    @JioCare We have been requesting and following up with Reliance Jio Fiber Team for providing services since July 2020, but there is No Single Response from any one officials. May be the company has gone such big that it needs to be reminded that only Customer is the King. 👊👊

    Its been more than 15 days since I have applied for relocation for my JIO fibre connection. But, the customer support member doesn't seem to be available for the execution, even calling consecutively for more than a week. It's very disappointing! @reliancejio @JioCare

    @HathwayBrdband @TRAI @JioCare Hathway is creating nusinance and mental harrasement by doing regular span marketing calls & messages on our personal DND numbers. Already mailed and informed many times to Hathway care but seems they are stupid peoples who don't want to listen.

    @JioCare @rajankgupta I have been complaining for 9 days to transfer my jio fiberbut no response was received, it is getting delayed everyday.Due to lack of relocation, I am facing a lot of trouble and it is happening and I went to my nearest Jio office and I am not getting any response from 3 days

    @JioCare services have degraded drastically, amount deposited and no service engineer to resolve issue , waiting since 2 days …no even a single call from customer care

    @jio_fiber @JioCare what if user has recharge fiber plan for 30 days, due to network issue customer has not avail the service for 10 days. Will you be increasing validity by 10 days or returning his money @TRAI please wake up, as per their customer care they don't provide either

    @JioCare @reliancejio Facing horrible service experience from jio fibre. Internet is down since 3 days... have made several phone calls spoken to numerous people but seems like it will never be fixed. I guess it's time to say good bye to jio and switch #quitjio

My JioFiber internet has been completely down since 30th May. ​You have scheduled an appointment for today (03-Jun-2026) between 16:30 - 17:30. Please note: If your engineer cannot completely fix this issue during today's visit, please consider this my official request to disconnect the connection permanently and send someone to collect your device. ​I expect this to be resolved today without further delays. ​#JioFiber #JioSupport @JioCare
