    Really disappointed with Jio network. The speed is getting worse day by day. When you are increasing the charges, try to increase the quality as well. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Refer my direct messages and replies to Mr Abhijit and Mr Tanmay over the past 3 days. No action taken by any agency to rectify my reported faults in JioFiber. This is not Reliance culture! Do I have to raise the issue to Mr Mukesh Ambani?

    @reliancejio @JioCare Hello Jio! My Jio Fibre is not connecting and only a stable red light is showing. Your robotic complaint system is a failure, showing the same message for 30 minutes that all our advisers are busy. Your local person is not taking the complaint and is abusing

    @JioCare How much more time does JioFiber needs to rectify a simple issue? Have been without a landline for the last 11 days! You expect patience from a customer but have no solutions for the problem faced by him/her. Take some corrective actions. Hold your assigned team accoutable too.

    @JioCare booked shifting of jio fiber broadband connection on 14 oct. Today was last day of resolving call as per mail received from jio. Dont forget Customer after acquisition. Service is key to retain customers in competetive market. Call id : SR000012KT7N @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your team finally came today after 15 days of complaining. They found the fibre broken at the pole on the main road and corrected it. Could have been done long back if somebody had responded right away. Will appreciate an extension of my plan by the number of days it was down.

    @JioCare I ordered jio fiber at my place in dehradun . Order number NO0000FLEOFF . It has been 2 weeks still no connection setup. Everyday team comes and says not possible. The person who booked is not returning calls. Jio customer care ia useless I want my refund. Please!
