing when I raised a complaint with the Jio customer care they ask me to wait for 24 hours, damn why should I wait for 24 hours I do not understand. And on top of that I do not get the details of the person who is going to fix the issue.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had to turn to Twitter as a last resort. This is not the kind of service we expect. Have contacted customer support multiple no. of times and in response we only get to hear that we will be visiting and no one shows up. It has affected my work deeply.

    Ticket to fix SR0000159GNE was raised 2 days back. Team came after 2days not able to fix. With 2 couplers they were loosing power so they asked me to go for new connection with nearest s2 they can't terminate my existing connection to nearest s2 again I pay 2500 @TRAI @JioCare

    @reliancejio I opened my My Jio app, I choose option called Recharge for a friend i put my mother number on that and i used JIO UPI for the payment and recharge didn't reached to my mom's cell and now i have 2 plans which is waste for me. Your representatives says they can help.?

Raised complain around 3 times but no engineer called or came forward to resolve this issue. U r lucky enough that it got resolved in one hour...
